It is located on via dello Sprone, near the famous Piazza della Passera, one of the most intact and characteristic areas of Florence.
It is on the first floor of a small 1300s building (two floors in total). It has recently been renovated while maintaining its historical features.
The floors are made of terracotta and the ceiling has exposed wooden beams.
It is the ideal accommodation for two people.
The kitchen is equipped with ceramic glass electric hobs, a microwave oven, a kettle, and a refrigerator.
The bathroom, with a shower, has been recently renovated.
In the living room, there is a double bed.
The studio apartment is equipped with a washing machine, air conditioning, TV, and Wi-Fi internet connection. Heating is autonomous.
The linen service is included in the price.
Nearby, you will find the entire historic center of the city, and all the monumental areas can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

The apartments are located right in the city center, just a short walk from the old bridge and Palazzo Pitti. The area is bustling with shops and restaurants, but despite this, Piazza della Passera is a peaceful and safe area. There are all the old artisan shops, making it one of the few fairly untouched areas of the city.

Delightful apartment, tastefully furnished. Very central location, just a stone's throw from all the attractions of Florence. Great for those without their own means of transport and who do not want to use public ones. Complete with all the necessary accessories, great for 4 adults. Owners' availability and courtesy. Highly recommended!

Everything perfect. Central, from the station it's about ten minutes, exiting the building, 1 minute to the Baptistery, clean, spacious rooms, Mrs. Gabriella very kind and helpful. I recommend.

Very pleasant place in a very ancient house on the other side of the Arno but close to everything! No need to buy the transport pass. Everything you need is in the apartment and Barbara does her best to welcome you and advise you as best as possible.

We had a great time at the studio. Super well located near Ponte Vecchio. All the accommodations. We could even leave our luggage a couple of hours after check out to visit Florence a bit more.

The place is very central, easily accessible on foot to any area of the city. The manager is really a respectable and very kind person. The structure is also more than safe and very clean. I recommend it! I will definitely come back.

Great place to stay in easy reach of the best sites to visit in Florence. Barbara is very welcoming and helpful with advice on where to visit and the more unusual things to do away from the crowds if you prefer. We'll certainly book again in the not too distant future.

B&B accogliente ed economico. Lo Staff sempre disponibile e cordiale. La stanza era pulita e in ordine. Consigliata per chi vuole spendere poco e vuole raggiungere a piedi tutti i monumenti e musei più importanti.

A lovely spacious self-catering apartment right in the heart of Florence. Located on a reasonably quiet (quiet as far as any city centre location can be) it can't be more than 100 metres to the south side of the Ponte Vecchio, and about the same to the Pitti Palace.
Barbara is helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcome. She took pity on my poor Italian and spoke English, told us all about the facilities as well as showing us the nearest shops and recommended places to eat.
We would not hesitate to go back!

Posizione decisamente strategica! In pieno centro storico, così da poter girare tranquillamente a piedi per l'intero centro storico fiorentino! Zona tranquilla e ben servita, in pochi metri trovi di tutto, dal supermercato, alla posta, alle gelaterie, all'abbigliamento e ai tanti e deliziosi locali. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno più o meno lungo ed i proprietari, la signora Barbara ed il marito, sono sempre gentili, premurosi e disponibili. Struttura consigliata.

Ambiente pulito, proprietaria accogliente e molto gentile. Location perfetta per chi arriva in treno, in zona tranquilla a 10 minuti dalla stazione e poco più dal centro.

Il monolocale è accogliente e curato nei minimi particolari così come viene mostrato nelle foto. La posizione è perfetta perché si trova a due passi dal centro storico (in una palazzina antica molto suggestiva) in un contesto vivace ma non caotico. Cordialità e disponibilità massima da parte dei gestori. I voti parlano da soli.

