Arco Antico bed & Breakfast is located in a quiet side street, a few steps from Fortezza da Basso. Arco Antico is very close (5 minutes walking) to all the principal city's museums, churches and monuments, located in S. Lorenzo one of the most important shopping areas.
On our B&B, at third floor with elevator, the atmosphere is quiet and youthful; out bright rooms is provided of private bathroom, air conditioning and a rich buffet is served for breakfast in a a sunny room so you can feel at home and visit a beautiful city.
The main Florentine monuments, are easy to get by walking in a few minutes without using vehicles. We offered you the reservation on demand for the museum, informations for typical restaurant and interesting site.
The check-in time must be agreed by phone or e-mail at the reservation of the room.
Every guest receive a complete set of keys upon arrival so will be completely indipendent during its holiday. No curfew at night.

I started my stay at this BnB, feeling welcome and comfortable. The place is really good, it is equipped with everything you need and it is very clean. It may not look like your typical 4 star hotel, but I guarantee it felt like one. As if the apartment wasn't good enough, the service is incredible. I honestly think my thoughts on staying in a BnB changed after staying here.

Due to the pandemic my trip was canceled so I did not get to stay here, but I will go as soon as travel is permitted and I look forward to staying here! My contact with the host prior to this was excellent!

Pour notre semaine à Florence, parfait compromis entre: proximité de la gare Santa Maria Novella (6 mn à pied); accès aux sites principaux à pied (10 mn); calme car non situé en plein centre, (surtout tôt le matin où les commerçants montent leurs étals); extême simplicité et gentillesse du propriétaire Mattéo que nous remercions encore pour son accueil; propreté, petit déjeuner, tout est super.
Je conseille ce B&B, rapport qualité/prix parfait.

Parliamo di un B&B quindi non di un Hotel di lusso. Detto ciò lo consiglio assolutamente. Camera di buone dimensioni, bagno magari un po' piccolo ma buona doccia (importante), letto comodo, armadio e condizionatore/riscaldamento. Colazione semplice ma onesta. Gestore di quella cortesia non di facciata che se può ti aiuta in ogni cosa.

Posizione invidiabile della struttura.
Il sig. Matteo è stato professionale, cordiale e disponibilissimo.
Camera a mio avviso un po’ datata, ma assolutamente funzionale, comoda e soprattutto PULITA.
Non manca assolutamente nulla di quello di cui si può aver bisogno.
Consiglio questa struttura.

Posizione eccezionale. Stanza n. 3: Bagno minuscolo senza bidet, Senza appoggi per bagnoschiuma nella doccia. Pulizia sufficiente. Locale con musica nelle vicinanze... prezzo più che onesto. Il titolare non lo abbiamo incontrato, ma la signora che si occupava della colazione e riordino delle stanze è molto gentile.

Comodissimo per chi arriva in treno e in dieci minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro. Molto vicino anche al mercato di S. Lorenzo.
Il gestore è molto gentile e disponibile e la struttura ha un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Se dovessi tornare a Firenze vorrei sicuramente tornarci!

Ottima posizione, vicino alla stazione e tutto il centro storico. Camera molto carina, con un arredo essenziale ma un tanto piccola. Il servizio della colazione ricca ed assortita. Ambiente accogliente, pulito e tranquillo. Il gestore è stato molto cordiale e gentile. Rapporto qualità prezzo è eccezionale.
Uniche pecche: mancanza di bidet nel bagno; il letto, dotato di un materasso non comodissimo.

Ho soggiornato a Firenze un paio di giorni per motivi di lavoro, aggiungendo poi una giornata di visita alla città. Inizialmente ho optato per il B&B Arco Antico per la posizione ma devo ammettere che mai scelta fu così azzeccata: la struttura è molto accogliente, pulita, tranquilla. E Matteo sempre disponibile e facilmente reperibile per qualsiasi necessità.

Io e mia figlia abbiamo preso al volo l'occasione di Frecciarossa tariffa week end e abbiamo soggiornato una notta presso questo B&B.
Gentilezza al momento della prenotazione per le varie opzioni da me richieste.
Abbiamo potuto lasciare in deposito le valigie già la mattina del sabato ed abbiamo potuto ritirarle la sera della domenica.
Pulizia in camera e nei luoghi comuni.
Colazione self service dolce e salata.
Stanza 5 con possibilità di letto aggiunto.
Ottima la posizione, due passi dalla Stazione di Santa Maria Novella e in 5 minuti siete in Piazza Duomo per iniziare la visita di questa bellissima città.
