"Il Viaggiatore" is a run-family Bed & Breakfast in Marina di Massa, Tuscany, and just a few minutes far from worldwide known city of Forte dei Marmi, an ideal solution for tourism as well as for a business trip.

We have double rooms with en-suite bathroom, each room is provided with tv. We offer customized solutions for any special needs.

We'll be happy to offer you information and assistance..the staf can offer plenty of insider knowledge of Massa, Carrarar and Lunigiana..

La stanza era molto polverosa e la colazione offerta aveva pochi prodotti di scarsa qualità. L'unica nota veramente positiva è stata la signora Elisa, che prepara le colazioni. È una persona carinissima e molto professionale. Il gestore, invece, non l'ho mai visto. Tuttavia, l'ho sentito benissimo alle 23.30 quando, accompagnando nuovi ospiti, parlava a voce alta e sbatteva le porte come se fossero le 16.

B&B Il Viaggiatore is a lovely accommodation with friendly hosts. However, the house is very noisy and the street in front resembles a highway starting from 7:00 am. Shame.

The farm stay is located inside a farm and the location is really beautiful: pure countryside with the peace and tranquility of the countryside. The apartment is spacious thanks to the loft where the sleeping area is located and the kitchen is functional, very nice the outdoor patio where you can eat outside being in the shade. Drawbacks to report: the shower curtain, only one pan in the kitchen, and the curtain divider between the pre-bathroom and the living area. The always present and very helpful managers are definitely a plus as well as the well-kept pool with umbrellas and sun loungers. Much appreciated being able to have our pet with us.

We stayed for two nights. Comfortable rooms (no air conditioning) but even without air conditioning it was fine. Welcomed by the very caring and friendly owner. Good breakfast, but I would recommend the manager to increase the choice. Only small note: it was not possible to park the car inside the structure, but outside there are many free spaces (white lines) also in front of the B&B. Recommended!

The structure is decent, convenient to reach the beaches, at least by car; the road it faces is quite noisy except in the middle of the night. Our attic room, like the bathroom, has no windows but only a skylight, obviously to be kept closed in case of rain. The furniture is very simple and a bit neglected: the wardrobe doesn't close and there are only 4 hangers in total, the only other small cabinet had a "crooked" door; the TV, placed in a high corner between the wardrobe and the bathroom, didn't work; the Wi-Fi, also advertised on the website, was not working. I had to request a towel for the bidet, which otherwise is not provided; the hot water in the shower was inconsistent. Breakfast is abundant but of mediocre quality (e.g. industrial and not very fresh croissants). I chose this B&B mainly based on the many positive reviews, but I was quite disappointed; Mrs. Elda, however kind, must have noticed and at least gave us a bit of a discount, but overall I would not recommend the structure if the only available room is number 5.
