Our Bed and Breakfast is located in Florence Careggi area in the North in a quiet and surrounded by a park of 8 hectares available to our customers. "Armonie di Villa Incontri" is a B&B where you can breathe the scent of nature and history being part of the historic Villa dating the XXVI century still belongs to our family.
Our guests will have the opportunity to discover the surroundings of our B&B thanks to the guidance and indications of managers.
Around our B&B you can find everything you need to live fully their holiday, from sports to culture, from shopping to relax.
Our facility is the perfect place for all families traveling here will feel right at home, for business, for a romantic holiday in a quiet and reserved, for those who love the silence of nature and tranquility away from the confusion and the city traffic but incredibly a few meters from the town. A few meters from us are in fact the hospital center of Careggi, Mayer and all health facilities more important that you can comfortably walk by parking your car for free in our parking. The old town is 3, 5 km and is easily accessible by the new line of tram way system (LIne T1 Leonardo) of Florence in 12 minutes. The terminal "Careggi " of tram way is 5 minutes walking from our property.
For reach us from airport of Florence there is the new second line of tram way (Line T2 Vespucci) to terminal " Alamanni station" after Line T1 Leonardo for Careggi.
All rooms are air-conditioned with private bathroom and our customers will find hair dryer, television, mirror, desk, wardrobe, luggage rack and the kit towels, kit bathroom and also the wifi is free. There is a kettle in the communal areas to get a tea and coffee and cappuccino. The return from your excursions you can relax by the fireplace with a good book or using the commune spaces in our big green park. Who like to walk or to run can use our trekking street in the middle of the nature, a real paradise in city.
There are 4 double rooms, 1 suite/apartment for 3/4 people with kitchenette and a private garden. 1 room superior/apartment for 4 people with 1 bathroom and kitchen, 1 room superior suite/apartment for 4/5 people with 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen

The Incontri family, of which I am proudly a part, has ancient noble origins from Volterra, and we await you in our paradise just a stone's throw away from the city center, to let you spend a vacation immersed in nature and history.

We are in Careggi, an important area in Florence famous for the Medici Villas, 400 hectares of historical properties, villas, houses, churches, narrow streets, and breathtaking landscapes under the brand name "Colline di Careggi" of which we are also a part. Here, Lorenzo de Medici was born and died.
Just a few meters away from us, there is the healthcare and university hub of Careggi, Villa Ulivella, CTO, Mayer Pediatric Hospital, and all the most important healthcare and university facilities in the city.
The historical center is 3 km away and easily accessible with the new T1 Leonardo line of the Florence tramway, which will take you to the heart of the city (Santa Maria Novella) in 12 minutes. The tramway stop (Careggi/ospedali) is 400 meters away from our B&B.
The T2 line of the tramway is also in operation, which takes you from the Florence airport to the historical center (Piazza dell'Unità) in 19 minutes. From there, you can take the T1 line to reach Careggi.

Amazing stay! Owners are super nice and room was super clean and spacious. Road there is a bit scary on foot but after a short walk easy to reach with metro.

Enchanting structure immersed in a huge wonderful park. The ancient building catapults you back in time to a past rich in history. The managers are exquisite, kind, and very nice people. We immediately felt at ease. The room is spacious and carefully furnished. The view from the room is wonderful, a true balm for the soul. Excellent breakfast. We will definitely always choose this structure for our future stays in Florence. The location is extraordinary, just a few minutes' walk from Careggi Hospital and the CTO. We are really satisfied. Great welcome from the owners, who immediately make you feel at home. The room is very spacious and comfortable, the bathroom is very clean, and with a shower that deserves a 10 out of 10. Excellent breakfast. The big plus is definitely the owners' availability to meet the most diverse needs.

Magnificent mansion with a beautiful park located on the hills, north of Florence. Bus stop a 5-minute walk away that takes you directly to the city center in 25 minutes. Ideal for relaxing after a long day in Florence. Roberto is very friendly and gave us a very warm welcome. Hearty breakfasts with homemade cakes. A very good address.
