A'Loro B&B is the only Bed and Breakfast with only one accommodation!
The arrival at the structure is literally a sort of immersion in peace, tranquility, nature, in the coolness of the summer heat without giving up modern comforts.

The accommodation is an outbuilding of our house that is completely independent both for access, for parking and for services. The whole building, which was a farmhouse dating back to the early 1800s, was subject to a profound and drastic renovation in 2012 which, by preserving the original structure, allowed to give the house all the most current comforts with particular attention to the climatic comfort that has been achieved without the use of air conditioning. The structure consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom equipped with toilet, bidet, sink and shower and a multifunctional entrance room equipped with a table with chairs, sofa, etc. The floors are in antique oak parquet and the bathroom is covered with hand-painted majolica. In front of the entrance there is a large grass park equipped with a table and chairs and the shade of one of the most beautiful natural laurel trees in the area. The property consists of three residential units on two buildings. In the main structure we have created both our home and the B&B A'Loro, while in the old stable, about 50 meters from the house, another accommodation facility called Casa al Fiume has been created which is equipped with an exclusive swimming pool. The two properties are completely independent both for road access and for the park which is separated from the rest by a wooden fence. The whole complex is in a bend of the Ciuffenna stream and can be reached by a single access road equipped with an electric gate. This forms a sort of natural island bordered by steep escarpments behind the house and by a wide river valley over the stream. So we can enjoy a splendid view over the entire property, an exclusive view of the parish church of Gropina and the Colombaio farm, of absolute silence "disturbed" only by the slight rustle of the stream and the coolness of the river, all with extreme ease of access. to all services. In fact, the distance from the home parking lot to the provincial road is only 300 meters, the first distributor is 500 meters away, the grocery store at 700 meters, the center of the town of Loro Ciuffenna at 1500 meters, the town of Terranuova Bracciolini is 5 km away. and the highway entrance 7 km. In the Ciuffenna stream, except in periods of extreme drought, it is possible to swim and fish. From the structure it is possible to reach the main tourist attractions of central Italy with daily visits including Rome and Bologna thanks to the direct route. It is possible to go shopping in the outlets of the most prestigious high fashion brands in the world (Prada, Gucci, Dolce and Gabbana, Fendi, etc.), it is possible to visit some of the most prestigious wineries in Italy and in the world (Tenuta Il Borro, Tenuta Setteponti, Tiberio, etc.), it is possible to make excursions by bicycle (mountain or road) on the paths of Pratomagno and Chianti, it is possible to practice trekking in the mountains on fantastic routes and it is possible to visit places, countries, cultures that have remained unchanged in the years.
