Our B&B is located in the historic center, "B & B I Chivi" is a welcoming and comfortable establishment.

We had a very nice stay in the apartment. The staff were incredibly friendly, the room was immaculately clean and very nicely furnished, the location was a 3-minute walk from the train station. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for a more relaxed stay.

I had a pleasant stay here, clean and bright room with a lovely bathroom, nice and warm room. Kettle and a good selection of beverages and minibar. Outside in reception fresh water and an abundance of cakes, biscuits, and fruit available 24 hours. Breakfast vouchers for the bar downstairs for a hot drink and a pastry included. The proprietors are very polite and accommodating. Local restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. The railway station is five minutes away, the train to Florence takes ten minutes. Who could ask for anything more, I shall return.

The brilliant thing about Incisa V'al darno B&B is its accessibility - the walking distance from the station.
After a difficult day of sightseeing in the Tuscany region - Lucca, Pisa, Firenze, Siena etc, it's just nice to 'unwind' and commute with the régionale train to Incisa.
The hosts Maria (mum) and her lovely son and daughter - Alex and Elonora - and of course the rest of the extended family in the cafe Franco (call him 'Papa' he'll tell you that Papa is in Roma), his son Vito give this place a wonderful family feel.
I love the simplicity and the affordability of this place and I am so happy that it is up and running again.
Ps: Mum bakes the most wonderful Italian cakes and pastries - requiring a black coffee only. Sit back and enjoy a moment of bliss with these sweet treats.

Ottima struttura, in posizione centrale ben servita e tranquilla.
Camera fornita di tutti i confort, arredata con gusto e ottima pulizia.
Ottimo il rapporto qualità' prezzo.
La notte si trascorre in sicurezza grazie alle porte blindate e si possono assaggiare le squisite torte fatte dalla proprietaria.
Personale gentilissimo e disponibile 24 h su 24.
Da provare assolutamente se si vuole visitare il Valdarno e Firenze (19 km) e da riprovare per chi come me c'e già stato!

Siamo andati via stamattina a malincuore, ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra! Stanza pulita, profumatissima e confortevole. Un BeB all'insegna della cortesia, gentilezza e tanta tanta simpatia!Per non parlare della colazione e dei dolci appena sfornati..provare per credere! La prossima volta che torneremo per visitare Firenze non avrò dubbi, grazie per aver reso così piacevole la nostra permanenza!

Io e mia moglie ci siamo trovati benissimo.
Camera sempre in ordine e pulita, funziona tutto a meraviglia grazie agli sforzi di Alessandro ed Elisabetta che ci Hanno messo a nostro Agio dal primo giorno; e che dire della signora Maria, che ci ha viziato con i suoi dolci fatti freschi da Lei personalmente. Purtroppo la colazione non è un granché, nel senso che è un normalissimo cornetto e cappuccino al bar (di proprietà del gestore). Diciamo che da un Bed & Breakfast ci si aspetta un colazione un po' più abbondante e varia. La cosa è in parte compensata da dolci vari e succhi di frutta che il gestore mette a disposizione su un tavolino di fronte la reception gratuitamente e per tutto il giorno.
