Description
The Podere La Pace was built in the late 1800s in the beautiful Tuscan countryside, not far from the sandy sea of the town of Vada. Since 2015, renovation work has begun on the entire upper floor and much of the exterior to breathe new life into this ancient structure.
We are a young couple who have decided to modernize, while maintaining the rustic style, the ancient Podere La Pace. We immediately fell in love with this large house and, once the work was completed, we moved in with our Balinese cats. Since 2010, we have been breeding these beautiful felines that give us many emotions and never make us feel alone.
Just 1 km away from Podere La Pace, we can find the sea with a free beach. There are also bathing establishments and a convenient pine forest where we can have picnics with the sound of the waves in the background. Nearby, we can also find the famous "Spiagge bianche" (White Beaches), and a little further away is Castiglioncello with its spectacular cliffs and seabed.

Living in the countryside is a wonderful feeling, waking up with the chirping of birds and breathing the smell of the fields is beautiful. We are located near the sea which can be reached in 10 minutes by bike.
Vada is a small but comfortable town, there are many excellent restaurants attentive to the needs of everyone and food shops available. There are numerous private baths and wide free beaches.

Area countryside
The Podere La Pace dates back to 1850 and has been renovated considering its historical importance. It is located in the Tuscan countryside, within an ancient Fattoria La Valle and is therefore equipped with maximum security and privacy, as well as a fishing pond on the farm. Equipped with a large garden and convenient parking with awning, it is located hundreds of meters from the restaurant Catarsi and Bar "I Polveroni" where there is also a small shop for the first needs. The famous white beaches are just over 1 km away and can be reached by car or bicycle.

Very nice and very quiet location but convenient to the first towns on the sea. In a maximum of 10 minutes you are in Cecina, Rosignano, Vada and at the white beaches. Family management, very discreet and kind!
