The apartment, 60 square meters studio, is furnished with antiquarian and typical 40th/60th furnitures makes you really discover the essence of the unique italian style. You can find every convenience to make your holiday or your stay unique and original.
The strategic location is perfect for those who want to visit the Cathedral and its fortress (300 m), the famous Piazza Grande (500 m) and the old town with its shopping streets. Every first Sunday of the month and Saturday before you can walk trough the antiques fair, the most important exhibition of ancient and modern in Italy. In June and September there is the famous Saracen, a reenactment of the Arab war where facing the four district of the city.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura di Via Mannini, zona centralissima e vicina alla stazione. Il personale è stato sempre disponibile e cortese. L'appartamanto molto carino, con un bel terrazzino con vista sul campanile di S. Agostino. L'unica pecca Il bagno molto piccolo. In generale è stata un'esperienza molto positiva, inoltre abbiamo ricevuto un servizio di mezza pensione eccellente presso Vasari Cafè.

L'appartamento antico, grande, in pieno centro. Stanze ampie, soffitti altissimi, confortevole. Non proprio gradevole l'odore di chiuso che si respirava, basterebbero dei profumatori con essenze, ed il bagno di non recente ristrutturazione. Nel complesso lo consiglierei.

Salve. Sono stata ad Arezzo per motivi di salute con mio padre l'appartamento è molto carino, comodo e molto carino per una coppia specialmente. È centrale e situato in una zona molto tranquilla. La host è stata molto disponibile.

Struttura ristrutturata abbastanza bene. Dotazione stoviglie un po' carente ma tutto sommato vi era il minimo indispensabile, per il bagno tutto ok. Ma l'elemento qualificante è la localizzazione: palazzo del 1300 circa con tanto di affresco in pieno centro storico. Che volere di più? Lo consiglierei sicuramente per famiglie o gruppi di amici che vogliono vivere un'esperienza unica in una città e regione uniche.

La responsabile di questo B&B si è dimostrata gentilissima; la struttura si avvale di una posizione centrale nel centro storico. Rapporto qualità prezzo dell'alloggio davvero ottimo. Sicuramente da contattare nuovamente in caso di una nuova visita.

Tutto perfetto, ho soggiornato nell'appartamento di via San Michele, l'unico appunto manca un piccolo balcone, per il resto nulla da dire.

Io e la mia famiglia (marito, due figli e cane) abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte, di rientro dalle vacanze per spezzare il viaggio e visitare una bellissima città come Arezzo. L'appartamento è molto bello e funzionale, arredato con gusto e in ottima posizione per visitare la città. Unica pecca un po' umido e colazione con prodotti confezionati.

L'appartamento, curatissimo in ogni dettaglio, è sito nella zona centrale di Arezzo, comodissimo per visitare la città in ogni suo angolo.
Devo dire che nonostante non sia ampio, non ha mancanze, anzi, abbiamo trovato tutto ciò che necessita e tutto pulitissimo e curato. La proprietaria gentile e disponibile. Senza problemi di parcheggio!

Il posto è molto carino ed anche la posizione la proprietaria molto disponibile e arredamento di buon gusto. L'unico handicap è che si trova sulla strada e non ci sono finestre. Lo consiglio, ma con riserva... Buone vacanze.

Io e la mia compagna abbiamo alloggiato in questo appartamento per il periodo di capodanno. La struttura è di recente costruzione, e questo si nota sin da subito, gli interni sono finemente arredati e c'è tutto l'essenziale per trascorrere una piacevole vacanza. Comodissimo il supermercato di fronte casa (50 mt.) Gentilissima la signora Silvia che ci ha permesso di lasciare casa ben oltre l'orario previsto. Scelta azzeccata!
