Location of the property just above the center of Capolona and about a 15-minute motorcycle ride from Arezzo, set in greenery in a very quiet area. Recently renovated, but it retains all the charm of the past. Wonderful pool. Comfortable room with a postcard view. Good breakfast with fresh cakes, delicious, made every day by Paolo. Convenient parking inside the property, closed with a gate. We stayed here for 5 nights. Excellent welcome: from the first moment we felt right at home. Patrizia recommended restaurants in the area (about ten minutes by motorcycle/car) to dine at and they all proved to be excellent in quality and hospitality. What can I say, we can't wait to return to this fantastic B&B. Highly recommended.

Patrizia and Paolo's B&B is beautiful. The hosts are extremely friendly and attentive. The house, the room and the garden are very well kept and clean, and everything is lovingly arranged with great attention to detail. The breakfast is plentiful and homemade. The view over Tuscany is magnificent. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back. Thank you very much for these wonderful days with you. Sandra and Heiko.
