House located inside a very quiet private courtyard, on the ground floor you will find a large, very bright living room with a kitchen equipped with all cooking utensils, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge, freezer and a closet. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed and smart TV.

Upstairs, reachable by stairs, you will find the double bedroom and the single bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.

The air conditioning is mainly in the bedrooms on the upper floor but it is also possible to cool down on the ground floor where there is a fan.

The heating is independent and is throughout the property

Hi, I'm Mario.. I'm working on managing short-term rentals together with my staff, my son Gianluca who helps me with online management and helps me welcome guests for check-in and my daughter-in-law Olga.

Area mid-centre

The house is just 300 meters from the walls that mark the beginning of the historic center, in 10 minutes on foot you can reach one of the city's Lungarni, and in 15 minutes on foot you can reach the heart of the city, the house is also very close to the National Research Center (CNR), and easily reachable by public transport. The bus stops are very close, in the area there are many commercial activities such as restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets, and it is 10 minutes by bus from the Cisanello hospital, the house has recently been equipped with air conditioning. From the central station the bus to get to the house is line 13 and get off at the Garibaldi 2 stop which is 50 meters from the accommodation, while from the house to get to the central station / airport / historic center is bus line 14 and the stop is about 300 meters from the accommodation, for those arriving by car about 200 meters away there is a public paid parking from 08. 00 to 14. 00 from Monday to Saturday, the cost is 0. 75 cents per hour.
