Our farmhouse enjoys an exclusive position from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view. On the Tuscan hills of the municipality of Gambassi Terme, between Volterra and Sangimignano, our guest will be immersed in lush nature, among woods, fields cultivated with cereals, olive groves and vineyards and the opening towards the Tyrrhenian coast allows you to appreciate the sea breeze during the summer while sunbathing, in the pool.

Our guests will have the opportunity to go on excursions to nearby cities, to admire the products of local craftsmanship, such as alabaster, to taste our organic products, such as extra virgin olive oil, wine, pasta, spelt and jams. Agriturismo Vaianino will be your corner of paradise where you can relax and take care of yourself in serenity and comfort.
There are 6 comfortable apartments with independent entrance, all equipped with a fully equipped kitchen and private bathroom. Free WIFI, heated or air-conditioned rooms, freedom to return at night and covered parking, large garden, large terrace. The kind guests have at their disposal the panoramic infinity pool, the playground, the soccer field, the ping pong, the covered parking, four electric car charging columns (electricity consumption for charging cars is paid), but above all wheat fields, meadows and woods and the simplicity of nature.

Breakfast is organised at the request of our guests and only when it is a group of families or individuals. Homemade cakes, jam made from our fruit, hot milk, tea, coffee, water and orange juice. Biscuits and fresh bread, ham and cheese, and eggs on request. Normally, guests staying in flats prefer to organise their own breakfast and meals, and in this case we offer the service of fresh bread, croissants, focaccia and pizza, delivered every morning to order.

Desserts like cantucci, tarts, and panna cotta are also available. Additionally, we always provide vegetarian options made with fresh ingredients from our garden.
As for the dining service, dinners are held on Tuesdays and Fridays, exclusively by reservation, and require a minimum number of participants. Reservations can also be made directly at the agriturismo from April to September.

Our facility is located in the hills, in the municipality of Gambassi Terme, but on the border of the municipality of Volterra and in fact we are lucky enough to see the beautiful city of Volterra in the background. We are 15 km from Gambassi terme, Volterra and San Gimignano. In Volterra there is a hospital and supermarkets. In an hour's drive you can reach the Tyrrhenian coast, Florence, Siena or Pisa. We are in the heart of Tuscany, immersed in nature and our typical Tuscan countryside.
