My name is Barbara and with my husband Fulvio we have crowned our dream by realizing our life projects in this small valley surrounded by the Ciuffenna stream. Respecting nature, we try to carry on sincere hospitality where everything offered is the result of our passions. Thus the family, the vegetable garden, the animals, the crops and not least my interests such as cooking and painting become an integral part of the experience of being our guest.

Area countryside
The whole complex is in a bend of the river Ciuffenna and is accessible from a single access road with
electric gate. Thus formed a sort of natural island bordered by steep slopes behind the building and a large
river valley on the stream.
So we can enjoy a splendid view over the entire property, an exclusive view of the parish church of Gropina
and farm Colombaio, the absolute silence " disturbed" only by the soft rustle of the river and the coolness of
the river all with extreme ease of access to all services.
In fact, the distance from the house parking to the main road is only 300 meters, the first petrol distributor
is at 500 meters, 700 meters to the food, the center of the village of Loro Ciuffenna to 1500m, the town of
Terranuova Bracciolini is 5 km and the entrance of the motorway is 7 km.
In Ciuffenna river, except during periods of extreme drought, it is possible to swim and fish.
From the property, you can reach the main tourist attractions of central Italy with daily visits including
Rome and Bologna thanks to the direct train route. It is possible to make shopping at the outlets of the
most prestigious high fashion brands in the world like Prada, Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, Fendi, etc. , you can

THE BEST PLACE EVER! BEST HOST EVER! We absolutely loved our stay, it was a miracle and our expectations were far exceeded, not to mention the cuteness of the little inhabitants like Nana, Tigre or the outstanding breakfast that we had the pleasure of having. Very quiet structure immersed in a relaxing bucolic environment, present and friendly managers without being intrusive, the little duck is cute. Unfortunately, the mosquitoes (but it does not depend on the B&B).

Unfortunately, they did not accept my reservation with the Smartbox stating that in high season they do not accept Smartboxes and that I would have had to add more nights. But my negative review goes mainly to the booking system because none of the selected structures responded to my emails.

An oasis of peace and tranquility immersed in greenery! The sound of the stream flowing a few meters from the estate provides a sweet background to the evenings spent in the gazebo and on the lawn, all accompanied by Barbara's hospitality who spoiled us with her exquisite delicacies prepared for breakfast. We stayed 4 nights at 'A' Loro B&B and it was a great experience. Very well-kept, clean and equipped the living room-bedroom. Barbara's care and availability were excellent, her attentions and her breakfast pastries made the holiday even more enjoyable. The house is located in an oasis of peace, despite being very close to all services and the picturesque and beautiful Loro Ciuffennna. It is also an ideal place to reach the various sites in the area. The access might seem a bit risky, but don't be scared, the downhill stretch is short, wide, well-maintained and there is no traffic! Just drive slowly. Thank you for the exquisite welcome.

Very nice and well-kept place, charming location with a stream next to it, absolute silence. Convenient location to visit the nearby mountains. The only drawback is a very steep descent to access the B&B, and it's not comfortable at all with a motorcycle.
