Il Castelluccio is the result of the renovation of commercial premises in order to offer an enjoyable holiday in Arezzo, according to the family tradition of hospitality, to the people who choose to be in contact with art, history and nature.
Our House is situated in a central position you can easily walk from to visit all the places which are the symbols of a city with a long history and full of tradition. The Cathedral, The Medici Fort, the main street, the railaway station are all within walking distance. Its location, close to the ancient walls and to the courthouse, is ideal to explore both the city centre and the surroundings of Arezzo. Il Castelluccio has also private parking.
It is easily accessible and offers comfortable bedrooms in a quiet atmosphere. Since we are situated very close to the courthouse we have given the bedrooms the names of famous detectives from the past: Sherlock Holmes, Ellery Queen, Nero Wolfe, Hercule Poirot.
The rooms have double beds with the possibility of an additional bed to one of them and can also be connected one another. Cleaning and comfort are our must. All the bedrooms are finely furnished, airy and silent in order to guarantee the best conditions for complete rest. The bathrooms are provided with all the necessary accessories. Satellite TV, air conditioning, free WiFi are available in each bedroom in order to make you feel at home.

A good location for me who has to work in the east area of Arezzo. Also it's convenient, because in 10 minutes you are in the center. Excellent parking facility, which saved us at least 40 euros on the weekend.

Very clean and modern room with a beautiful bathroom. Breakfast at a café outside the accommodation. Parking right in front of the room. Historical city center within walking distance in a few minutes. Very nice landlords, good restaurant tips, agreed arrival time was respected.

The room was beautiful, very large and spacious. Very nice place and just a few minutes from the center. Also great the parking location and the possibility to leave the car near the structure all day on check out. The breakfast was very good, very nice location. If we return to Arezzo, we will definitely stay at this B&B again!

Large rooms, tastefully furnished, quiet and above all very clean. I stayed with a 13-month-old child so cleanliness is even more important to me. The owner was very kind, the breakfast is not international but the pastries are homemade and very good. Definitely when I return to Arezzo, I would stay again at B&B Il Castelluccio.
