We had a lovely 4 nights here exploring Pisa, Lucca and Viareggio. The price was great and it is close to the station, which was perfect for our day trips. The host is friendly, she helped us book a taxi to the airport and made our room like new every day. Love this place!

I stayed at the B&B Da Leo for only one night, but I can say I had a very good experience. Firstly, the owner, with great kindness, allowed me to settle into the room at 8 in the morning since there was the possibility. The room was tidy and clean, as well as the bathroom, equipped with clean towels, a hairdryer, and shower products. The location is very convenient for those who want to have the station and the center nearby. The breakfast in the morning is rich in sweets, biscuits, fruits, yogurt, pancakes, all delicious. If I needed, I would gladly return to this B&B.

I was not informed upon arrival that I could not pay by debit card, breakfast exceptionally served, at my request, at 7:45 (too late for those going to work), usually from 8:00 onwards, only one electrical outlet in the room. I reported that the bathroom light bulb was blown but it was not replaced. Regarding the reception, it is better not to make comments. I am sure I will not return.

My wife and my children stayed for 3 nights to attend a music masterclass, the location was ideal with a great value for money, they were very comfortable, welcoming and well managed, availability and cleanliness, great breakfast, very good cappuccino, everything was perfect for their needs. If we need it again and if we have to go back to Pisa, it will definitely be our first choice.

I stayed for a few days in this property in a strategic location due to its proximity to the train station and to easily reach the city center on foot. The attic room is very well-kept, cozy, clean and equipped with air conditioning. The only downside is the lack of mosquito nets on the skylights. Abundant, varied and very pleasant breakfast. The lady owner is absolutely helpful and friendly but above all always with a smile. Highly recommended.

Excellent structure, very punctual, helpful and kind lady. Very charming and comfortable room. Great location of the structure, a few minutes from both the historic center and the train station (area also served by buses). Finding a flaw in this B&B is truly impossible. Highly recommended!
