We were guests of Marco for one night. He was cordial, precise in the information for check-in, and available to solve a small payment issue due to my mistake. The room was very nice and cozy. The location is extraordinary in the city center. We will definitely come back. Thank you Marco.

The manager, Marco, was not too proud to get his hands dirty with cleaning and making the beds. Moreover, he is very open and warm, where do you find this today?

We were in an emergency situation and found ourselves facing the surprise of the third floor without an elevator, with very steep stairs. We didn't see the manager, even though we had informed him that we would arrive in the afternoon. My husband had a bad ankle sprain from falling and couldn't walk. The manager didn't even grant us permission to access the ZTL area, at least to unload the luggage and help my husband out of the car near the property. It was a nightmare situation, I was alone with no help and had to deal with an injured person. We even had to send him photos of the documents on WhatsApp. This is what happens when you trust someone.

A me signora fa veramente ridere e spiego a chi legge il perché così si fa un idea di lei... Prima di prenotare mi ha chiamato e L ho avvertita del terzo piano senza ascensore cosa che tra L altro la trova già scritta, quindi non capisco la sorpresa, in più se il gestore fosse stato li pensa avrebbe preso in braccio suo marito ??? Mi ha chiamato 3 volte per sapere il parcheggio addirittura mi ha chiamato dicendo di esser al parcheggio e di non trovare posto e chiedendomi quanto costa L ora ?!?! Cioè lei chiama il gestore del B&b per sapere il costo del parcheggio ???!!! Siete le comiche più vi racconto e più la gente sorride

Excellent location, our window right inside the amphitheater, good breakfast, comfortable bed. Three floors for us no problem but no elevator. Uncomfortable for luggage transport, both because you can't access the street and because of the 60 very steep steps. For one night good.

Good morning, my partner and I stayed for 3 nights, everything splendid, historic building, spacious and tidy bathroom and room, right in the historic city center amphitheater square, air conditioning okay, professional and kind staff, plus there is a discount for a venue owned by them just a stone's throw from the property. I only suggest to take a little more care of the continental breakfast, just a little, vary the croissants, juices, cold cuts and cheeses day by day, not always repeating the same products, just a detail that with a little leaves the guest even more satisfied, for the rest rating 9, I recommend the property of Mr. Marco to everyone!

Strategic location, on the top floor of a building in the center. The room was acceptable although we found the toilet bowl somewhat dirty. Less limescale and more attention to some details would have enhanced the cleanliness and the condition of the room and bathroom which were generally good. Breakfast was average but nothing exceptional: pastries thawed at the moment, yogurt and other packaged products. The owner was very helpful (we did not see him in person but he always responded promptly to requests via email or phone).

We had a very enjoyable stay at At Home B&B. Marco, the host, was kind, helpful, and accommodating. Our room was clean and spacious with a nice bathroom and air conditioning. The breakfast was simple and nice: warm croissant, bread, cheese, yogurt, coffee. The location just at the Piazza dell'Anfiteatro was very convenient and quiet even with our window facing the lively piazza.
