B & B on Heart offers high quality in an old building of 1700 Via Giardini, already between the Roads of “Paradise” at n. 13 in the middle of the heart of the Historic Center of Massa.
This is the part of the old antic city of “Massa Picta”, where you can admire from the terrese and from the windows of the B&B: the Palace Ducale and Duomo, the old Castle Malaspina, the antic Library, the Theatre Gugliemi, the tops of Alpi Apuane and historic shop of Masssa mixed with artigian, and sweet smells that now are forgotten. The particulary atmosphere in an antic palace of 1700 furnished with finesess and completely restoured. In the inside there is a large private garden with a beautiful atmosphere.
You can stay in elegant bedrooms, three wedding rooms and three double rooms. Every room has its private bathroom.
The first thing you notice of the B&B is the Logo which has been created by my friend and teacher Francesco Musante, tank to the design and the passion of the technologic of the owner of the House, Roberto, that makes frames which contrast nicol furniture finely found and restored by the owner of the House Daniela. There are elements which mix the Caratrisson this Place and that makes B&B surrounding very special and unique.
For your relaxina time You will find magazines and history books that you can read in the Parlour or in the private inside garden with some good music chosen by the owner of the House, who has a great passion for good music. Daniela e Roberto will be pleased to take care of you every day, and their House is Your House, too. Their way of looking after You will be very nice and it will make your visit in Massa a lovely experience and very special:
The Breakfast will be served by Beata in the dining room, sweetly furnished with a beautiful table in cerry of 1800, and you will admire the rediscovery of the antic ceelings that have been put togheter little by little with a lot of attention. The Heart of the B&B puts out her arrangement to her guests, a service of bicicles which are free to discover beautiful nature of the countryside or to arrive in a few minute sto the seaside.
Naturally, our little dog Trilly, which is very sweet…

Framed by a hexagonal floor tiles and a beautiful vaulted ceiling, an old carpenter's bench welcomes all breakfast goodies.
Among scalloped trays, baskets and lace sugar, domes wicker and glass backsplashes,..nooks, pastries, rice puddings, torcetti, freshly baked bread, jams and the famous apple pie will make you start the day with a smile.
In cups and mugs from tavernas also a ginseng, a tea aromatic coffee or latte will have a special smell, the warmth of the slow pace and relaxed.
For friends who prefer the salty taste in the morning, a fragrant focaccia with tomatoes, rosemary and onions and great scrambled eggs.
If you have allergies or intolerances will be happy to prepare a special breakfast, with products made with kamut flour, soy milk and rice milk.
.and in the summer we go out in the garden, including cages, white blooms and the morning sun!

Charming B&B Il Cuore for romantic hearts. Entering this historic building with black and white marble floors immediately makes you feel 'an actress'. Furthermore, every corner is decorated in a warm and original way, evoking early 1900s Liberty atmospheres. The room with direct access to the 'ancient' garden added a pleasant touch. The large hydrangea plants, the mandarin tree, the dense vegetation, the berceau where you are served by the dear Mrs. Daniela, the excellent breakfast, make it a cozy and special location.

Ottima posizione, accoglienza eccezionale che ci ha aiutato a visitare i luoghi di interesse. Colazione servita in giardino interno di ottima qualità, sia dolce che salato, torte fatte in casa di ottima qualità e ricercatezza (noci e zucchine!). Stanze ampie, pulite, insonorizzate con un ottimo servizio di condizionamento dell'aria silenziosissimo.

Ho soggiornato in questo splendido B&B per due notti e mi sono trovata benissimo. Le persone che lo gestiscono sono squisite e disponibili. La struttura è molto stile shabby, che personalmente adoro. Pulizia ottima e colazione super con le torte sfornate fresche ogni mattina. Ottime. Se proprio dovessi fare un appunto, consiglierei di dare una scelta per quanto riguarda i cuscini perché, essendo già il materasso ottimamente rigido, un cuscino basso e altrettanto rigido è un po' scomodo, ma capisco che può essere questione di abitudine. Assolutamente consigliato anche per la posizione, nel centro storico di Massa, circondato da una serie di viuzze caratteristiche piene di localini e ristoranti.

Pernottato una sola notte ma tanto è bastato per godere di una squisita accoglienza e di un ambiente elegante, pulito e curato nei particolari. Daniela la proprietaria gentilissima e la sua collaboratrice molto carina e gioiosa. Servizio impeccabile e colazione deliziosa. Consiglio questo B&B. È di grande qualità. Peccato non aver avuto il tempo di godere della vicina SPA. Spero di tornare presto.

Un viaggio indietro nel tempo! Per tre splendidi giorni ho rivissuto la magica atmosfera casalinga di quando ero bambina; una camera elegante, romantica e accogliente, la biancheria che profuma di pulito, il bagno sempre ordinato, per non parlare del soggiorno, così invitante da abbandonare l' idea di andare a fare un giro a Forte Dei Marmi. Per restare lì, sul divano in totale relax. Al mattino poi, il profumo del tè ai fiori di gelsomino appena fatto, la crostata ai mirtilli e il tortino alle zucchine, provenienti dalla cucina del piano di sotto ricordano le colazioni che preparava mia mamma. E il buongiorno suona come musica, quando scesa nella raffinata sala della colazione, incontro il sorriso di Daniela, la "padrona di casa"; una Signora semplice ma di gran classe, e con una rarissima capacità: quella di far sentire gli ospiti a proprio agio, di coccolarli come se in quel momento fossimo tutti una grande famiglia. Proprio così, una grande famiglia: Beata e Silvia, le due collaboratrici, simpatiche e servizievoli; Roberto, il marito di Daniela, credo sia la persona più buona che abbia mai conosciuto, e Trilly? Deliziosa! Adesso sono a casa, sembrerà strano ma ho tanta nostalgia, tornerò, certo che tornerò, perché in questa casa ho lasciato un piccolo pezzo del mio cuore, che ora è lì, insieme a tutti gli altri cuori di stoffa, di gesso, di marmo, di legno, a far da cornice a questo incantevole B&B.

Finalmente un B&B a 5 stelle.
Romantico, accogliente, pulito, anzi meglio profumato, curato in ogni minimo particolare, deliziosa la colazione (attenti a non ingrassare), personale servizievole e disponibile, ottima posizione (centro di Massa e sotto il castello dei Malaspina), insomma vivamente consigliato.

Una soluzione ideale per chi vuole godersi il centro di Massa e nello stesso tempo vivere in un ambiente sereno e silenzioso. Le camere sono spaziose, accoglienti e pulite. La colazione abbondante e molto buona che in estate si fa nel giardinetto. Daniela e Beate sono molto carine con gli ospiti e ti fanno sentire sempre a tuo agio. Cosa molto bella è che puoi portare con te il tuo amichetto a 4 zampe. Insomma se andate a Massa provate questo B&B e ne rimarrete entusiasti.
