Renovated in all its spaces, with brand new and elegant furnishings, it offers 3 beautiful rooms, all non-smoking, bright and with independent entrances.
Each room is equipped with a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and a rich courtesy set. They also come with every comfort (Wifi, air conditioning and autonomous heating, LCD TV, minibar, complimentary mineral water, sponge towels + bath towel, parquet flooring, Nespresso machine with a variety of capsules and chocolates), making them perfect for every need.
A classic Italian breakfast is served in an excellent and elegant PASTRY SHOP next to the B&B.

Everything was great, very clean with a perfectly polite and welcoming host. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. On the third day, we couldn't have breakfast as we had a train and were not authorised to take it away (which doesn't change much as it was only a sandwich and a croissant). Otherwise, would totally recommend the place!

The owners are very friendly and it is always easy to contact them. The room is clean and big enough for a short term stay at Florence. Coffee and some biscuits as well as water (in a mini fridge) are provided which is very convenient.

I am very happy that I found this B&B on this website. The rooms are beautiful! It was very comfortable to have the coffee machine and cookies in the room as well as getting free water in the refrigerator every day! Silvia and Luca are very friendly. I also really enjoyed the breakfast in 'La Magnolia', it is delicious! It was good to have the air condition and the bed is comfortable, I slept very well.

My stay at B&B De Amicis was very pleasant and comfortable. The host is welcoming and rather knowledgeable about the neighbourhood and Florence itself. Room was clean, had nice furnishings and I particularly appreciated the quality of the linen.
For breakfast I was provided with a voucher which I could use at a choice of two patisseries. The hosts also run a pizzeria with an excellent menu.
I would recommend B&B De Amicis.

Very kind owner, perfect service, super clean and a very nice option to have breakfast in a nearby pasticceria with fresh orange juice, coffee, panini, Cornetto di pistachio,...We drove by bus into the city, which is easy to reach (no change of bus needed) - thanks a lot for the nice stay!

Sylvia et lucas ont été des hôtes très agréable. La chambre est spacieuse, très propre. le petit déjeuner se prend dans un café juste à côté, endroit très sympatique où les amis se retrouvent. Le bus est à proximité ce qui nous a permis de nous déplacer à Florence sans difficulté.

B&B de charme, un accueil très chaleureux par Silvia la maîtresse des lieux! La chambre est super jolie et dispose de surprises qui agrémentes le voyage. Nous avons apprécié que celui-ci ne soit pas en plein centre de Florence de plus le bus s'arrête à littéralement 150 m à pieds ce qui c'est vraiment chouette. Pour ce qui est du petit déjeuner le chois est à faire dans une super boulangerie du coin ou un petit bar nous a permis d'y rester le temps de croquer un sandwich ou croissant typique ou encore boire un capuccino!
Nous marchions beaucoup la journée et avions donc plaisir à nous retrouver à la pizzeria du mari de la propriétaire qui offre de super pizza à prix très correcte et délicieuse tout cela nous loins du B&B!
Bref une super adresse avec de superbes personnes. J'y retournerais.

Nous avons été accueilli avec beaucoup d'enthousiasme par les propriétaires, même si l'anglais était juste suffisant.
La chambre est récente, bien décorée et le logement dispose d'un petit salon commun.
La ville est à une demi-heure à pied, mais c'est facile à faire.
La pizzeria du propriétaire est très accueillante, nous y avons très bien mangé pour un prix très correct.
Le petit déjeuner est à prendre sur le pouce dans une des deux boulangeries voisines, ce n'était pas tout à fait clair à quoi nous avions droit.

Ich hatte eine tolle Zeit im B&B de Amicis, die Inhaber sind so herzlich, das Zimmer war modern, toll ausgestattet, ruhig gelegen und der Service war ausgezeichnet. Die Unterkunft ist zwar nicht so zentral gelegen, aber sehr gut mit Bus und Zug angebunden und dafür abseits des Touristen-Trubels. In einem kleinen Café um die Ecke bekommt man ein typisches italienisches Frühstück (im Preis enthalten), in Gesellschaft vieler Italienerinnen und Italiener aus dem Viertel. Die Abende habe ich gerne im Restaurant der Inhaber verbracht, das auch nur einige Meter von der Unterkunft entfernt liegt. Das Essen war super lecker, alle waren sehr freundlich und mir hat es an nichts gefehlt. Ich komm gern wieder!

Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum! Ich war mit meiner besten Freundin hier für eine Nacht. Die Besitzer haben uns total herzlich empfangen. Auch wenn das Englisch der beiden ein wenig eingerostet war konnten wir uns gut verständigen. Der Besitzer lud uns zum Abendessen gleich in sein Restaurant um die Ecke ein. Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht, dafür sollten wir die nebenan gelegenen Bäckerei aufsuchen, dort durften wir so viel essen und trinken wie wir wollte. Das frisch gebackene italienische Gepäck war super lecker und ein Traum. Auch die Lage der Unterkunft war super, mit dem Bus haben wir 15 min in die Innenstadt gebraucht. Gerne wieder!

Ottima struttura. Titolare disponibile, gentilissimo. Ottima posizione sia per andare ai concerti al Nelson Mandela sia per andare a visitare il centro della città. La camera provvista di tutto e molto pulita. Inoltre il titolare a pochi passi dalla struttura ha un ristorante dove abbiamo mangiato benissimo!

Camera curata nei dettagli, confortevole e molto pulita, Silvia una persona cordiale disponibile e molto accogliente, la struttura offre anche un buono per la colazione nella pasticceria accanto oppure al bar sempre vicino al b&b, noi siamo arrivati verso le 13 e Silvia si è messa a disposizione per prenotarci un tavolo al ristorante pizzeria Fiorella di suo marito, abbiamo mangiato molto bene lo staff cordiale gentile veloce nel servizio e molto attento all'esigenze dei clienti, che dire è stato un soggiorno breve ma bellissimo in tutti i sensi, sicuramente ci torneremo... anche i piccoli gesti sono coccole sempre ben accette, se vi trovate in zona lo consiglio assolutamente!

B&B molto curato, sin nei minimi particolari. Camera pulitissima con acqua e macchina del caffè a disposizione.
La Sig.ra Silvia ci ha accolto in modo molto cordiale ed amichevole.
La colazione a disposizione presso 2 pasticcerie fornitissime vicinissime al b&b.
Veramente soddisfatti, lo consigliamo vivamente.
Ubicato sui viali, non è certamente nel centro storico, ma servito con fermate di autobus proprio sotto la struttura.
Sicuramente ci torneremo.

Un B&B che ha il calore dell'accoglienza di un B&B ed il comfort di un 4 stelle. Camera estremamente confortevole con letto matrimoniale con top, aria condizionata, televisore, wi-fi, set cortesia con ciabattine monouso incluse, macchina del caffè in camera a disposizione con cialde, zucchero, tazze biscottine e caramelle... il top per me che necessito di un caffè in primis.
Colazione deliziosa in pasticceria. Posizione a 5 km dalla stazione di Santa Maria Novella e a 300 metri dal palazzetto Nelson Mandela. Ideale per chi come noi è venuto a Firenze per un concerto e non vuole ingolfarsi in taxi o mezzi di trasporto a notte tarda, tutto fruibile a piedi in poco tempo. Silvia disponibilissima a fornirci tutte le indicazioni che ci servivano e molto carinamente essendo il nostro check-out in data 8 Marzo ci ha fatto trovare una composizione di mimosa con cioccolatini e dedica... questi gesti tanto graditi fanno la differenza e sono felice di rendere pubblico il mio gradimento nel loro B&B curato in ogni dettaglio. Sicuramente un B&B dove tornare e da consigliare per chi approda in quel di Firenze. Un caro saluto, Cristina e Sabrina.

Abbiamo trovato un'accoglienza squisita, camera comoda e pulizia eccellente.
Ci sono state offerte delle piccole attenzioni che abbiamo molto gradito.
La Sig.ra Silvia e suo marito sono stati veramente speciali nel soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza ed anche di più! Abbiamo anche cenato nel loro ristorante/ pizzeria Fiorella che è nelle vicinanze ed abbiamo gustato una buonissima pizza.
Non abbiamo avuto difficolta di parcheggio ed abbiamo utilizzato i mezzi pubblici molto comodi per il centro. Torneremo a Firenze!

Struttura molto accogliente, graziosa e notevolmente pulita; dotata di mini frigo e macchina per caffe espresso. La struttura è vicinissima al Nelson Mandela forum (pochi minuti a piedi), ben collegata con il centro di Firenze in quanto la fermata dei bus si trova a pochissimi metri dal b&b. Siamo stati per una notte in occasione del concerto di Ultimo. Proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile, stanza impeccabile e fornita di ogni kit di cortesia anche di più del necessario.
Posizione strategica per arrivare allo stadio, ci si arriva a piedi in pochissimi minuti. Se dovesse servire torneremo sicuramente senza cercare altro. Grazie.

