NO ONE NIGHT STAY
In the famous DISTRICT OF SAN LORENZO, in the same building, 5 minutes walk from the Duomo and 2 minutes walk from the CENTRAL STATION, I have 2 accommodation options, both on the third floor (THERE IS NO ELEVATOR) :
THE STUDIO (20 sqmt) with a queen size bed (140 cm) that can accommodate 2 persons and THE LOFT (35 sqmt) with a double bed (160cm) that can accomodate up to three person with an added roll bed; both apartments have been recently renovated and equipped with all comforts such as wifi, kitchenette, air conditioning.
HOUSE RULES
* To reserve a deposit of one night is required via bank transfer; the cancellation policy is: if you cancel within 7 days: the deposit is refunded; if you cancel after 7 days: the deposit is no more refundable
* STRICTLY forbidden to smoke in the apartment, even with open windows (50 euro fee)
* I will need your ID (EU citizens) or PASSPORT (non EU citizens) at your arrival cause according to Italian law n. 214/2011, the stay of not resident people has to be communicated to local authorities for security reason.
* Please, take out rubbish at your check-out
* do not make noise from 11 pm to 7 am
* keys loss or breakage has a penalty of 40 euro
* for stays more than 6 days, heating is not included in the total price and has to be paid with the reading of the gas counter at the check-in and the checkout
* being a house rental and not a hotel, the towels change is not provided by default. It can be asked at the check-in and if possible accorded with us, and it has a cost of 5€ per person
* Air conditioning is available from 1st of June to 15 th of September; the temperature of the apartment cannot be set over 21°C in winter and under 25°C during summer

Walking through the streets of the San Lorenzo district is like walking in balance between the majesty of the monuments wanted and built by the Medici and the simplicity of the stalls and historic places.
A stone's throw from the center (from Piazza del Duomo it will take you less than a hundred steps to reach it), between the busy area of the Santa Maria Novella station, the elegant Via Cavour and Via de' Cerretani and the busy Via Nazionale, the San Lorenzo district is one of those places where you can spend a whole day, walking in its alleys, shopping at the market, tasting some typical products and admiring the artistic wonders.

The stay in Florence was perfect. The studio is perfectly located, pleasant and typical with its exposed beams. You are really in the city centre. As for Irène, the owner, she was great, very available and provided fair and very honest recommendations. I recommend it a thousand times. Thank you again.

Excellent location, very clean with everything you need for a few days in Florence: electric stove, air conditioning, refrigerator. The hostess is very friendly and approachable. We arrived early as the apartment was already ready. There is a very good restaurant right on the street, Osteria del Giglio. The apartment is very close to the Duomo. I really enjoyed it. For those with mobility difficulties, the apartment is on the third floor and is accessible only by stairs. Overall, I highly recommend this accommodation. Thank you.

Wonderful location, 5 minutes walk from S.Maria Nov. station and 5 minutes walk from the center, ZTL area, small studio but with everything you need. Irene is really very kind. The only downside is that it is on the 3rd floor without an elevator, otherwise perfect.

Clean apartment, located in a great position. Irene is very kind and super helpful, the only downside is perhaps the narrow stairs without an elevator, a bit uncomfortable for elderly people or with heavy luggage. I had a good time, recommended.

Small apartment located in the center of the old city of Florence, near the train station and a step away from the most important monuments. Although it is in the center, it is very quiet. In the area, there are many restaurants, bars, and shops. It is clean, equipped with all comforts, and recently renovated. Irene is always available and ready to respond immediately. I highly recommend it. A small negative note, but which I believe does not affect, is that it is located on the third floor of a beautiful building from the 19th century and there is no elevator, but that is nothing compared to everything else. Excellent value for money compared to what others offer.

The apartment is a studio, equipped with everything: well-equipped kitchenette; comfortable bed; small but livable bathroom; double glazing that keeps the city noise out. The only downside is that, being an old building, the ceilings allow all the noise from the upper floor to pass through.

Absolutely a fabulous place to stay. I would book again in no time if we came back to Florence. The only negative is the stairs, no lift, and it is narrow, slippery and uneven but it is not unusual for properties like these.

The opinions we had seen about the apartment were quite good and it did not disappoint us. The owner was always very kind and even though we did not have the opportunity to see her, she was attentive at all times. The apartment meets what we needed, a place to rest at night, and also to have breakfast or lunch there whenever we wanted. The cleanliness was good overall. The same goes for the comfort. The best part is the location, right in the center of Florence, which allows you to reach any important place in minutes on foot or by tram. Totally recommendable.

The apartment is just as described. It is a little gem in a strategic location. Positioned right next to the Church of San Lorenzo, two minutes from the cathedral, you can reach all the places you usually visit and excellent restaurants within a few minutes on foot. There is a well-stocked Conad supermarket just around the corner. Furthermore, the apartment is located 5 minutes from the station, as well as where the trams to the airport arrive and depart. The house is a lovely studio, with new and completely soundproof windows, a new bathroom, and the house has everything you need and even more. The cleanliness was impeccable, both of the apartment and of the sheets and towels. The owner who welcomed me was really kind, helpful, and cheerful. She also provided me with a city map and always appreciated directions. I recommend it!

