Welcome to Antica Pieve Tuscany Bed & Breakfast!
The Antica Pieve Bed and Breakfast is a typical tuscan villa, located in Tuscany on the hills of Chianti at half way between Florence and Siena on the famous "Cassia" ancient roman road in Tavarnelle Val di Pesa (Florence), in one of the most beautiful Chianti areas.

The Antica Pieve B&B is a strategic location from which it is possible to visit the most important historical towns of Tuscany: Florence, Siena, Badia a Passignano, Greve in Chianti, San Gimignano, Volterra, Castellina in Chianti, Certaldo, Radda in Chianti, Barberino Val d'Elsa.

A rich buffet breakfast with freshly baked croissants, homemade cakes in our kitchens, milk and cereal, biscuits, fresh fruit, yogurt, homemade jams and for lovers of salty ham and salami, cheese and eggs.

Coffee and cappuccino will be made by our staff and served at the table.

Everything was more than we expected. The room was very clean and you could see the attention they paid to all the details. Filippo was very attentive and kind. He gave us details about what we could visit around. And Katia was amazing! Everything we ate there was delicious! The whole atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We were very satisfied! The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful, with parking and a swimming pool, everything very clean. The restaurant offers delicious Italian food. We would come back anytime!

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. B&B run by really friendly people who are attentive to every customer need (which is not a given), cleanliness and order are top-notch. Restaurant for breakfast and dinners, very attentive to allergies and intolerances, breakfasts made by the lady are super top and dinner is abundant and of good quality. We highly recommend it. We hope to return as soon as possible.

Our stay was fantastic, it has comfortable rooms, well oriented and with daily cleaning of them. A good location to explore Tuscany and Chianti and if we add the quality of the restaurant, run by a charming lady, the result becomes EXCEPTIONAL.

In our opinion, the breakfast is not up to the standard of the very good establishment for the price and the quality of the rooms. I would also improve the shower gels and soaps, too "basic".

Beautiful and very welcoming structure, spacious and very clean room. Excellent breakfast. There is the possibility to have lunch or dinner in the garden. Beautiful swimming pool surrounded by greenery. Very quiet place for those seeking relaxation. B&B that I would gladly recommend.

The property in general is good, nice, well located, and cozy. We had a room with the window to the road and it was noisy, mainly early in the morning. The swimming pool is perfect as well as the garden around the pool. The dining area is really cozy and we enjoyed dinner there. The staff - Filippo was kind, the lady in the restaurant wasn’t so nice and sometimes we felt like small children thanks to her behavior. We were lucky that the place wasn’t crowded so we could take a good rest.

Great stay, Filippo is very kind and helpful. The B&B Antica Pieve is perfect, everything is designed for the visitor's comfort. The restaurant is excellent, with very good Tuscan cuisine and very generous portions, all accompanied by the smile, kindness, and humor of the owner who cooks admirably.

The owner is very nice and he speaks English very well, not like in some other hotels. And the restaurant is also amazing, all food is incredible and the restaurant owner is the most amazing person I have ever met. Bathroom very nice, they clean rooms every day. Everything is very clean and beautiful. Only one negative was low battery in the air conditioning remote and the air in the air conditioning was smelly. Maybe because we were there in June and nobody used it before us, but still it should be cleaned every year.

The welcome is so lovely and friendly. It makes for such a lovely holiday when the hosts and also everyone in the restaurant is always so delightful. The facilities are excellent and for the price this is a really good location. It is right in the middle of so much of lovely Tuscany - 30 minutes from the motorway/tram point to go north into Florence. 40 minutes south into lovely Siena. 40 minutes south east for San Gimignano. Drives through stunning Chianti countryside start just 15 minutes away.

We really liked the B&B Antica Pieve! The owner was very precise in giving us the directions to enter and helpful. The area is super quiet, at night you rest very well in a clean room with everything you need, moreover the location is strategic to visit all of Chianti and beyond. Rating 10 also for breakfast! We will definitely come back, maybe in summer to enjoy the beautiful pool.

A very good address to explore the Tuscan countryside and its cities. Centrally located. Rooms, garden, pool, and parking spaces are well maintained. The host (Filippo) and the rest of the team are very helpful and provide tips. The breakfast is very extensive. In the attached restaurant, managed by Katja, you can eat excellently. An address that I will also recommend to good friends. It is located directly on the road, the windows are well insulated. We will come back here on our next Tuscany vacation.

Great structure, clean and well maintained. Welcoming staff, abundant breakfast and always fresh ingredients, 30 minutes from any place of interest (Florence, Siena, San Gimignano etc). It has a restaurant where you can have half-board service, everything was perfect, both in price and food quality. I felt at home. I will definitely return.

Hospitable structure, available for any information, very organized and attentive to the application of anti-Covid protocols as well as in the cleanliness of all environments. For breakfast, amazing homemade sweets. I recommend the restaurant also for its typical menu, delicious and abundant dishes. Care in table preparation, impeccable service. Good. I hope to come back to enjoy some relaxation by the pool which unfortunately the bad weather prevented.

We had a great stay with excellent and professional management and personnel, we met Filippo and the family, Katia and Chiara. The B&B is a modern Mediterranean antique style blended with cleanliness and a very organized structure and surroundings. Every morning surprises everyone with an abundant breakfast of your choice, the swimming pool area is just steps away that you can enjoy under the sun. The bar and restaurant are open to serve you during the day and dinner with excellent food. The B&B is also very strategically located to visit the Chianti of Florence and Siena and experience the great panoramic view side by side, in less than an hour you can go shopping at the outlets. What else can we ask for? Just relax, take it easy!

I must say that we spent five fabulous days in this enchanting property and at the time of departure we were pervaded by the same melancholy as when you leave home and you are ready to leave. Filippo is an excellent host, precise and friendly, always ready to dispense good advice on places to visit, all the staff is very attentive to the needs and devoted to hospitality, excellent breakfast, served by Catia, a true professional in the field who deserves further exploration all for herself. The rooms EXUDE cleanliness and a sense of order, as in all environments, the outdoor area is particularly beautiful and well-equipped. A heartfelt thank you and I sincerely hope to return as a guest soon to this beautiful property. A big hug from the Rossi family.

Very well-kept structure both inside and outside. The owners show extreme courtesy towards guests, ready to offer insights and suggestions for itineraries and visits to lesser-known but noteworthy places. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The parking is convenient, breakfast is varied. The location is on the outskirts of the town of Tavarnelle, next to the sports fields. We will definitely come back. Structure to recommend.
