Luigi was an excellent host - great communication and very helpful sorting out restaurant reservations and providing advice. The property was perfect for our two-night stay to explore Firenze and located near some excellent restaurants south of the river.

Our family of 5 (2 Adults 3 Children) enjoyed very much our 2 nights stay in Florence, in a big part because of staying in the huge Family Room of B&B in Centro, as the spaciousness of the house afforded us the luxury of movement, and I would know having stayed in a good number of tiny space hotel rooms on this trip covering 4 countries 9+ cities.
Special mention must go out to Luigi, the owner, who had been nothing but helpful right from the booking stage (where I had to change my stay from 3 nights to 2 because of change of trip schedule), to giving very precise information on how to reach the apartment, to helping us carry our 3 Big luggagges into our room on arrival, and offering tips on how to explore the beautiful city of Florence, and booking us taxi to Central train station on checking out.
So thank you so much, Luigi, for making our short 3 days 2 nights stay in Florence a wonderful experience.
P. S. Might I add that Luigi is one handsome Italian gentleman.

Luigi is very kind and has very good ideas where to eat in the evening. The B&B is some minutes from the tram station, which connects you straight to the city centre at Santa Maria Novella. But also the walking distance to other highlights is not too far.

B&B In Centro Firenze was a terrific place to stay. It is located in the old part of the city and is within walking distance to all the sites that you want to see. The host was wonderful. He was helpful with suggestions on places to go and eat. He went out of his way. The room was great. It was clean and nicely decorated. Everything that I needed was there. While there are a few rooms, the bed and breakfast was quiet and I still felt that I had my privacy. The breakfast is at a little place down the street. It is good as you get to have breakfast with the locals and was filling. My stay here contributed to the wonderful time that I had in Firenze. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want to explore this amazing city on foot and eat/drink at local places (less touristy). I would stay here again without a doubt.

Un excellent choix pour un court séjour dans la capitale toscane ! La petite chambre est cosy et fonctionnelle. La literie est confortable. La salle de bain, indépendante, a beaucoup de charme. Wir haben 2 Nächte in Florenz verbracht und uns für das B&B entschieden.
Wir konnten vom B&B aus alles bequem zu Fuss erreichen: Altstadt, Restaurants, Shopping..Perfekt! Das B&B ist nicht im lauten Zentrum gelegen, was wir als Vorteil empfanden.
Der Bahnhof ist ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Bus entfernt.
Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, ruhig gelegen und sauber, das Bett war sehr bequem.
Der Eigentümer ist sehr symtpathisch, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück gibt es in einer Konditorei, die etwa 100m entfernt ist.
Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im B&B. Wir können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen.

Habitación muy agradable, tranquila y limpia. El baño de la habitación que nos toco está dentro de la propia habitación y está reformado.
El B&B se encuentra muy bien ubicado, a unos 10 min andando del centro histórico.
El desayuno es en una cafetería con café y brioches ricos.
El anfitrión es muy amable, te recomienda lugares cercanos, y te da un mapa.

Noi avevamo due camere comunicanti con bagno. le camere sono spaziose, ben arredate e molto pulite. La struttura è ben servita per il centro con una stazione tranvia a pochi metri. Il titolare Luigi è stato gentilissimo e ci ha fornito i buoni per la colazione in un bar a due passi. Colazione super abbondante. Ci è stato suggerito anche un parcheggio a poca distanza molto comodo e con sconto del 50%. Luigi ci ha anche suggerito alcuni locali per pranzi e cene sia nel circondario che in centro a Firenze. Molto chiaro nella spiegazione dei servizi. veramente una bella vacanza senza nessun problema, super suggerito per chiunque voglia soggiornare a Firenze senza trovarsi nel caos del centro ed arrivare in auto senza trovare la ZTL. OTTIMO.

La scelta migliore!
Abbiamo optato per 2 notti nella matrimoniale economy ed è andato tutto benissimo.
Luigi gentilissimo che subito al nostro arrivo si è preoccupato di fornirci la mappa della città indicandoci punti di visita e ristoranti per la cena. Servizio più che ottimo così come la colazione presso il bar Pegaso, con ottime brioche e personale disponibile.
Infine una struttura accogliente e consigliata!

