The lady was very kind and helpful. Comfortable, quiet room, a few steps from the Arno. Definitely recommended and I thank the lady for her flexibility regarding the check-out time. Thanks also from my wife.

Comfortable B&B with reserved parking. The host is kind and helpful. Basic breakfast included.

Great location near the Arno River and bike trail. Easy walking access to the sites of Florence. Free parking. Very secure.

We loved the area and the room. The room was very attractive and clean. The price could be a bit lower, given that there is no internet and no breakfast. I understand that Sunday is church time; the homekeeper should have mentioned it to me when I informed her on Saturday that we needed to leave our luggage after checkout.

Everything was perfect. There was a problem with the internet signal: my phone and my wife's phone had no reception and we were on the fifth floor, next to the router. Everything else was perfect; we highly recommend it. The accommodation is in a central location.

We had a very pleasant stay and have nothing to complain about.

Spacious and very clean room, excellent location on the edge of the ZTL, internal parking at a very fair price, host available and very kind, and on top of all this we were given complimentary breakfast, even though it is not a service of the property, a truly appreciated gesture. Certainly when we return to Florence we will try to come back here.

Very clean, cozy and beautiful building.

Beautiful, small B&B in an ideal location to the historic center, which can be reached in about 15 minutes. A big advantage in Florence is the parking in front of the house, although longer cars are at a disadvantage. The breakfast cannot be rated, as it was not taken.

Very pleasant establishment, very comfortable, clean and discreet. The location is perfect, close to the center without the nuisances. We liked everything. The icing on the cake, we were able to park the car in the courtyard. Notably, as it shows the delicacy of the owners, we were offered a morning snack!

Pros: The property had a decent location out from the center of all the traffic and located near bus stops and some good restaurants and bakeries. The property also has parking available which is a plus. If you're renting a car, there is not much places in this area with car parking. That's safe. Check-In was easy and the host is very responsive with questions in a timely manner. The interior of the property and exterior is well maintained and clean. The kitchen has all the amenities you will need. Besides, for what's listed below, the stay was quiet besides for all the creaking from the oldness of the house. Cons: keep in mind that this property is older and the floors are wood and all the windows, doors and locks are original. So with that in mind is almost impossible to get up and do anything and not wake anybody in the room up because everything makes noise the floors, the doors, the locks and I'm not talking about little noise, It's very loud. Even the bed Creeks when you move around or get up. And speaking of the bed, the bed is stiff. One of the most firmest beds we have ever tried to sleep on and the pillows are very flat and it only comes with one pillow. So if you're a back sleeper, this is probably a good bed for you. They also only give you one towel each for stay s up to 4 days which is a little unsanitary especially since the towels don't dry in the room. Our towels stayed wet for the whole 3 days that we stayed there because the room doesn't have any type of ventilation (we didn't leave windows open because of potential mosquitoes and security) and seem to be high humidity when we stayed in late April. You must request the air conditioner remote control to use it, because I guess they expect you to adapt to their environment. But I do understand that they are trying to save on overhead costs such as electricity.

Great location.

A great location and very responsive host using WhatsApp. About a 20 minute walk to the center and bus lines are close. Cristina promptly helped me out with all of my requests--even those not regarding her property. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable bed. If you are sensitive to noise do not get room #1. Traffic went until 1am and started again at 6:30ish.

Clean and tidy room. All amenities were available. Good price and location.

Our stay at B&B Alle Rampe was wonderful. Starting from the structure in an excellent location, only 15 minutes of walking along the Arno River to reach the city center. The room was very clean and refreshed every day, which is not taken for granted. Finally, we really appreciated the breakfast room where guests were provided with coffee pods and packaged croissants, as well as fruit juice in the fridge. What can I say, we will definitely return to B&B Alle Rampe during our next stay in Florence!

Very good experience at B&B Alle Rampe. Ideal location to visit Florence without being in the hustle and bustle of the city center. Beautiful residence, comfortable room, hairdryer available. No breakfast service, but drinks and some cereals/snacks were provided, which allowed us to have a snack on site before the visits. I recommend.

We were two couples that stayed for two nights. Everything was as described and Christina is a very helpful hostess! Located on the shore of Arno near the historic center of Florence but far enough to avoid the noise of the busy city centre. Would recommend.

