Area mid-centre
Located on Via Fiorentina, just beyond Porta Camollia, the Arcobaleno Boutique Hotel Siena boasts a location that seamlessly blends historical significance with convenience. This ancient medieval gate, which has served as the primary entrance to the city for centuries, remains one of Siena's most authentic symbols, preserving memories and atmospheres that reflect the deep identity of the region.
The hotel's location allows guests to reach the historic center in just a few minutes, whether by enjoying a pleasant stroll or utilizing public transport, with a bus stop conveniently located nearby. It is the perfect choice for those who wish to immerse themselves in the winding streets, squares, and monuments without sacrificing the tranquility of a more secluded area, where the pace remains relaxed and the stay more enjoyable.
The area also proves to be particularly practical for professional and academic needs. Its proximity to the train station makes travel easy, while the Santa Maria alle Scotte hospital complex is easily accessible. Connections to the University for Foreigners of Siena and the San Miniato university campus, a hub for the medical field, are also convenient.
The availability of on-site parking is an additional benefit for those traveling by car, as is the option of having a restaurant right next door, ideal for ending the day in a simple and pleasant manner. This semi-central area strikes a successful balance between comfort, services, and historical context, allowing visitors to experience the city at a leisurely pace, with everything within easy reach.

The hotel is in a strategic location, clean and equipped with everything necessary. The staff are kind and helpful. Breakfast was average; there are no gluten-free or lactose-free options. It was still a good experience!

The answer from the host:
Grazie di cuore per la sua recensione! Siamo felici che abbia apprezzato il rapporto qualità-prezzo e la gentilezza del nostro staff. Ci fa piacere sapere anche che, nonostante la vicinanza alla strada, il soggiorno sia stato tranquillo grazie all'ottimo isolamento acustico. Speriamo di poterla accogliere nuovamente presto. Un cordiale saluto! Efthymia Hotel Arcobaleno***

I had a really great stay at the hotel. The staff were very nice and ready to help with anything. The hotel room was clean. The vibe was very charming. Parking is good. Breakfast has everything you need. The location is near the motorway and has a bus station right in front that goes into the city. Great value for money.

The property is in a good location: you can reach the center of Siena on foot, about 15-20 minutes for those who enjoy walking. Particularly convenient is that, via an escalator, you can easily reach the shopping center, where there are many places to eat, and the train station for those traveling by train. The reception staff were very kind, although rather formal and distant. The young man we met, who replaced the broken television, was very kind, friendly and empathetic. The breakfast offered tasty cakes and croissants well displayed in a clean and well-organized environment. The outdoor area, however, in my opinion could be a little better maintained.
