The Piazza dei Miracoli where is the Leaning Tower, is located less than 200 meters. and it's easily accessible on foot

B&B Antica Piazza dei Miracoli is a lovely house, very well located. Nice little garden. Large room. Additional parking is paid, it's mentioned, I didn't see it, could be included. Low water pressure in the shower.

Structure a stone's throw from the Miracles Square, logistically perfect for visiting Pisa with the possibility of internal paid parking as well. Old-style rooms, a bit more care needed in the finishes and in the bed. Pillows to change absolutely. Abundant breakfast and polite and courteous staff.

We are travelers and not tourists, I am always saddened to have to leave a negative review for a structure that could actually be a gem. The bidet that almost falls if you use it, very rusty external grilles, wooden shutters flaking with dust, a finger of dust above the headboard, shower with black silicone, toilet with yellow stripe, where just bleach with bleach, no glass for brushing teeth, dry brioches for breakfast, salty breakfast with poor supermarket cold cuts. Breakfast at the table near the window... dust on the wood and dirty white chair covers. Lack of care for a stunning Medici villa near Piazza dei Miracoli. Truly a shame and I say it with regret. Room n 3.

Great location (although a bit difficult to find by car). Disappointing breakfast offered at Trattoria Toscana on Via Santa Maria: cappuccino and brioches (probably packaged and then reheated in the microwave) and 1 extra pastry paid for separately. On the second day, we gave up.

Good place to stay.\n\nLocation was ok, really near the tower.\n\nBed and room a little bit old, but not extremely uncomfortable.\n\nWe had a car and we could park inside which was fine, unfortunately we've been charged with 18€ more than the price announced and without receiving a good reason.\n\nBreakfast was simple, not enough really.\n\nFranco (the host) is a nice person, but I'm afraid if I went back to Pisa, I'll stay in a different place (or not stay at Pisa at all).

Excellent welcome from Mr. Franco, who took care to provide us with all the information (including that on ZTL) days before our arrival in Pisa. The ancient structure is very beautiful and characteristic, the room is very clean, as is the bathroom. It would just need a coat of renovation. The garden is beautiful and well-kept. The only advice for breakfast, which is well-stocked: to include some savory dishes (for example: cold cuts and fresh cheeses), as well as sweets. A warm greeting to Mr. Franco, thanking him again dearly.

The owner, Mr. Franco, is a "young man in his third age" who welcomes you to his nineteenth-century home with great cordiality. Located between Piazza dei Miracoli and the Normale of Pisa, the house (equipped with internal parking) features historical furnishings but needs some minor renovations. We felt very well and recommend the B&B which also offers its guests the possibility of combining their stay with a boat trip aboard Mr. Franco's sailing boat, an experienced skipper.