Abbiamo alloggiato per un weekend di coppia e ci siamo trovati benissimo.
La camera era ben allestita, pulita, calda e accogliente, era tutto perfettamente in ordine.
Piccoli omaggi utili, il proprietario davvero una persona gentilissima e disponibile, la colazione era abbondante e la pasticceria convenzionata è davvero ottima, niente da dire ci siamo trovati un amore.

Tutto perfetto e come da descrizione. Luigi ci ha seguito dal momento della prenotazione fino alla partenza, soddisfacendo le nostre richieste e dandoci consigli utili su cosa fare e dove mangiare. In camere abbiamo trovato una cartina di Firenze con tutto segnato. Ottima iniziativa!
Le camere sono situate all'interno un palazzo antico, che si raggiungono con 2 rampe di scale. L'arredamento è moderno e funzionale mixato a pavimenti d'epoca e soffitti molto alti. In camera presente bollitore e kit tisane. Mentre nel corridoio è presente un microonde e un grande frigorifero in comune con le altre stanze. Tutto scrupolosamente pulito. Avevamo il bagno in camera, piccolino e senza finestra ma efficiente, soprattutto doccia con soffione nuovo e senza calcare come spesso capita anche in ambienti più quotati. La colazione servita in un bar situato a 50 mt dalla struttura. Sicuramente B&B da tenere in considerazione per i prossimi soggiorni a Firenze.
Ah dimenticavo: per chi arriva in macchina il B&B è appena fuori dalla ZTL con parcheggio a strisce blu e supermercato "Esselunga" a pochi metri. Straconsigliato e complimenti a Luigi.

B&B molto accogliente, arredamento essenziale ma molto curato, buona posizione vicina al centro (10 min a piedi) ma fuori dal caos. Servizio colazione nella pasticceria vicina con ottime brioche personale disponibile e gentile, comoda convenzione con il parcheggio vicino (5 minuti a piedi).
Luigi gestore della struttura, molto gentile, cordiale preciso, ci ha dato tutte le dritte per soggiornare al meglio nonostante il numero elevato di turisti.

Ho soggiornato con mia mamma tra il 3 e il 5 ottobre. Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolti con gentilezza Luigi, che non ci ha fatto mancare nulla durante il nostro soggiorno. Le camere sono molto carine e spaziose. Il centro si può raggiungere facilmente facendo una piacevole passeggiata. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Salve Federica, Sinceramente rimango molto male per la recensione visto che da quello che avete detto siete stati benissimo… Vi ho fatto pure lo sconto e vi lamentate del rapporto qualità prezzo in questo periodo che come sapete le spese sono aumentate per tutti e noi cerchiamo di tirare avanti con bollette fuori di testa… Vi ricordo che avete pagato 30 euro a testa a notte, a settembre a Firenze, soggiornando in una stanza di 30 mq con lenzuola e asciugamani di alta qualità, colazione e tisane a disposizione. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia mi farebbe piacere sapere dove avete trovato sporco, in modo da potermi migliorare…… Un saluto e un consiglio, visto che siete così esigenti un hotel farebbe più al caso vostro! Saluti.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia tra il 9 e l'11 luglio; ci ha accolti con gentilezza e simpatia Luigi che non ci ha fatto mancare nulla durante il nostro soggiorno. Le camere, carine e spaziose, e il bagno sono molto puliti e si dorme bene. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la colazione abbondante presso la pasticceria vicina al bed and breakfast. Vi è anche un supermercato sotto casa. Il centro si puo raggiungere facendo una piacevole passeggiata. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Ho alloggiato in questa struttura dal 2 al 9 agosto 2021.
Il b&b è in una zona tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo molto vicina al centro storico di Firenze. La stanza era ben luminosa, pulitissima, e fornita da tutti i comfort possibili (aria condizionata, tv, etc) il rapporto qualità prezzo davvero ottimo e Luigi il proprietario si è sempre messo a disposizione dando informazioni utili e per qualsiasi cosa. Se dovete passare dei giorni a Firenze è una struttura super consigliata.

Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti, stanza confortevole e pulita, bagno piccolo ma curato e posizione che permette di raggiungere facilmente il centro a piedi con una passeggiata attraverso stradine carine, ma anche ben collegata con gli autobus. Unica quasi “pecca” per la colazione in quanto alla pasticceria vi erano giornalmente poche pastine vegane e se non disponibili la proprietaria era poco propensa a trovare alternative (probabilmente sarebbe stato meglio “prenotarle” il giorno prima).
Inoltre comoda in quanto vi era un Esselunga proprio sotto casa.

