Perfect for a family or two couples, our B&B is composed of an independent apartment, with the use of kitchen, where you can find two bedrooms with a shared bathroom.

Whoever going into my house always says: what a Paradise!
A Paradise I decide to share with my guests. I’m really convinced that after a day resting in the seaside, walking in the mountain or exploring the cities in the surroundings, it is very enjoying to relax in a paradise and to wake up in the morning afar from the traffic noise.

Two communicating rooms facing the prosperous garden allow you a very relaxing vacation.

My name is Paola and I’ve been leaving in this house for 20years; it has been built like an horseshoe and surrounded by 4000 mt of garden.

I have traveled a lot and I really love discovering new countries and meeting new people.

I have worked for many years at the Customer Service Dept. of a great company and I know that the customer, the guest in this case, has to be treated and follow with respect and attention.

I like to to feel good when I go on vacation and, in the same manner, I want that my guests feel at home, in their perfect ease and with all the amenities for a B & B!

Our B & B is located in Massa, in northern Tuscany, at the border between Liguria and Emilia Romagna, halfway between the sea and the town center.
The famous Versilia beaches can be reached within few minutes by car or even by bike and just as easily you can reach the city center of Massa, whose old town dominated by the Malaspina Castle, is certainly worth a visit. If you prefer the mountain, our Apuan Alps, only few kilometers afar, will allow you excellent tours and walks.
Strategically located, our B&B is also an ideal base for visiting the numerous exclusive touristic destinations nearby: the historical cities (Lucca, Pisa, Florence), Versilia (Forte dei Marmi, Viareggio), the Ligurian coast (Fiascherino, Tellaro, Lerici, Porto Venere, Palmaria Island, Cinque Terre) and Lunigiana with its medieval castles.

We stayed at this property for just one night, as we were passing through, and we could not have been luckier! The managers were extremely kind from the reservation phone call, they accommodated us in every way, including the late check-in time (we arrived at the B&B at midnight), and they treated us warmly as if we were visiting friends. The little apartment, brand new and spotlessly clean, was really comfortable and welcoming, and we slept very well. With the coolness of the garden (and its perfumes and enchanting calm), we didn't even realize there was no air conditioning! The breakfast in the garden was delicious, with homemade jams and cake. We just missed a little something salty. After a nice chat while strolling in the garden with Mrs. Sara, we sadly continued our journey, and Mr. Gianni even gave us a good bottle of wine! I would recommend this place to anyone, also for the excellent quality/price. Thank you!

A most amazing B&B, it was special because the host and his family made the time an unforgettable stay, the warmth and caring attitude of all the household were critical to the success of our stay. The place is clean and very well maintained. The apartment is right in the middle of a lovely garden where one could enjoy time off the daily touristic pressures. To Paola, a great thank you for introducing us to such a charming way of life and getting us to meet her lovely parents, sister, and kids. Your family's warmth has made our stay unforgettable.

I stayed with my husband and my three children for 1 night. The apartment is very nice, excellent cleanliness; there is a beautiful garden with a swing and a trampoline for the children. Mrs. Paola and her family are delightful, courteous, and never intrusive. The location is 5-10 minutes from the sea by car. The breakfast is simple and genuine. You feel at home and pampered. I highly recommend it.

Gentlemen, rest assured, the place is lovely and the Viaggi family is truly exquisite and courteous, always ready to meet the guests' needs, we felt at home. Clean rooms and perfect bathroom, abundant and quality breakfast, thanks also to Sara's delicious (always fresh) cakes, by the way, thank you for the delicious and fragrant organic lemons! Ah!
