Situated only 10 minutes walking distance from Florence city centre, in a private residential complex, quiete and safe, independent apartments to be rented for short periods, only recently renovated, very characteristic, in a peaceful and well-lit environment, furnished with taste and equipped with every comfort: washing machine, TV, hairdryer, etc.
Composed of 1 or 2 bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen with all electrical appliances, bathroom, delightful garden with eating area.
Possibility of bicycles and continental breakfast at a special rate at the coffee bar near to the apartments. Free wi-fi.

Nearby there are various amenities: internet point, bank, chemist, bar, coffee bar, bakers, cake-shop, pizzeria, restaurants, supermarket, hairdressers, self-service launderette, drycleaners, various shops, bus-stop with direct link to the city centre.

Comfortable accommodation close to the center, it takes just a half hour walk to get there. The only flaw is the parking space, you have to be lucky to find it and moreover it's paid, €2 per hour.

Sylvia is excellent, we were able to secure a 2bdrm apt. She communicated with us easily and very friendly and helpful. It was difficult to get a taxi at times directly from the location. The beds slept well. The bathroom was clean, and a complimentary bottle of wine was provided.
