Description

In apartment number 20, there are five essential rooms with furnishings, each equipped with an en-suite bathroom. Two small balconies offer a splendid view of the city. The rooms on the first floor have ceiling fans for warmer days. On the ground floor, the bedroom, kitchen, and dining room with living room are naturally cool.

The beautiful apartment in number 21 consists of a large and bright bedroom with a double bed and a small balcony with a splendid city view; a comfortable custom-made country kitchen in solid chestnut and white marble; a cozy living room with sofas, a piano, and a large TV. In the lovely panoramic loft, there is a second bedroom. The bathroom is very spacious, with a double sink, double shower and bathtub, bidet, and a large window. There is also a storage room with a boiler and a washing machine.

This room can comfortably accommodate guests from the rooms, who will find all the tableware here for setting the table: cups, plates, glasses, spoons, forks, knives, carafes..in two cabinets and on shelves that are available for storing food purchases, drinks..(We do not recommend buying plastic water bottles, as the water from our well is very good and safe). On the floor, next to the cabinet, a small fridge. In the adjacent kitchen, cupboards with pots, pans, baking trays, and a granite table. An electric oven. In one corner, a larger fridge with a freezer compartment. In the kitchen, there are two metal containers for trash, which will then be poured into the recycling bins placed in front of the kitchen's French door. HOW TO REACH US

- Exit the motorway at Arezzo, follow the signs for " Centro", then " STADIUM ".

- At the roundabout green near the stadium, towards " Zona Pantano. " (Round green with a white monument in the center. There are five minutes in our house)
- At the first roundabout, turn right (first exit Via Bucciarelli Ducci).

- At the second roundabout, turn right. (first exit).

- Continue straight on and pass through La Pace (do not turn right towards San Firenze)
- From La Pace’s end, the road climbs: calculate 800 meters.

- After 800 meters, you will come across a white house on the right, next to which there is the cartel of our B&B, which is located in 800metres, up the hill.

If you have the TV, set it to off and then Anconetana, reached La Pace, follow the signs. (If you set up via satellite Scopetone, it makes you have a long useless ride)

Excellent property nestled in the green hills near Arezzo, in a panoramic and quiet location. Mrs. Gabriella is a perfect hostess; her jams and tarts are a must-try.

Rustic stone structure rigorously renovated. Brand new swimming pool with very clean water despite being surrounded by the countryside. Best reception.

I had a divine experience! I booked at B&B Casa Podere San Firenze for a business trip. The location on top of the hill offers a splendid view over the city of Arezzo. For breakfast, I tasted the homemade jams and sweets, truly delicious. It was a pleasure to be a guest of Mrs. Gabriella. I will definitely come back if I happen to be in the area.

Very nice B&B. Mrs. Gabriella, who welcomed us, is a very helpful person and attentive to her guests. The breakfast is more than abundant, with homemade cakes and jams. The location is great because even though it's on a hill, it's only 10 minutes from Arezzo.

Completely renovated farmhouse, clean, welcoming and characteristic with a beautiful view over my city, Arezzo. I highly recommend it, also for the kindness and hospitality of the lady whom I would like to thank again for the welcome she gave us. We will definitely come back.

Excellent structure located in a beautiful hilly area overlooking the splendid Arezzo, to be recommended. We stayed there for New Year's Eve and the structure offers a truly comfortable place. For those who want to rest and definitely for those who want to spend a carefree weekend and above all relax. Excellent breakfasts with homemade jam by the lady.
