Situated in the heart of the historic center, Allegra Toscana is the ideal starting point for those who want to explore the wonders that encloses the city of Arezzo.

The apartment, 60 square meters studio, is furnished with antiquarian and typical 40th/60th furnitures makes you really discover the essence of the unique italian style. You can find every convenience to make your holiday or your stay unique and original.

The strategic location is perfect for those who want to visit the Cathedral and its fortress (300 m), the famous Piazza Grande (500 m) and the old town with its shopping streets. Every first Sunday of the month and Saturday before you can walk trough the antiques fair, the most important exhibition of ancient and modern in Italy. In June and September there is the famous Saracen, a reenactment of the Arab war where facing the four district of the city.

Arezzo is located in the center of the A1 motorway, renamed Fashion Highway, where you can find the most important brand stores, outlets and boutiques (Prada, Gucci, Louis Vuitton and many others). A visit to the nearby cities of Florence, Rome, Siena, Bologna and Perugia is really easy due to the proximity and the motorway link.

We stayed at the property in Via Mannini, very central area and close to the station. The staff was always helpful and courteous. The apartment was very nice, with a lovely terrace overlooking the bell tower of S. Agostino. The only flaw is the very small bathroom. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and we also received excellent half-board service at Vasari Cafè.

The ancient, large apartment, right in the center. Spacious rooms, very high ceilings, comfortable. Not quite pleasant the musty smell in the air, air fresheners with essences would suffice, and the bathroom not recently renovated. Overall, I would recommend it.

Hello. I was in Arezzo for health reasons with my father. The apartment is very nice, comfortable and very suitable for a couple especially. It is central and located in a very quiet area. The host was very helpful.

The structure has been renovated quite well. The kitchenware is a bit lacking, but all in all, there was the bare minimum. As for the bathroom, everything is fine. But the standout feature is the location: a 1300s building with a fresco in the heart of the historic center. What more could you want? I would definitely recommend it for families or groups of friends looking to have a unique experience in a unique city and region.

The manager of this B&B has been extremely kind; the structure enjoys a central position in the historical center. The quality-price ratio of the accommodation is really excellent. Definitely to be contacted again in case of a new visit.

Everything perfect, I stayed in the apartment in via San Michele, the only note is the lack of a small balcony, for the rest nothing to say. Cleanliness, location, friendliness and helpfulness in everything. I definitely recommend it. Allegra Toscana.

Me and my family (husband, two children, and dog) stayed for only one night, returning from vacation to break up the journey and visit a beautiful city like Arezzo. The apartment is very nice and functional, tastefully furnished and in a great location to explore the city. The only downside is a bit damp and breakfast with packaged products.

The apartment, very well-kept in every detail, is located in the central area of Arezzo, very convenient to visit the city in all its corners. I must say that despite not being spacious, it lacks nothing, on the contrary, we found everything we needed and everything was very clean and well-kept. The owner is kind and helpful. No parking problems!

The place is very nice and so is the location. The owner is very helpful and the decor is tasteful. The only drawback is that it's located on the street and there are no windows. I recommend it, but with reservation... Have a good holiday.

My partner and I stayed in this apartment for the New Year period. The structure is recently built, and this is evident right from the start, the interiors are finely furnished and there is everything essential to spend a pleasant holiday. Very convenient supermarket in front of the house (50 mt). Very kind Mrs. Silvia who allowed us to leave the house well beyond the scheduled time. Perfect choice!
