Everything was nice. Worth returning to have the excellent breakfast on the terrace, which during this period is served cozy indoors (November 1st long weekend). The property is in an excellent location, close to cities worth visiting. We visited Pisa, Livorno and Volterra.

Nice cool and quiet room, also well taken care of in detail. You can leave the windows open because they are equipped with mosquito nets! Breakfast is served in a beautiful and very green relaxing garden. The hosts are very nice, welcoming and helpful; they gave us useful information for our stay.

The lady is very kind, cute structure but on the edge of essential. There is no Wi-Fi, outside a great mess, in the bathroom there is only a small soap. Not very clean. After the lady's response, I add: dirty and there was even a needle on the floor, she did not give us a receipt and the things to eat yes, we ate them all and took a couple of bags for the trip.

Vorrei capire cosa intende per disordine all esterno. Non siamo tenuti a fornire prodotti da toilette eppure forniamo una saponetta. Se avevate trovato poca pulizia potevate segnalarlo, cosa comunque davvero improbabile. Le faccio altresi notare che avete fatto razzia nel vero senso della parola di tutte le monodosi della colazione che avevo preparato, ben più numerose del necessario. Mon credo abbiate mangiato tutte quelle marmellate biscotti fette biscottate e tortine e bevuto tutti quei vaffe e the. Quindi direi che vi siete fatti rifornimento per le vostre vacanze. Forse vi consiglio una struttura per il futuro che sia più un albergo anche a 4 stelle magari e non un b&b piccolino, di campagna, dall atmosfera volutamente familiare in cui in 4 avete pagato 150 euro con la colazione inclusa. Vi ringrazio ad ogni buon conto della Vs recensione che lascio volutamente visibile a tutti. I stayed at this B&B La Casina di Parrana for two nights. At first sight, the structure is welcoming and family-friendly. Outside, the garden is well-kept, some details (birdcage, lights) give the B&B a rustic yet sweet touch. The room where we slept was clean, simple, and well-kept. The only flaw is the bathroom, a bit small and when you wash, you wet everything around. Breakfast is served by the owner Michela who prepares herself the homemade cakes and jams with local fruit. The owner Michela welcomed us from the beginning with a lot of warmth, made us feel at ease, is very helpful, recommended places to visit in the surroundings, and even booked us seats at the 'Il Mandraccio' small circle and at a private beach. Furthermore, the B&B is nestled among the hills of Parrana, and it must be appreciated as you need to move by car. Personally, I appreciated the location surrounded by greenery. I recommend this B&B both for its relatively close location to Pisa, Florence, etc., and for the welcome we received.

Very nice small B&B in a little village, with cozy rooms, an idyllic garden, delicious fresh breakfast, and a very kind landlady. Michela gladly takes care of everything and makes you feel welcome and at home. We felt very comfortable.

We were looking for a B&B in the hills near Livorno, in a location close enough to the city to easily reach the Porto, but at the same time far enough away to enjoy the tranquility and beauty of nature: our expectations were fully met. We were greeted with the smiles and kindness of the owners Michela and Vincenzo, the purring of the cat Tigre who, despite the name, is very sweet, in a setting of fruit trees (tasted fruit), the pool (immediate dive), fireflies! Cozy rooms, carefully detailed, with private bathroom, mini fridge, and mosquito nets. Above the pool, the large veranda, from which you can admire the hills and where you can read quietly and in the cool, hosts breakfast which, with fresh brioches and jam made from garden fruits by Michela, is a real treat for the sweet-toothed. In short, an excellent place to feel pampered and spoiled, whether you only spend a few hours or want to stay longer.

My wife and I had a wonderful weekend. Quiet place with a marvelous view over the valley where colors and scents make you forget the hardships of work. Very close to the sea to spend two wonderful days in total pleasure and relaxation.