A perfect accommodation, from the location to the quality of the welcome. The owner is lovely and particularly caring. We found in the apartment a map of the city and a notebook listing addresses of restaurants (cafés, breakfast places, etc.) and sites to visit. I highly recommend it!

We had the most amazing time in Florence, thanks to this loft. It has everything you need, it's cute and it's so central that it will make your visit perfect. The host is super responsive and everything is very easy. I will recommend this to all my friends. 100% I will be back.

Nice apartment, intimate and welcoming atmosphere, very central (a few minutes on foot from every point of interest in the center, as well as from the train station), quick and easy check-in and check-out. Courteous and helpful owners. A gem in the center of Florence with a reasonable price considering the location.

We had a great time! The owner was very kind and gave us the necessary directions for both check-in and check-out. The apartment is in a strategic area of Florence, very close to the Medici Chapels. It is located in a building on the third floor with some steep stairs, but still accessible. There is no elevator.

Great location of the structure to visit Florence, both for its proximity to the station and to the main monuments. Excellent guidance from Irene who recommends the best restaurants and timely communication. Apartment in a characteristic neighborhood of the city, clean and quiet. Definitely worth going back if I happen to be in this area again.

I had a wonderful stay in the Studio apartment, equipped with everything, well-kept, clean and comfortable, very close to the train station just 3 minutes walk, and in the heart of Florence where you can walk and reach everything in a few minutes. Irene and Riccardo were very kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

Location is really excellent, close to Santa Maria Novella train station, the tramway, and a stone's throw from the center. Unfortunately, there is a significant lack of cleanliness, and for me, being allergic to dust, it was a real problem. I also find it unacceptable that the dish sponge was in truly indecent conditions, even full of hair. The window frames are single-pane, making the apartment poorly soundproofed due to its location on a very noisy street, especially in the early hours of the morning, considering the commercial activities (Conad supermarket) and street cleaning. The manager was certainly helpful, but unfortunately, we couldn't meet him in person. After reading the manager's response, I am appalled that someone who boasts of doing this job for years can respond so rudely, even when convinced of their own opinion. What a shame.

signora Anna, lei durante il soggiorno non ha detto nulla, e scrive solo adesso queste affermazioni che io non posso più verificare e soprattutto controbattere, visto che proprio sulla pulizia e sulla polvere sono sicura che lei dice il falso....non vorrei che la causa della sua allergia sia stata dovuta alle polveri di due cantieri adiacenti che ci sono al momento sulla via , perché in casa ho avuto diversi ospiti allergici e nessuno ha mai avuto problemi anzi ho ricevuto sempre complimenti. Mi spiace per questa sua mancanza di comunicazione, è sbagliato come ospite non comunicare con il padrone di casa, ma facendo questo lavoro da anni, so che qualcuno preferisce fare così piuttosto che cercare un confronto Irene

Perfect location just a short walk from the historic center, you can move around without taking any means of transport, exceptional cleanliness, new and clean bathroom, functional kitchen equipped with everything, then the host was very kind, punctual and always ready to answer our messages, definitely recommended for those looking for convenience and cleanliness just steps from the historic center.

The apartment is delightful, very comfortable and clean, stocked with all necessary things and more! The cleanliness is excellent and the bed very comfortable. Irene showed herself to be very kind and welcoming from the start, and the guide with her suggestions was really helpful. Definitely recommended, if I were to come back to Florence I would book here again!

This was a great flat for my daughter and me. We were able to relax there in the evenings and it was so close to all the places we wanted to see. The hosts were very responsive and helpful, so much so that we booked another property with them.

The property has a perfect location for getting around on foot, especially for the Baptistery and the Uffizi Gallery. I recommend the Antico Vinaio, you will eat something exceptional, maybe under the porticos of the Uffizi. Another attraction is Via dell'Amorino, mentioned by Boccaccio. I recommend reading the legend, it's a historic street. Another important factor is the air conditioning and the ultra-modern induction kitchen. Finally, I would like to mention the owner, Irene, who is very nice and kind.

I loved the stay in the studio! The studio was very comfortable and it had everything you could possibly need. The communication with the owner was excellent! The location is ideal, 5 minutes from the train station and 5 minutes from the cathedral. There are also many good restaurants nearby. The only call out is that the area is very noisy, so make sure to bring the earplugs if you're bothered by loud noises.

We stayed 4 days in the Amorino studio. Everything was perfect. The location is really a plus, very central, close to everything (the train station, the Duomo square, the covered market). The apartment is also very well equipped. Irène was very available and responsive to all our requests and questions. Ideal for staying in Florence.

Riccardo and Irene are not only excellent managers of the property, but also very helpful and kind people who listen to every request. \nI had the pleasure of staying for three nights in the “LOFT” apartment equipped with all services and excellent cleanliness. \nAlso excellent is the strategic position of the apartment as it can be reached on foot from the “S. M Novella” station and therefore close to the center of Florence. \nI will be back soon!