Buongiorno Madalina, intanto grazie per la recensione, sono contento che vi siete trovati bene, parlerò con la pasticceria per risolvere il problema. Mi dispiace solo vedere un punteggio basso sul rapporto qualità prezzo e non capisco il perché, visto che avete pernottato con il bonus vacanze e quindi avevate praticamente tutto pagato. Ho chiuso anche un occhio sul fatto che avete fumato in camera, altri hanno pagato una multa o pulizie extra per questo. Alla prossima, Luigi.

Stanza molto bella e spaziosa in una struttura a, letteralmente, 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico della città.
Il proprietario è una persona gentilissima e più che disponibile e all'accoglienza ci ha dato un sacco di informazioni su come muoverci e dove pranzare/cenare nelle varie zone.
Molto utile anche la convenzione col vicino parcheggio a pagamento.
La colazione va fatta presso un bar/pasticceria a qualche minuto dal b&b per cui si hanno dei buoni giornalieri.
Unico neo, di poco peso per un soggiorno di 2 notti: la tavoletta del wc non riusciva a rimanere alzata. Nulla di grave, comunque.

Ho trascorso quattro giorni con mia figlia in questo bellissimo B&B, camere molto pulite e spaziose, letti comodi, terrazzino carinissimo. Buona e abbondante la colazione presso un pasticceria nelle vicinanze. Il centro dista 15/20 minuti a piedi.

Il B&B è davvero delizioso, comodo e confortevole. Situato in una posizione comodissima in quanto vicino ad un comodo parcheggio, alla movida fiorentina e a dieci minuti dal centro storico. Il proprietario, Luigi, si è dimostrato professionale ma anche molto simpatico e disponibile. Se volete mangiare bene a colpo sicuro chiedete a lui.

Appartamento comodo per raggiungere il centro in un tempo ragionevole, con molti servizi vicinissimi.

Completa autonomia per entrare e uscire quando si vuole, camere confortevoli e pulite. si può usufruire della colazione in un bar a pochi passi dal B&B e punto importante, la gentilezza e disponibilità di Luigi.
Assolutamente consigliato per chi senza troppe pretese vuole trascorrere un soggiorno easy nella bellissima città di Firenze.

B&B pulitissimo. A disposizione asciugamani grandi e piccoli. Anche se non avevamo il bagno in camera è andata benissimo perché ne avevamo comunque uno personale dotato di phon e mini saponi. La colazione servita in un bar distante 100 metri abbondante poiché si ha ha disposizione una bevanda e 2 brioche a persona. Il proprietario del B&B, Luigi, è stato gentilissimo e cordiale nello spiegarci un po' le principali cose da vedere evidenziandocele su di una mappa di Firenze fornita da lui. Ottimo soggiorno e ottimo prezzo per essere quasi in centro e in giorni di alta stagione.

Ho pernottato in questa struttura per una notte.
Non si trova in centro città, ma si trova comunque vicina alla fermata autobus che porta in centro in pochi minuti.
Camere carine e pulite. Gestore molto simpatico e disponibile, al nostro arrivo ci ha dato un po' di informazioni utili per il parcheggio, come muoversi verso il centro, dove cenare, etc.
Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Ottimo posto subito prima della ztl, quindi raggiungibile facilmente in macchina.
Purtroppo non dispone di parcheggio e quindi bisogna cercare.
La mia stanza era molto bella, curata e pulita, unica pecca che nel bagno manca il bidet.
L'accoglienza del Signor Luigi è gentilissima e professionale.
In ultima, la colazione si fa fuori dalla struttura in convenzione con una pasticceria ed è molto buona.
Posto consigliatissimo. Ci ritornerò.

Rapporto qualità-prezzo molto buona, la camera ben tenuta e pulita ad un prezzo giusto.
Non eccessivamente lontano dal centro storico. il gestore molto cordiale e accogliente, ho apprezzato molto che ha fornito all'arrivo una mappa segnalandoci punti d'interesse e ottimi posti dove cenare o assaggiare vini.

