Seccheto, is part of the town of Campo in Elba, surrounded by the beautiful beaches of Cavoli and Fetovaia.

Excellent property near one of the island's most beautiful beaches. The owner, Sara, is an exceptional and very helpful person. Breakfasts were great! There is the possibility of reserved paid parking. The room is very nice and detailed, equipped with every comfort and with a very pleasant terrace. Our dog was also well received. Highly recommended. If we return to Elba we will be pleased to stay at this property.

The host was super friendly and responded almost immediately to all my questions. Additionally, the little local present we received when we left was very touching. We were also very happy that it was possible to move to the apartment because the initial room was a bit dark (no windows) and small. The apartment, however, was spacious and had a wonderful terrace and a nice view! The sea view was a little bit distant, but nice! It was also nice that they offered a beach chair and parasol (although we did not use them).

Excellent structure, beautiful location. A few meters from the Seccheto beach, which is also stunning with crystal clear water. Sara and her mother are two exquisite people, always kind and helpful. Simple but clean room, perfect kitchenette/cooking area. Just a few meters from the structure, you have the tobacco shop, the bakery, and the greengrocer with a mini market, everything you need. The only thing is that in the evening you had to move by car to reach other locations with some nightlife, but if you prefer a relaxing vacation, this structure is the perfect destination.

Stayed the first days of July 2021. \nIn the village, very close to the beach. Cavoli beach within walking distance and also Fetovaia if desired. Convenient for getting around the Island. \nLarge and spacious room, terrace, and bathroom, all very clean! Sara and her mom are welcoming and very kind. Breakfast of choice served on the terrace. Paid parking space a short distance from the B&B. \nWe had a great time!

Excellent property located a few steps from the Seccheto beach. Spacious and comfortable room as well as the bathroom. Particularly appreciated the terrace where breakfast is served. The only downside is the lack of private parking even though a large free parking lot is located fifty meters away.

Top marks for the B&B L'albero di Melograno! We were guests of Sara for a week and immediately we were struck by her availability, courtesy, and attention. The B&B is ideal for a family with children. Very close to the beach, which is at the same level as the nearby Fetovaia and Cavoli. Not to be underestimated is the possibility of using the parasol and sunbeds available on the property, as well as the option to use a parking space in a private parking lot 50 meters away, at a very reasonable price (especially convenient if staying in high season). Excellent breakfasts, with special attention also to any food intolerances. The cakes prepared by Sara's mother are incomparable. There is only the embarrassment of choice to draw from what is available in the buffet. Sara provided us with valuable information on the beaches to visit and the restaurants to dine in. If we plan a new vacation on Elba in the future, it will be the first property we will contact!

For the second consecutive year I spent fantastic days in this B&B L'albero di Melograno. Sara, with her family, are exquisite people. I stayed in the room The, very bright, spacious and clean. I had a terrace with 2 chairs + umbrella, 2 deck chairs for sunbathing (if you didn't want to go to the beach) and a clothesline to dry things. The B&B is surrounded by greenery and is quiet. It is in a strategic point between the beach of Fetovaia and that of Cavoli. At 50 meters there is the beach of Seccheto and Sara provides her guests with deck chairs and umbrella to take to the sea. For those who do not want to bother looking for parking, there is the possibility of paying an extra €30 per week and have the place assured thanks to an agreement that the B&B has. Leaving the house gate, you will find a mini market, baker and greengrocer for urgent purchases. There are very good restaurants where you can eat without moving too much. Excellent breakfast. The homemade cakes by Sara's mother are delicious and one serving is never enough. Highly recommended.

Great availability and friendliness of the hosts, excellent location for those who want to visit the southern part of the island. The breakfast offered is top-notch and I'm not exaggerating. 50 meters away a beautiful sandy beach, although a bit crowded in high season. No problem for the dog, we have a golden retriever, well received both in the structure and on all the beaches of the island.

Highly recommended. The property is located in a quiet place but at the same time close to Marina di Campo (10 minutes) and to the most beautiful beaches in the south (Cavoli, Fetovaia, Relitto). We stayed for a week with a couple of friends at this B&B. Sara and her mother Rita hosted us in the Blueberry room with TV, air conditioning, fridge, the possibility to use two deck chairs and an umbrella, wifi. The B&B is 50 meters away from Secchetto beach, adjacent to the B&B there are grocery stores and close by there are two restaurants, bars, and a pharmacy. Close to the beaches of Fetovaia and Cavoli (a few kilometers) and to the cliffs, in a quiet area. Rita makes excellent cakes, breakfast is plentiful, and the rooms are cleaned every day. Sara is helpful and friendly. I recommend it.
