The Bed & Breakfast Profumo D'Estate is located in Agliana on the provincial road that connects Florence, Prato, and Pistoia, 3 minutes from the Prato Ovest highway entrance and 3 km from the Montale/Agliana train station, making it convenient for traveling by train.

It is particularly suitable for those who are staying for work or for couples and families who want to visit the many nearby places of cultural interest.

We will be pleased to welcome you to our home, a terraced house with a well-kept garden of roses and olive trees; accommodating you in tastefully furnished rooms to offer you a homely warmth.

Free WiFi, heated rooms, free return, parking, a well-kept garden, and a large terrace are available to our guests.

Our rooms are equipped with internet access, a children's bed (if requested), TV, mirror, and luggage rack.

There are 3 rooms with a private bathroom inside the room, with daily cleaning and courtesy set.

We will greet you with our rich and delicious breakfasts.

The hosts speak Italian, English, and German fluently.

Our Bed & Breakfast was born with the idea of ??being able to make our home available to those who travel for work or tourism or for any other reason with the aim of feeling at home, but with the particularity of living in an environment that is still imbued with our memories, this will allow our guest to get to know us and establish a friendly and familiar relationship.

Strategic B&B from which you can easily reach Florence by train just a few minutes from Agliana Montale station. And also Viareggio, Lucca, Pistoia, and Pisa. We stayed in the Tulipano room, spacious, with a single bed and a crib for the kids. Breakfast carefully prepared by the owner. Exceptional cleanliness. Perfect welcome.

The structure is about 10 minutes from Prato, externally a typical but nice villa, especially internally. Very well maintained. The room is very quiet regarding external noise. Cleaning is very thorough. The owners are very polite and helpful. The only small note I can make is the noise from the heat pump motor, which is hung on the external wall of the room and tends to be a bit annoying at night. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

Very beautiful structure, very clean and very spacious and comfortable room. The location is great for visiting the beauties of Tuscany. The owners are wonderful, hospitable and helpful people, always ready to meet customers' requests and give advice on places to visit. My family and I had a great time, it felt like being at home. We will definitely come back... thank you for everything.

Convenient location near the highway, very clean and welcoming structure. We were two adults with a two-year-old child, we slept well and comfortably (camping cot they kindly provided for us), abundant breakfast, all ok! If we pass by this area in the future, we will definitely come back.

The property certainly has the advantage of being close to the highway exit and being brand new. We were hosted in a huge room with an equally huge bathroom, both equipped with all the necessary desirable comforts. The owner welcomed us on arrival, responded to our wishes, and proved to be a polite hostess in preparing a very abundant breakfast the morning after. It felt like being accommodated in a friend's house who, with experience, made us feel as if the property was our own home. Absolutely worth trying!

We stayed at this B&B for an evening event at the HB pub in Agliana, so the location was perfect, 5 minutes away on foot, perfect! We were welcomed by Angela, a kind and very easy-going girl, helpful and friendly! The B&B is very small, so if you are traveling in a group, it is advisable to inquire in advance about room availability, but it's definitely worth it! A suggestion, personal opinion of course, if there were also some savory options for breakfast, it would be truly perfect! However, we will definitely come back for more evenings at the HB!

Bed & breakfast opened last November, absolutely immaculate, neat and very clean. 2 double rooms and a single one each with a different fragrance. Shared bathroom on the floor, spacious, very clean and functional. Breakfast on the ground floor with a hill view, from 8 to 10 if I remember correctly. Located on a busy road in Agliana, 10 km east of Pistoia towards Prato then Florence. Maybe not immediate in terms of accessibility but after the first attempt you will see the sign outside. Angela is a lady (then younger than me) patient and meticulous who will listen to all your needs even before starting the stay. Highly recommended with any guest, also considering that Pistoia is the Italian capital of culture! 10 and praise.

Professionalism, courtesy, and cleanliness are certainly at home. The environment is practically new and well arranged, ideal for those arriving by car because it is located in a perfect position: 30 minutes from Florence, 14 minutes from Prato, and just under 30 minutes from Pistoia. The rooms are very nice, clean, and tidy, it almost feels like being at home! Managed very rigorously, both online and in actual reality. I needed to have breakfast earlier, which by the way is exquisite and very abundant, for time reasons, and throughout the stay, they were punctual. Excellent value for money, nothing to say, for what you pay you get much more than the usual standards. I recommend it for those like me who have to be in Prato for work, but also for those who intend to visit the nearby cities and in the evening would like to avoid the bustle that is usually closer to the center.
