Description
Offering free wi-fi, At home bed and breakfast is conveniently located inside lucca's ovall-shaped piazza dell'anfiteatro square. Piazza Napoleone square is just a 10 minutes walk-away.

With views of the city, all accomodation at home bed and breakfast has a private bathroom, a flat screen TV and air conditioning. Apartments are complete with kichenette or kitchen.

When booking a room, you can enjoy a continental buffet breakfast in the communal kitchen. A variety of restaurants are within a 2-minutes walk from the building.

Lucca's Piazza San michele square with its many bars and romanic church, is less than 10 minutes away on foot.

You can reach Lucca train station in a 15 minutes walk

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 3 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

We loved this place despite the many stairs, the view from our window was fabulous overlooking the square, our host was very welcoming and we had everything we needed in our room.

L'unica cosa che non è andata bene è che in tre notti non sono mai state cambiate le lenzuola e gli asciugamani.

Il mini appartamento è veramente ben curato con una vista mozzafiato sulla piazza dell'Anfiteatro. Silenzioso, centralissimo e caratteristico. Ottimo prezzo e proprietario cortese e paziente!

Ben ubicato in posizione centrale. Prezzo conveniente (52 € per una stanza per 4 persone al giorno), ma vanno cambiati i letti ed i materassi. Per arrivi dopo le 21 è previsto un aumento di prezzo di 25 €.