Posizione servita da trasporti, in pochi minuti si arriva al centro. Dietro alla struttura si trova il parco in zona stadio con possibilità di trascorrere del tempo nel verde. La colazione in convenzione con il bar dove si possono mangiare degli ottimi cornetti. Consigliatissima.

Ottima la posizione della struttura per eventi al forum, Silvia è un'ottima padrona di casa, gentile e cortese. La stanza molto confortevole e comoda! Noi siamo stati benissimo... senza dimenticare una pizza al ristorante del sig. Luca ben oltre le 23.

Io e mio marito abbiamo alloggiato presso la struttura ad Aprile 2022.
Siamo rimasti entusiasti dell'ambiente, nuovissimo, pulito ed accogliente. una struttura pratica da vivere e comoda da raggiungere, pratica per raggiungere i bellissimi punti di interesse storico di Firenze.
I proprietari Silvia e Luca sono due persone deliziose sempre pronta ad aiutare i suoi ospiti e dando consigli utili. Da ritornarci!

Struttura situata in un luogo strategico per i concerti (peccato il problema parcheggio che è comunque un problema di tutta la città, forse si potrebbe pensare ad un’idea di parcheggi riservati per i clienti/turisti che ne facciano richiesta), ben pulita, gentilissima la signora, camera ben pulita ed accogliente, graditissima la macchina del caffè con gli annessi, bagno pulito e funzionale, riscaldamento/condizionamento ottimo (da specificare cmq che l’accesso alle camere è solamente tramite scale non adatto a persone con difficoltà di deambulazione).
Unico neo la colazione al bar: paste surgelate e cartello in cui si chiede ai clienti di riportare le tazze al banco, c'è comunque anche una pasticceria che non ho trovato.
Per il resto, come già detto, la consiglio sicuramente.

La struttura si trova molto vicina al Mandela Forum, ideale se, come nel mio caso, si deve assistere ad un concerto.
Il centro storico si trova a circa 2,5 km ben servito dai mezzi pubblici. La gentilezza di Silvia, la titolare, hanno fatto il resto. Ci rivedremo sicuramente! Deborah.

Super accoglienza di Silvia, gentilissima e pronta a risolvere qualsiasi problema.
La stanza è curata nei dettagli!
Colazione ottima in una pasticceria a fianco del B&B.
Posizione ottima, zona tranquilla e verde: Il centro della città e raggiungibile facilmente a piedi per cogliere totalmente l'atmosfera di Firenze ma comoda anche la fermata autobus di fronte.
Inoltre la Stazione dei treni Campo di Marte si trova a 10 min a piedi!
Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Molto carino. I gestori sono deliziosi, molto a modo e disponibili.
Non è in centro ma va benissimo perché non c'è il caos che ci sarebbe altrove. Abbiamo scelto di avvicinarci verso il centro con la macchina e poi incamminarci in seguito. Silenziosissimo grazie alla finestre che isolano benissimo. Quindi anche la stanza su strada non ha il problema delle macchine che passano. C'è qualche problema per il parcheggio perché non si capisce bene dove si può parcheggiare a Firenze ma è un problema di tutta la città, visto che i parcheggi sono quasi tutti per i residenti e ci sono poche alternative e garage (almeno da quel poco che ho visto io). Ci tornerei senz'altro se decidessi di tornare a Firenze.

Tutto come nella descrizione, vicino al Nelson Mandela forum, camere confortevoli, spaziose, arredate con gusto, piacevolmente silenziose, la padrona di casa molto gentile ci ha accolto con simpatia e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno. Anche per la cena ci siamo trovati molto bene alla pizzeria di proprietà del marito Luca. Pizza buonissima! Grazie! Al prossimo concerto ritorneremo.

Camera elegante e provvista di ogni confort (caffé, the, biscottini, acqua...).
Location un pò decentrata, ma facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici dalla stazione o dal centro. Tornerò con molto piacere.

Ho soggiornato insieme a mia figlia in occasione di un concerto al Mandela; le camere del B&B sono pulitissime ed arredate con estremo gusto, proprio come si vede dalle foto sul sito. Silvia, la proprietaria, è molto amichevole, disponibile gentile; vicinissimo al Mandela e allo stadio, comoda la fermata dell'autobus che senza cambi ti porta in centro città. Colazione nella pasticceria sotto casa. Insomma, consigliassimo.
