Our B&B is located in the historic center, "B & B I Chivi" is a welcoming and comfortable establishment.

We had a very nice stay in the apartment. The staff were incredibly friendly, the room was immaculately clean and very nicely furnished, the location was a 3-minute walk from the train station. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for a more relaxed stay.

I had a pleasant stay here, clean and bright room with a lovely bathroom, nice and warm room. Kettle and a good selection of beverages and minibar. Outside in reception fresh water and an abundance of cakes, biscuits, and fruit available 24 hours. Breakfast vouchers for the bar downstairs for a hot drink and a pastry included. The proprietors are very polite and accommodating. Local restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. The railway station is five minutes away, the train to Florence takes ten minutes. Who could ask for anything more, I shall return.

The brilliant thing about B&B I Chivi is its accessibility - the walking distance from the station. After a difficult day of sightseeing in the Tuscany region - Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Siena etc., it's just nice to 'unwind' and commute with the regional train to Incisa. The hosts Maria (mom) and her lovely son and daughter - Alex and Elonora - and of course the rest of the extended family in the café Franco (call him 'Papa', he'll tell you that Papa is in Rome), his son Vito give this place a wonderful family feel. I love the simplicity and the affordability of this place and I am so happy that it is up and running again. P.S.: Mom bakes the most wonderful Italian cakes and pastries - requiring a black coffee only. Sit back and enjoy a moment of bliss with these sweet treats.

Excellent property, in a central, well-served, and quiet location. Room equipped with all comforts, tastefully furnished and excellent cleanliness. Excellent value for money. The night is spent in safety thanks to the armored doors, and you can taste the exquisite cakes made by the owner. Extremely kind and helpful staff 24 hours a day. A must-try if you want to visit the Valdarno and Florence (19 km) and to revisit for those like me who have already been there! See you soon!

We left this morning with a heavy heart, we felt at home! Clean, fragrant and comfortable room. A B&B characterized by courtesy, kindness, and lots of sympathy! Not to mention the breakfast and freshly baked pastries... try it to believe it! Next time we come back to visit Florence I will have no doubts, thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Unfortunately, the breakfast is not great, in the sense that it's just a normal croissant and cappuccino at the bar (owned by the manager). One would expect a bit more abundant and varied breakfast from a Bed & Breakfast. This is partially compensated by various sweets and fruit juices that the manager provides on a small table in front of the reception for free and throughout the day.
