Description

Agriturismo Nonno Gino - Charme & Relax, is located in an area rich in attractions and places to visit. The strategic position of the structure makes every type of holiday unforgettable: from the sea to the hills, from culture to wine tasting. The free or equipped beaches of the Costa degli Etruschi are just a few minutes away, as are all the medieval villages in the surroundings, rich in history and events.

The structure, immersed in a large park with pine, holm-oak and olive trees, is an ideal destination for those who want to spend a peaceful family holiday. Within the park there is a large swimming pool where you can spend warm summer afternoons.

All the flats in the villa, offer a large living area with sofa bed, dining area with table and chairs, a fully equipped kitchen, large bedrooms with double bed and the possibility of adding single beds for children, complete private bathrooms with shower cubicle, veranda or private balconies equipped with tables and chairs. The villa is equipped with: independent entrance, parking, wifi, air conditioning, heating, flat screen TV, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, blackout curtains, tiled floor, outdoor play area, barbecue, swimming pool and laundry area for shared use. Thanks to the location of our farmhouse, open to the breezes, the flats are comfortable and cool even in the height of summer.

Enchanting place, very well-kept, immersed in greenery and silence despite being close to the beaches (about 5/7 minutes by car). The house is cool, clean, and equipped with all comforts. The pool, always exposed to the sun and clean, is a strong point. The owners are very kind and helpful.

Barbara and Massi were very kind, they welcomed us to their property where everything seemed brand new! The pool was well maintained like the garden. We led a beach life and therefore we could enjoy the spaces little... too bad because they were really worth it.

Recently renovated property in a great location 3.5 km from the sea. Brand new and very well equipped apartment. Possibility of barbecue just outside the apartment. Beautiful pool with exclusive sun loungers.

Well-maintained structure, spacious indoor areas, fully equipped kitchen, quite close to the sea, we used to go there by bike. In a good location to visit Val Cornia and go to other beaches. Added value the pool. We had a great time. The managers were very helpful.
