Good value for money, nice host.

Nice place, but investing in a good mattress is really necessary. Close to the airport and also close to a super pizza restaurant. Breakfast was simple but good! Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Great B&B for those looking for a good quality/price ratio. The owner is extremely kind and helpful, the property is very clean. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning and this can be a problem on particularly hot days like those when I happened to stay. Moreover, WiFi is missing among the services offered. Nevertheless, given the extreme cleanliness, the proximity to the airport, and the kindness of the owner, my stay was pleasant and I recommend the property to all travelers in transit at Pisa airport.

Exceeded my expectations. Great value for money and the host went the extra mile to settle me in and help me make the most of my visit. Would stay there again.

Non sono sicura di come questa struttura o l'host abbiano ricevuto recensioni positive. L'unico aspetto positivo era il prezzo basso. Oltre a ciò, tutto il resto di questo appartamento con 3 camere da letto al 2º piano, senza ascensore, è stato deludente. Contrariamente a quanto dichiarato, era una passeggiata di 40 minuti dall'aeroporto, non 20 minuti. Inoltre, ogni camera era affittata separatamente e aveva due letti singoli progettati per bambini. Se la struttura è completamente prenotata, potresti potenzialmente condividere un bagno e un gabinetto con altre cinque persone. Come donna single, ho condiviso con altre tre persone, una situazione che potrebbe potenzialmente essere pericolosa. Non ho mai vissuto nulla del genere prima nella mia vita. \n\nDeobra, l'host, è stata sgradevole, insistente e aggressiva. Ha insistito affinché arrivassi all'appartamento entro le 16:00, che era lo stesso orario del mio arrivo in aereo. Ha dichiarato di non lavorare 24 ore e se fossi arrivata più tardi delle 16:00, avrei dovuto aspettarla. \n\nInizialmente pensavo che una passeggiata di 20 minuti non sarebbe stata troppo difficile, ma mi sbagliavo. A 37 gradi di caldo, trascinavo la mia valigia mentre lei mi sorpassava in macchina. Sarebbe stato difficile per chiunque non notarmi faticare con le valigie sulla sua strada, ma non ha offerto aiuto. Sono arrivata al suo edificio inzuppata di sudore per il caldo. \n\nIncontrandoci, Deobra mi ha spiegato rapidamente come usare le chiavi senza darmi il tempo di riprendermi dal caldo. Sappiamo tutti come aprire le porte con le chiavi, ma la serratura della camera era vecchia e difficile da chiudere. \n\nSenza offrire un bicchiere d'acqua, ha scritto una fattura. Ha menzionato che la fermata dell'autobus era dietro l'edificio, ma non c'era da nessuna parte dove comprare un biglietto. Inoltre, non c'era WiFi per scaricare l'app per acquistare un biglietto. Avrebbe potuto averne qualcuno a disposizione per vendere e aiutare. \n\nIl letto era troppo piccolo e l'appartamento era vecchio e strano, con giocattoli sui letti. La colazione era inesistente. Non contare su mangiare altro che un paio di biscotti, pane tostato secco e una singola cialda per il caffè. Non c'erano latte o acqua. Fondamentalmente, ottieni sicuramente quello per cui hai pagato, o anche meno.

I had a good experience in this property, which I found very nice, clean, well located in relation to the station and the center, and the owner was really kind and helpful! I recommend it, I will be back!

Great value!\nThe host was really kind and helpful, giving several recommendations on what to see and how to discover things in the city.\nThe room was great for what it was, as it is very close to the city centre. I bought bus tickets but ended up walking around the whole time.

Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Everything needed for a good stay is present. Kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. Good location for those who want to live close to the airport. But a bit far to visit the Tower on foot, although there are buses that go there.

Kind and helpful owner, very nice, cozy, spacious and clean property. I highly recommend!

Very positive experience. Welcoming and spotlessly clean structure, a real B&B with everything you need and more. The icing on the cake is the manager, Debora, a delightful person, attentive to all customer needs, extremely helpful well beyond expectations. Highly recommended.
