The B&B "Antica Piazza dei Miracoli" comes from the restoration of a Medici villa located in the historic center of Pisa.
The Piazza dei Miracoli where is the Leaning Tower, is located less than 200 meters. and it's easily accessible on foot
It offers rooms and suites with living room and veranda, all restored with original decorated ceilings and antique furniture.
The nineteenth century garden of 2000 sqm with flower beds and original plants, allows to have a large green space in the city center, perfect for relaxation and offering the possibility of a private parking.
It's possible to visit walking all the museums and monuments of Pisa, Piazza dei Miracoli and enjoy the magic of the Arno river and the Cittadella. Or, schedule tours of several places in the neighborhood of Pisa, that thanks its central positions offers the sea, the mountains, the city and the countryside.

In the same square, you can also find the Sinopie Museum and the Opera del Duomo Museum.
In the opposite direction, also less than 200 meters away, you will find Piazza dei Cavalieri, which is the second most famous square in the city after Piazza del Duomo. In ancient times, it represented the center of civil power (compared to the religious power of Platea Episcopalis), while from the second half of the 16th century, it became the headquarters of the Order of the Knights of Saint Stephen.

B&B Antica Piazza dei Miracoli is a lovely house, very well located. Nice little garden. Large room. Additional parking is paid, it's mentioned, I didn't see it, could be included. Low water pressure in the shower.

Structure a stone's throw from the Miracles Square, logistically perfect for visiting Pisa with the possibility of internal paid parking as well. Old-style rooms, a bit more care needed in the finishes and in the bed. Pillows to change absolutely. Abundant breakfast and polite and courteous staff.

We are travelers and not tourists, I am always saddened to have to leave a negative review for a structure that could actually be a gem. The bidet that almost falls if you use it, very rusty external grilles, wooden shutters flaking with dust, a finger of dust above the headboard, shower with black silicone, toilet with yellow stripe, where just bleach with bleach, no glass for brushing teeth, dry brioches for breakfast, salty breakfast with poor supermarket cold cuts. Breakfast at the table near the window... dust on the wood and dirty white chair covers. Lack of care for a stunning Medici villa near Piazza dei Miracoli. Truly a shame and I say it with regret. Room n 3.

Perfect location of the B&B Antica Piazza dei Miracoli. The owner and staff are very helpful and kind. Spacious and clean room. It was a pleasant stay. Absolutely recommended.

Fantastic location, 100 meters from the Tower, but the rest is a bit dated. The internal parking (9 euros per night) with access to the ZTL is to be appreciated.

Great location (although a bit difficult to find by car). Disappointing breakfast offered at Trattoria Toscana on Via Santa Maria: cappuccino and brioches (probably packaged and then reheated in the microwave) and 1 extra pastry paid for separately. On the second day, we gave up.

Good place to stay.
Location was ok, really near to the tower.
Bed and room a little bit old, but not extremely uncomfortable.
We had a car and we could park inside which was fine, unfortunately we've been charge with 18€ more than the price announced and without receiving a good reason..
Breakfast was simple, not enough really.
Franco (the host) is a nice person, but I'm afraid if I went back to Pisa, I'll stay in a different place (or not stay at Pisa at all).

Ottima accoglienza da parte del sig. Franco, il quale si è premurato di fornirci tutte le informazioni (comprese quelle su ztl) giorni prima del nostro arrivo a Pisa.
La struttura antica è molto bella e caratteristica, la stanza molto pulita, così come il bagno..avrebbe solo bisogno di una mano di ristrutturazione.
Il griadino è bello e curato.
Unico consiglio per la colazione, comunque ben fornita: mettere anche delle pietanze salate (es: affettati e formaggi freschi), oltre che dolci.
Un affettuoso saluto al sig. Franco, ringraziandolo ancora caramente!

Il proprietario, Signor Franco è un "ragazzo nella sua terza età" che ti accoglie nella sua dimora ottocentesca con molta cordialità.
Posizionata tra Piazza dei Miracoli e la Normale di Pisa, la casa (dotata di parcheggio interno) presenta degli arredi storici ma necessita di qualche piccola ristrutturazione.
Ci siamo trovati molto bene e consigliamo il B&B che offre ai suoi ospiti anche la possibilità di unire al soggiorno una gita in barca a bordo della barca a vela del signor Franco, skipper esperto.
