Description

This is a holiday home with 2 apartments. The first one can accommodate 2 to 6 people and includes linens, 2 double bedrooms, and a bunk bed in the area dividing night and day. There is a large park with a gazebo and barbecue, suitable for dining, and a relaxation area with hammocks and lounge chairs. We always pay special attention to cleanliness, and we sanitize mattresses and change pillowcases, mattress covers, and bedspreads with every change.

Starting this year, we follow the guidelines of the Ministry of Health, using alcohol-based and bleach products to sanitize even the sockets, remote controls, and so on. To ensure safety, we have created a second gazebo so that guests can enjoy the large garden, each with their own space.

The property is located in a quiet area but convenient to reach the city center in 10 minutes and the nearby beaches in just a few minutes. The Uccellina Park is just 10 minutes away, while various medieval centers are just 40/50 minutes away. You can also reach Siena in 45 minutes and the Saturnia hot springs in the same time. The Argentario area is only 20 minutes away. In the same area, there is a ground floor studio apartment that can accommodate 2 to 4 people in front of the garden.

Very large, comfortable and very clean apartment, well equipped and supplied with everything a family needs. Very welcome the presence of a dishwasher and washing machine. The location is very quiet and relaxing. The owners are lovely people. They gave us great advice on how and where to move. Maremma is a wonderful place! I recommend this property as a base to visit Argentario, Maremma Park, Saturnia, Pitigliano and much more.

Sabrina and her husband welcomed us warmly, giving us very useful indications to enjoy the beauties of the area to the fullest. The 'Appartamento in Casale' is equipped with everything needed, clean, and fresh. The highlight is definitely the beautiful garden with hammocks and a gazebo, always shaded and ventilated, with the pleasant visits of the two kittens George and Mildred. The location is excellent for visiting both the coast and the inland, as well as discovering the excellent farmhouses in the area. We will come back!

My husband, my daughter, and I stayed for a week at Sabrina's studio apartment. Our stay was truly fabulous. A few minutes by car from the Appartamento in Casale, you can reach the Osa beach (recommended by the owners) where we could fully enjoy the pleasure of the sea. The studio is spacious, well-ventilated, organized with everything you need; moreover, the large garden surrounding the farmhouse makes even the moments of the day to be spent at home pleasant. The owners are very kind and helpful. It was a real pleasure!

The structure is surrounded by greenery, very close to Grosseto, it is a good starting point to reach the beaches and villages in the surroundings. Sabrina welcomed us with kindness and was available to suggest the locations to visit. Unfortunately, it was a very short vacation, if we come back to Maremma we will consider staying here again!

Nothing to say, cozy place, very clean, well organized. The owner attentive to everyone, even the smallest details, helpful and very kind. We spent a very short vacation in this structure surrounded by greenery. Large garden lawn with gazebo completely available for guests. The studio is well furnished and very clean. A lot of attention to details, nothing is missing. Sabrina welcomed us with kindness and availability, she made sure to provide us with milk, coffee, and various pastries for breakfast and to recommend what to visit in the area. I recommend it for those seeking tranquility and privacy.

Only 5 days of vacation but well spent. Apartments located in a large house surrounded by the countryside but easy to reach because they are a short distance from the Aurelia. We stayed in the larger one (4+2 people) on the first floor, while the one for 2 people is on the ground floor. New furniture, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine, plenty of space for parking, relaxing garden with English lawn. From there, it is easy to reach everything, from the Uccellina park to Talamone, to the beaches of Argentario and those further towards Capalbio. And if you want, you can also go to Piombino, where you can take the ferry to Pianosa (although it's easier from Porto S. Stefano for the other islands). In the evening, there is Grosseto a stone's throw away and a bit further Magliano in Tuscany. The owners are very kind and provided us on arrival with a map with tips for the beaches and places to visit. The competitive price compared to other B&Bs accounts for the fact that you always have to move by car with the related parking problems. However, it definitely outweighs the cons.

Good welcome, Sabrina very kind. Well-organized, clean countryside structure, well-kept greenery, beautiful plants, wooded. Quiet and peaceful place. Excellent location, in a few minutes by car you are in beautiful places. Close to Marina di Alberese, which is a fantastic beach.

Sabrina's house is very clean and equipped with everything. It is located in a beautiful countryside just outside Grosseto and close to the Maremma park in absolute tranquility.
