Very, very nice, clean place and excellent location in the heart of Pienza. There are two (or three) flights of long stairs to get to the room. Overall an excellent value.

It is a very nice b&b, with very friendly hosts.
The location is perfect in the middle of Pienza. The breakfast is very good.
The room was spacious.
The only drawback was there is no lift.

Alloggio in centro storico di Pienza, molto comodo per visitare il borgo ma anche silenzioso. Situato al terzo piano senza ascensore, però con terrazza panoramica privata visitabile! Stanza molto grande e fresca, con bagno ristrutturato. Colazione buona con qualcosa da migliorare sull’organizzazione. I gestori molto disponibili e carini. Nel complesso consigliato 👍🏻.

L'ospite va seguito, prima, durante e dopo il suo soggiorno. Prima dell'arrivo, ovvero nel momento della prenotazione, nel momento di richiesta informazioni quindi, ho avuto un contatto molto approssimativo con il gestore del b&b, il quale mi ha rimandato semplicemente al sito internet e stop. Cosa che però si è ribaltata al nostro arrivo, in quanto si è dimostrato accogliente e gentile, anche nel darci informazioni dettagliate su dove mangiare e cosa visitare in quel di Pienza e dintorni. Il b&b "il Rossellino" offre una posizione centralissima e vista spettacolare su Pienza (sia dalla stanza con vista che abbiamo prenotato che dalla terrazza del b&b stesso). La pulizia è sufficiente, il bagno esterno alla stanza. La colazione ben fatta, con prodotti fatti in casa molto gustosi. La compagna del gestore si occupa del check-in e delle colazioni, ed è stata anche lei molto gentile durante l'erogazione di questi servizi. Struttura non adatta a persone diversamente abili, in quanto sono presenti molte scale per raggiungere le stanze. Non dispone di parcheggio, è proprio nel centro storico, per cui bisogna parcheggiare l'auto nelle strisce blu comunali. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene. Io sono del settore, quindi attenta ai dettagli, e ho viaggiato con il mio ragazzo, viaggio di piacere. Abbiamo pagato poco, considerando che abbiamo fruito della struttura durante il week-end dei morti.

Il B&B Rossellino è situato in pieno centro a Pienza, in una posizione strategica. Dispone di camere comode, seppur mal insonorizzate, e di una terrazza panoramica da cui si gode una vista spettacolare sulla cittadina e le colline circostanti. Purtroppo, il servizio colazione non è dei migliori, poichè le torte servite la mattina sono vecchie di uno/due/tre giorni. Altra nota dolente, alla richiesta di poter effettuare il check-in alle ore 21:30, poi diventate 21, 45 a causa del traffico, il proprietario della struttura non è stato particolarmente accomodante. Un po' più di flessibilità e attenzione ai dettagli non guasterebbero.

Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera basic ma pulita, spaziosa ed accogliente.
La posizione è centrale e comodissima, anche se purtroppo non c'è un parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze.
Il personale è stato davvero carino e la colazione era squisita e variegata!

Ho soggiornato in questo B&B una notte con il mio ragazzo e ci siamo trovati bene.
La proprietaria molto cortese e disponibile, la camera carina.
Il B&B si trova in una posizione centrale e facilmente raggiungibile a piedi.

Posizione centralissima in un palazzo storico. La camera è spaziosa ed il bagno molto funzionale, con doccia. Per accedere alla camera è necessario salire due rampe di scale. Essendo molto centrale, tenendo le finestre aperte, può essere un po' rumoroso visto che sotto sono presenti locali, ma la bellezza di essere in centro compensa il disagio. In prossimità sono presenti parcheggi sia a pagamento che gratuiti (meno numerosi e un po' più distanti, ma comunque abbastanza comodi). Proprietari gentilissimi e colazione ottima.

Struttura molto bella, con piccola terrazza panoramica all'ultimo piano. Centralissima nel borgo di Pienza. Ottima accoglienza e gentilezza del gestore. Colazione dolce con torte artigianali.
Unico lato negativo di Pienza, la mancanza di parcheggio gratuito nella zona: i pochi parcheggi liberi hanno disco orario e il parcheggio a pagamento (vicinissimo 500m a piedi) è gratuito solamente tra le 22-8.
Esperienza da ripetere.

Io ed il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato solo per una notte nell'appartamento. Camera ampia e pulita, bagno in ottime condizioni e cucina ben attrezzata. Unico punto a sfavore il condizionatore, essenziale dato che abbiamo soggiornato ad Agosto: si trova a livello del terreno, lontano dal letto e nonostante la potenza massima non usciva abbastanza aria da poter rinfrescare l'appartamento. Nonostante l'appartamento si trovi al piano terra di una struttura in centro a Pienza non si sente alcun rumore dalla strada. Parcheggio molto vicino alla struttura ma purtroppo in strada ed a disco orario o a pagamento. La ragazza che ci ha accolto é stata molto gentile e ci ha spiegato anche dove poter andare a mangiare durante il nostro soggiorno. La colazione era abbondante e tra le scelte c'erano anche torte fatte in casa! Un punto forte della struttura é sicuramente la bellissima terrazza dalla quale si può ammirare Pienza ed il panorama attorno a 360.

Soggiornare qui è stato un piacere, sia per la bellezza della struttura, un antico palazzo, che per la simpatia dei gestori. La struttura è posizionata lungo la via principale di Pienza e quindi in una posizione molto favorevole. La piccola terrazza che domina il B&B permette di ammirare lo splendido panorama della cittadina e del territorio circostante.
