Spacious and bright one-bedroom self-catering apartment newly renovated, with functional and design furnishings.
The apartment is located not far from the city center of Florence & SMN central train station.
It consists of a large entrance hall, a living room with an open kitchen and a comfortable French double sofa bed for the third/fourth guest (it is possible to request the use of the sofa bed - at the time of booking - even for only 2 guests by paying a small supplement).
Bedroom with a king-size bed, the latest Memory mattress and high/low pillows of your choice.
Bathroom with shower, closet-storage with washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Large and bright balcony equipped with a table and chairs, overlooking the greenery.
Centralized heating, set in winter on temperatures and ignition times regulated by current regulations, air conditioning available in the summer period (June-end of August).
The apartment is well connected to the SMN station and the historic center by the new tram T1 and bus 20.
The cleaning and sanitization of the apartment are carried out according to the protocols suggested by the WHO and the ISS.
In the apartment, sanitizing towels for surfaces, microbicidal products for cleaning, and alcohol gel are available for free use.
To confirm the reservation, a deposit is required to be sent via bank transfer equal to 50% of the cost of the stay.
NB: The Minimum Stay varies depending on the periods, but generally, it is 4-5 nights; shorter stays - when possible - are subject to an extra charge. For stays longer than 1 week, the property reserves the right to request a refundable damage deposit after departure, subject to verification of the apartment's condition.
The tourist tax of the Municipality of Florence, as per current regulations, is not included in the rate and must be paid separately at check-in (the manager will then proceed to pay it to the relevant offices).

The apartment is located in a semi-central residential area, very close to Careggi Hospital (entrance via delle Gore 200 meters away), Mayer Pediatric Hospital (900 m), CTO (500 m), Villa Ulivella/Glicini (550 m), Demetra fertility center (350 meters away), "Felice Maritano" Marshal School ten minutes by car and Morgagni university campus five minutes on foot. The historic center is easily accessible by bus number 20 or the new T1 tram line in just 15 minutes.
The area is rich in services (shops, two supermarkets, pharmacy, laundry, restaurants, etc.). The famous Sicilian pastry shop La Quale, one of the most renowned in Florence, is just behind the apartment (5 minutes on foot).

The apartment is excellently furnished, well cared for in every aspect for the comfort and convenience of the customer. You can feel the attention towards the guest. The price is a bit higher than other apartments you can find around but the quality and service are impeccable. Friendly and helpful manager. Perfect cleanliness and complete apartment facilities. Recommended.

Riguardo al prezzo .... sicuramente la qualità ed i servizi (come ad es. il condizionamento in tutte le stanze con macchine modernissime dotate di filtri purificatori a ioni Argento) hanno un loro valore. A ben vedere ha pagato solo 25 euro a persona a notte in giugno (altissima stagione a Firenze) .... è davvero sicuro che ci fosse qualcosa a meno ?!!

Grazie Alberto della bella valutazione, l’unica cosa che non capisco è il voto al rapporto qualità/prezzo … Nella settimana più “calda” di tutto l’anno vi ho dato l’appartamento a prezzo scontato, perché siete già clienti e certo non eravate a Firenze per Firenze Rock o per Pitti uomo… inoltre abbiamo anche fatto una deroga al ns min stay che è di 4/5 notti a seconda del periodo ed abbiamo accettato una prenotazione per tre notti….. Sinceramente siamo perplessi. Cordiali saluti da Firenze