Very pleasant in a great location away from the hustle and bustle of the center.

This place was perfect! The instructions were easy and the host was nice, the place was super clean and cute, and the location was great! Also a great price for traveling students.

Very nice and welcoming structure near the historic center of Florence. Although breakfast was not included in our reservation, it was still possible to have a coffee and eat some packaged brioches and tarts. I would gladly come back. Recommendation.

The B&B Alle Rampe is well taken care of in every detail. The room and bathroom have everything you need for your stay in Florence. Cristina is a very helpful person, and communication with her was super efficient. Although the accommodation is not located in the city center, it is very convenient to reach the most important points of the city with a short walk. I recommend it with pleasure!

For those who want to stay in Florence but away from the city traffic, I highly recommend it. Small but very welcoming, well-kept and very clean structure. Cristina is very kind and friendly. You can have a coffee for breakfast, but for those who want there is an excellent pastry shop nearby.

The B&B Alle Rampe is charming. It doesn't offer breakfast but there is a magnificent cafe right next door. It is very well connected to the historic center both on foot and by bus.

The property is not in the center, but it is close to bus stops and a 7-minute walk to Piazza Michaelangelo (where you get a great view of the city). It was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. There was a Lavazza coffee machine and an Italian breakfast. Cristina, the host, is a lovely lady and she was very helpful.

There's not much to say about this property other than to say it's just perfect! There is nothing to disappoint here! Perfect in every way.

We really liked this place, the host was very helpful all the time explaining any question I had on WhatsApp, also the property was in a good location, clean apartment and quiet place. Totally recommend this place.

We had a great time at this B&B Alle Rampe on the Lungarno, just a few minutes from the center. The kindness of the owner and the cleanliness and convenience of the room make the stay really enjoyable.

Had a great stay at B&B Alle Rampe. Host was very responsive to all questions and extremely helpful in getting us a taxi for departure. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. It was in a quiet location, within walking distance to the city center. Very short distance from the bus stop and several nice restaurants close by.

It was a pleasant experience visiting Florence for the first time and staying at B&B Alle Rampe, perfect location 15-20 minutes walk from the center, excellent value for money and it was very nice to have such a helpful and kind host.

First stay for a few days, the B&B is just out of the hustle and bustle. Bridge over and a nice walk along the water brings you to the city within 20 minutes. Clean stay! In the morning you can enjoy coffee and a slice of cake. It is possible to prepare your own breakfast, there is a refrigerator you can use. Cristina is very friendly.

Our room was very clean, with everything needed for the overnight stay. The manager was very helpful with every request and very kind. The location was good, about 15 minutes from the center, with even fewer means of transportation, bus stops nearby. Unfortunately, there are no supermarkets nearby, but it's a quiet area. Parking and luggage storage on the day of check-out. If I were to find a flaw, it would be the lack of the air conditioning remote control, but really of little importance. I highly recommend this B&B for visiting Florence.

We compliment Cristina and her B&B, we had a good time and were well received. The location, although not in the historic center, is still central and convenient for walking to all the interesting sites in the Center. Recommended. The rooms are large and well designed. The structure is cozy, clean, and located in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes walk from the center, where you can admire a splendid view of the Arno with a view of the Ponte Vecchio. If breakfast were included, it would be even better.

Great location, 20 minutes walk from the center: Uffizi, Piazza della Signoria, and the Duomo. Elegant property with great autonomy, equipped with private parking. Mrs. Cristina was very kind and available for every request. We highly recommend it. Valeria and Max.

The B&B Alle Rampe is very nice, located outside the center which is reachable in about twenty minutes by walking along the Arno. It is quiet, clean, and managed professionally and lovingly. The hostess, besides being very welcoming, is generous with useful suggestions.

Very clean establishment, very comfortable air-conditioned room, well located along the Arno (15 minutes walk from the Ponte Vecchio and 10 minutes from Piazza Michelangelo), with parking available on reservation with Cristina. Cristina is very kind, full of advice for visiting Florence, she speaks English very well.

The host, Cristina, was very friendly and available to meet my needs. The place comes very clean and comfortable. The property is well linked to the city centre by bus (10 mins to Via Verdi) or 20 mins walk. Highly recommended.
