Description

Poggiacolle farms is only 2 kms from San Gimignano. It extends over 2 hills which overlook San Gimignano ancient medieval centre providing a truly magnificent panoramic view of the area.

The guest accomodation is a recently renovated eighteenth century farm-house.

On request is possible to book a cooking class with our chef Debora or taste our products (wine and olive oil).

Our breakfast is sweet and savory, it includes cakes, biscuits, mixed croissants, cornflakes, muesli, and also Tuscan pecorino, Tuscan ham and salami, black and white bread, crushed bread, eggs, fruit, tea and juices. We also serve espresso, american coffee and cappuccino.

Breakfast is served by Marcella and partly is a buffet.

An incredible place with a dreamy view of San Gimignano and the countryside. The Agriturismo Poggiacolle is a marvel, the room is perfect, the bathroom is in Tuscan style with all the necessary bath products. And the cherry on top: the pool is amazing! Daniela was very kind, full of good advice, even for just one night we felt at home. I highly recommend Agriturismo Poggiacolle.

We recommend this agriturismo: The setting is ideal with a postcard-like landscape among vineyards, olive trees, and the towers of San Gimignano in sight. The pool is perfect, as well as the garden. The accommodations: rooms, kitchen, library, etc., well-maintained and clean.