Ottima soluzione per visitare Firenze, a due minuti dal Ponte Vecchio e quindi vicina tutti i punti di interesse. Molti i ristoranti vicini e di buona qualità.
L'appartamento da me affittato è un monolocale abbastanza ampio, ben arredato, molto di atmosfera e dotato di tutti i confort. Non ho mai trovato appartamenti dove non mancasse proprio nulla, anche i piccoli accessori come il cavatappi, il phon ed i condimenti vari oltre ai normali elettrodomestici. Unico neo la mancanza del bidet ma la doccia in compenso è piuttosto ampia.
Il prezzo è sicuramente ottimo anche per la qualità della offerta.
Consiglio di non andare con l'auto, come purtroppo ho dovuto fare io, in quanto la viabilità, a prescindere dal fatto che la zona è ZTL che si risolve andando i un garage, nel centro storico di Firenze è veramente difficile, stradine molto strette, sensi unici e zone pedonali, assoluta mancanza di parcheggi il tutto unito ad una segnaletica non proprio ottimale. Se possibile molto meglio il treno.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo nel giorno di San valentino. Locale molto elegante e profumato, molto pulito e carino. Il gestore della struttura è stato cordiale ed efficiente, ma soprattutto disponibile. Lo consiglio a chiunque voglia fare qualche giorno di relax a Firenze. Una caratteristica fondamentale è che si trova a due passi da Piazza Pitti e da Ponte Vecchio.

Il B&B è situato in una posizione centralissima, a due passi dalle maggiori attrazioni della città e nel cuore della splendida zona dell'Oltrarno: abbiamo avuto la possibilità di esplorare anche una Firenze meno conosciuta e più verace, fatta di vicoli stretti e case medievali.
Per quanto riguarda la sistemazione, il monolocale è molto grazioso, reso ancora più affascinante dalla ristrutturazione di alcune parti trecentesche. L'unico neo è la colazione, potrebbe essere più abbondante.
I proprietari sono stati disponibilissimi e molto amichevoli! Consigliatissimo per un weekend romantico!

The apartment is located in the middle of Florence in an ideal area to discover this beautiful city and it is in a quite place (just great!).
We felt very comfortable there. The owners are very nice and concerned.

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti nel monolocale, super soddisfatti!
Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, la posizione è a due passi da palazzo Pitti e dal ponte vecchio.
Se proprio devo fare una critica posso suggerire di inserire un tavolo per il pranzo un po' più grande, ma per il resto è davvero ottimo.
Dotato di piano cottura, wifi, lavatrice, addirittura l'asciugacapelli.
La proprietaria è gentilissima e sempre disponibile, la prossima volta che capiterò a Firenze, so già dove andare!

This studio is perfect place to spend your holidays in Florence! It's situated in the heart of the? Ity in a quite street. Everything was very clean, and you can find all things you need for living (including washing machine, iron, dishes and etc.). You also can find good restaurants near the studio. Siamo appena tornati da Firenze e l'atmosfera della città mi manca già! Abbiamo apprezzato il monolocale che è carino e molto bene situato rispetto al centro storico. Il quartiere è molto piacevole e li si trovano tutti negozi necessari. La prossima volta che torneremo a Firenze, non c'è dubbio, sceglieremo di nuovo lo stesso appartamento. L'appartamento è in un palazzo antico, ma è ristrutturato con gusto e molto ben attrezzato; graditissimo il wi-fi, gentile e disponibile la proprietaria. La posizione è comoda per visitare Firenze a piedi, ci sono trattorie e negozi anche alimentari nelle vicinanze. Andrebbe forse migliorata un po' la cucina, ma nel complesso è un ottimo B&B, sicuramente da consigliare.

Ho soggiornato qui in occasione della maratona di Firenze e devo dire che mi sono trovato benissimo sotto tutti i punti di vista; ottima soluzione per chi cerca una base d'appoggio per visitare Firenze in lungo ed i largo; il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo, come pure l'accoglienza e la disponibilità di Barbara la proprietaria, che fa veramente la differenza!

We had a great time in this lovely little studio, very recommended for a couple, very clean, tasteful furniture and equipped with everything from coffee to shower gel. Two minutes from Ponte Vecchio in a quiet street, nice and trendy bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The owner is especially nice, kind and very caring.

Je recommande vivement cet appartement charment, bien meuble et propre, au plein centre ville, a quelque pas du Palazzo Vecchio. On y peut faire la cuisine et les supermarches sont a proximite. La proprietaire est tres gentille, disponible a donner des renseignements sur Florance.

Ottimo punto di partenza per i principali luoghi di interesse. Ottimamente attrezzato. In estate particolarmente gradita l'aria condizionata, date le temperature egizie. Ottima la pulizia e prezzo Contentissimo.

In posizione centralissima e tranquilla, a due passi da Ponte Vecchio.
Ideale per raggiungere a piedi in pochi minuti tutti i principali luoghi d'interesse della città.
Monolocale pulito e accogliente, tra i meno costosi che io abbia trovato.
Barbara è stata molto gentile e disponibile.
