I found everything I needed. Negative the very uncomfortable sink and bidet but on the other hand the shower is very comfortable.

We did not have breakfast, we found two sugar packets for two nights and two tea bags and two instant coffee packets, empty fridge without water and turned off. My colleague and I were very disappointed.

Gentilissima Signora Chiappa, la sua recensione ci sorprende moltissimo. La nostra struttura non offre il servizio di prima colazione, come ben descritto ovunque, infatti avete pagato un importo per solo pernottamento. Il frigorifero in camera è perfettamente collegato e funzionante, solo non ha la luce interna. Per quanto riguarda l'acqua, da noi l'acqua è potabile, come ben indicato dai vari cartelli, ci sembrava contro l'ambiente usare più pet del necessario avendo un'acqua buonissima e a disposizione in grandi quantità (in camera ci sono bicchieri e tazze). il caffè, le tisane e il resto sono un omaggio che offriamo a tutti nostri ospiti, così come le capsule e la macchina del caffè che avete in camera (ricaricata tutti i giorni), che ha dimenticato di menzionare. Quando date queste votazioni e recensioni danneggiate chi con tanto sacrificio lavora e fa del suo meglio per accogliervi in una bella camera grande, con bagno con doccia grandissima, terrazzino privato con un bell'affaccio con piante e fiori. Insomma in un posto gradevole e perfettamente pulito. Tra l'altro siamo sempre a disposizione reperibili 24 ore, dato che è stata 2 giorni poteva dirci cosa non le piaceva e avremmo trovato una soluzione. Un 3 per una colazione che nemmeno vendiamo/serviamo/proponiamo ci pare quanto mai fuori luogo. Speriamo che chi legge la vostra recensione abbia la pazienza di leggere anche la nostra risposta e capisca.

Very pleasant room with excellent value for money. I was there for only one night and could not have found better. In the room I had a kettle, fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. Comfortable bed and super clean bathroom. Nothing to complain about the management. Extremely kind and very helpful staff. Highly recommend.

Structure in good condition, very kind and attentive manager. Convenient location, close to tram T1 which connects to the center in a few stops. Breakfast is not provided, but the room is equipped with a kettle, espresso coffee machine, microwave, and refrigerator. The only flaw is the lack of a bidet, but the shower is spacious and comfortable.
