B&B Firenze 400: big and comfortable rooms with ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, fridge, smart tv, WI FI, bifore windows and/or painted ceilings in a charming area of Florence close to the historical centre (it is called "Minor Historical Centre"). The bus (headline by the structure) leads you to the centre in few minutes; parking is free on the public street. Breakfast can be enjoyed in the breakfast room, in the veranda or in the wonderful Renaissance garden.

Had a very pleasant stay for 1 night. Nice and clean room, warm welcome by the host. Only thing is that our bathroom had no ventilation, so the bathroom/bedroom becomes quite humid after showering.

The host, Roberto, was very kind and accommodating. He gave good advice on local eateries and provided a wide selection for the provided breakfast. He even stored luggage after check-out so that I would not have to carry it with me until I could check-in at my next destination.

Tout était parfait. Un havre de paix. Roberto d une extrême gentillesse et de très bons conseils. Parking gratuit devant, arrêt de bus à 50m pour le centre de Florence.

Tout était parfait. Roberto parle très bien le français, il est d’une grande disponibilité et d’une grande gentillesse tant pour les horaires d’accueil (nous sommes arrivés à 22h) que pour garder les bagages la journée de notre départ. Il nous a laissé imprimer notre billet d'avion sur son ordinateur.
Très belle maison très Bien située au calme dans une zone résidentielle de Florence. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Le bus pour le centre est à 100m. On peut aussi faire le trajet à pied (À 3km). En résumé nous recommandons vivement !

Belle maison typique italienne avec un très beau jardin dans un quartier calme avec le bus a 50 m pour accéder au centre ville.
On a été très bien accueilli par Alberto très serviable et qui parle bien le français.
On a passé un très bonne nuit.

Molto bella la struttura e nuovi gli arredi. Di gusto la sistemazione del giardino e della terrazza. Tutto bene ma la colazione non è all'altezza di un B&B. Troppi prodotti confezionati.

A circa mezz'ora a piedi dal centro di Firenze, pulito e ottima colazione. Molto gentile e premuroso il gestore Roberto.

Edificio storico ben trasformato in struttura ricettiva, cordialmente gestito da Roberto, ubicato a 3 km dal centro storico facilmente raggiungibile con mezzi pubblici o passeggiando.
Le camere sono arredate con gusto ed il bagno è comodo (aggiungerei un porta sapone nella doccia).
La colazione, molto italiana (a me sta benissimo), è risultata sufficientemente varia e di qualità.
Tenuto conto dei prezzi praticati a Firenze, il rapporto qualità/prezzo può definirsi senz'altro buono.

La struttura è ottima, con una camera molto accogliente e pulita. La colazione è abbondante. Soprattutto, il gestore, Sig. Roberto, è sempre disponibile, molto educato e gentile.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura con mia figlia dal 14 al 16 luglio 2023, devo dire che ci siamo trovati subito molto bene gestore e personale molto accoglienti, disponibilissimi e professionali. Struttura di charme molto bella, pulizia e servizio eccellente situata in posizione strategica per visitare la città, da consigliare sicuramente, ci ritorneremo.

Struttura bellissima. Un po fuori dal centro di Firenze ma servita bene dai mezzi pubblici. La zona é residenziale tranquilla e molto bella e piena di verde.
La camera pulita. Il proprietario molto gentile.

Logement très beau et très propre.
Propriétaire très gentil et à votre écoute. Le cœur du centre ville est à 10min en bus que vous prenez à 100m du logement. Sejour réalisé sans soucis avec des enfants en bas âge.
Merci à Roberto pour son accueil et son très bon français. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Je recommande fortement.