Location bella e in posizione strategica per girare a piedi, ottima prima colazione abbondante (2 brioche di pasticceria a testa+caffe cappuccino e the a scelta).
Il proprietario Luigi persona simpatica che dispensa consigli di dove andare a cenare e non nei soliti posti per turisti.
Camera molto confortevole con bagno riservato in zona tranquilla.

Il gestore Luigi è stato cordialissimo e disponibilissimo su tutto, oltre che professionale. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, lo consiglio anche se programmate di visitare il centro, che si trova ad un quarto d'ora circa a piedi. Colazione al bar/pasticceria sottostante buonissima.

Gestore del B&B molto disponibile e cortese. Camera pulitissima e munita di tutti i comfort. Nonostante non fossero disponibili le camere con il bagno all'interno non abbiamo avuto nessun disagio perché il bagno privato fuori la camera era grande e spazioso e come la camera pulitissimo. Colazione abbondante inclusa nel prezzo in un bar accanto il B&B molto carino gestito da persone deliziose che ci hanno permesso di sostituire una delle due paste con altre cose. Posizione comoda a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e dalle attrazioni turistiche principali di Firenze. Torneremo sicuramente a soggiornare in questo B&B quando torneremo a Firenze. Grazie.

La struttura è vicinissima al Parco delle Cascine, quindi posizione ideale per i concerti, e per chi non disdegna camminare, anche per visitare il centro. La camera era ampia, ben arredata, con un piccolo bagno. Pulizia ok e climatizzatore in camera! Colazione con coupon ad un bar vicino, con 2 brioches e una bevanda a testa. Nell'immediate adiacenze, un comodissimo supermercato. Luigi, il gestore, è gentilissimo e fornisce tutte le indicazioni utili.

Ho soggiornato presso il B&B "In centro" per una sola notte ma ne sono rimasto positivamente colpito.
La struttura dista 1.5 km dalla stazione ferroviaria SM Novella ed è quindi facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Camera pulita, ben arredata, silenziosa, con affaccio interno e non su strada.
La colazione non viene servita nel B&B ma si ha a disposizione un buono spendibile nella vicina pasticceria (bevande + 2 paste, ottima!). A rendere il breve soggiorno ancora più piacevole, la gentilezza e disponibilità di Luigi, il gestore, che, fornendomi una cartina della città, mi ha consigliato ristoranti e locali in zona, nonché i tragitti più agevoli. Insomma, se dovessi tornare a Firenze, so già dove alloggiare! Francesco.

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato presso questo B&B due giorni il 4 e il 5 aprile. Siamo arrivati in auto e abbiamo parcheggiato a pochi minuti grazie a un biglietto giornaliero prepagato di €10, 00 che ci ha fornito Luigi il gestore del B&B. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, la struttura è a circa 20 minuti dal centro, una piacevole passeggiata lungo l'Arno e si arriva al Ponte Vecchio. La stanza pulita e bella, la colazione alla pasticceria vicina, con delle ottime brioches. Luigi gentilissimo e disponibile.
Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Con il mio compagno abbiamo passato tre notti a Firenze e cercavamo un B&B carino, poco fuori dal centro storico, con prezzi abbordabili. Dopo due giorni di intensa ricerca (sono molto pignola), eccoli qui! All'arrivo ci accoglie Luigi sorridente, ed entriamo in un atrio sofisticato dalle luci soffuse e con un leggero e buonissimo profumo nell'aria. Ci mostra la nostra camera, la rossa, e le aspettative non vengono deluse, la troviamo proprio come in foto. Pulitissima, con tv, wi-fi, condizionatore, boccette di bagnoschiuma, e una caramellina di benvenuto sulla biancheria personale. Gentilissimo, ci consegna una mappa della città segnandoci le attrazioni principali, trattorie dove mangiare bene senza spendere capitali e fermate del bus per andare e tornare dal B&B. Disponibilissimo ci lascia il numero per qualsiasi evenienza. Ottima cosa il deposito bagagli per l' ultimo giorno, che in molti non è presente. La colazione (2 brioches, cappuccino/caffè/the), già compresa, si fa al bar Pegaso, a 150 m dal B&B. Per riassumere: Tutto perfetto, ci siamo trovati meravigliosamente, lo consiglio vivamente!
