Description

Lovely, new B&B BELFIORE has been completely refurnished creating a charming house, elegant and friendly at the same time.

Each one of the rooms is different from the others and is carrefully furnished with cherry wood furniture and fine tapestry made by Fiorentine craftsmen.

every room has its own bathroom, air condition, tv, wireless conection. All rooms are cleaned daily by our profesional housekeeper.

Take the exit on your right (trucks at your back) and go along Via Alamanni. Cross Viale Fratelli Rosselli and continue straight on Via Guido Monaco. At its end turn left and you'll be in Viale Belfiore. Our B&B is at N° 40.

In my small and cozy room, you can enjoy a good breakfast. From the buffet, you can take whatever you desire: butter, cheese, yogurt, orange juice, pineapple, ace, blood orange, cookies, soft toast bread, jams of various flavors, honey, chocolate spread, packaged snacks of various flavors, chocolate muffins, and biscuits. While I prepare an excellent cappuccino, coffee, tea, milk, or hot chocolate for you. Only packaged food will be served.

We had a good time. Mrs. Rosy was very kind and helpful for the check-in time and also gave us many tips to better visit the city. For breakfast, gluten-free products are available upon request. The area where the B&B Belfiore is located is very convenient, under the building in fact passes the tram T2 which connects the airport to the city (Santa Maria Novella station and the center). Good value for money.

I spent two nights at this property managed by a magnificent host, very sweet and helpful! In addition to welcoming us, she also allowed us to leave our luggage in the hall after check-in, as we had the train many hours later, to let us enjoy the last day in Florence without the burden of carrying them around. The location is very central and close to the station, I recommend this B&B to everyone.

Nice place, in an old but well-maintained structure, a stone's throw from Santa Maria Novella station, very clean and tidy. The lady who runs it is very kind and courteous, she kept the luggage even after check-out to allow me to tour the city even on the last day without too much weight. I highly recommend it.

Located on the third floor with elevator, 10 minutes walk from SMN station or reachable by tram (tram stop almost in front of the B&B Belfiore). We stayed in the Papavero room, a somewhat retro and essential room but equipped with all comforts. The Italian breakfast with packaged products, as usual, well stocked. Mrs. Rosy was an exceptional host, made us feel at home immediately, gave us very useful advice on routes, visits and places to eat, truly a helpful person who cares about her work. Highly recommended!

We had booked a room with an external bathroom as for the night we requested it was almost fully booked, but this did not prevent us from giving a more than positive review to the B&B Belfiore, also excellent air conditioning in the room. A special mention goes to the very kind Mrs. Rosy who provided us with all the information, including a map to move around better, as in that day in Florence there were significant events like the Firenze Rock that we were attending and Pitti Moda.

The structure is a bit dated but still welcoming and equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant and relaxing stay. We stayed in the "Giglio" room, perhaps the only one equipped with a bidet in addition to the bathroom in the room with a shower like in all the rooms. The room is sufficiently spacious and well heated, with thorough cleanliness everywhere. The Italian breakfast more than enough. Mrs. Rosy, whom I warmly greet, is very friendly and affable, ready to provide excellent information on what to visit and characteristic restaurants to eat at. What else to say? We had a good time and would be inclined to return in case we decide on another trip to Florence.

Great managers. Good location, excellent cleanliness, beautiful and large rooms with bathroom. Too bad for the furniture: a mishmash. Breakfast could have been a bit more varied. However, it was good. We still had a good time.

I stayed there for 5 nights. Firstly, I was disappointed because I booked a room 3-4 weeks earlier with a bathroom inside the room. However, when we arrived, we got a bathroom separately from our room as on the next day the administrator told us we could change the room after 3 nights because all are occupied! I do not know how many days in advance I have to book a room and probably it may not be the one you booked. Generally, the room was clean but the air conditioning didn't work and on the balcony there was an ashtray that was not emptied before us and it stayed like that the whole time-5 days. Also there was a drop of blood under my pillow on the sheet -like from some blurred mosquito because I was awakened during the nights from their zoomed and smashed 3 of them for all my staying there. Of course the sheet was not changed. 3EU costs the breakfast which deserves the money though it is not for every morning. Also the administrators are friendly.

I stayed here for three nights at this B&B, I really enjoyed it, clean room and bathroom, the structure is not very far from the center, about 10 minutes on foot. The manager was very friendly, he also showed us, through a map of Florence, the most important places to see and the most beautiful things to do. The breakfast was good, all packaged due to internal regulations but still very abundant and good. Recommended.

Arriving by train (Italo), the structure is not very far from the station. It is reachable on foot. My wife and I stayed there for three nights. Although our stay was a gift, we found that the quality-price ratio is excellent. The place is very welcoming, the location is quiet, the cleanliness is excellent, and the staff is qualified. Having stayed in November (it is a bit cold in Florence), we plan to return in spring.

The owner is very kind, nice and available for all tourist information. The price is good. The bathroom is a bit dark and unfortunately you have to have breakfast in the room because there is no space for the table in the dining room. However, for short periods it is just fine.
