Our breakfast is provided to guests with a basket with maremma milk, powdered coffee, infusions, juice, croissants, bread, jam and yogurt. The basket is provided every morning.

The farmhouse is located in San Donato, in the Maremma countryside. It is centrally positioned in relation to Monte Argentario, the Maremma park, Talamone (a top location for kite-surfing), Magliano in Tuscany (top restaurants), Scansano, Capalbio (reachable in 10-20 minutes), and 45 minutes away from the Saturnia hot springs and Pitigliano. The nearest restaurant is within walking distance. The nearest beach (Osa) is 5 minutes away, and the affiliated establishment (Ai Delfini) is 10 minutes away. The nearest train station, bank, pharmacy, and supermarket are in Fonteblanda (5 minutes away). The area is rich in Etruscan findings, and the trace of Spanish domination from 1557-1796 is very evident in the fortifications of the coastal towns.

Massimiliano has been an excellent host, pampering us with his breakfasts left in the basket every morning on our outdoor table, pointing out and booking some truly worthy restaurants to be tried. Really relaxing place also very convenient for our four-legged friends. We will definitely come back.

Immersed in the enchantment of Maremma, the property embodies the concept of relaxation and well-being perfectly. Very well-kept garden, spacious common areas where you can find hammocks, sun loungers, or little corners with wooden table and chairs to take a break with a book or simply let yourself be carried away by the sounds of nature. The Chianina cows play the starring role in the background of incomparable sunsets, a delightful little vegetable garden to pick some vegetables for the evening (delicious tomatoes and basil!), a pool surrounded by greenery that welcomes you back from excursions. Delicious breakfast served in a basket left on the outdoor table that allows you to enjoy it whenever you want and... even in your pajamas! A few minutes away is an enchanting sea, beautiful villages (Talamone, Pitigliano, Capalbio, Porto Santo Stefano, and Porto Ercole) and then the charming Giglio Island, Saturnia and its natural hot springs, the Tarot Garden... you would need to stay a month to be able to visit everything! Massimiliano is a delightful host, helpful, kind, and attentive to various requests. In German, there is a beautiful word “heimat”, which is more than homeland: it's where you feel at home. I felt that way. I will be back soon, thanks again for everything.

In the countryside, well maintained, very helpful and present manager, stunning panorama with marvelous sunsets, 5 minutes from the sea by car, 5 minutes from Fonteblanda, a village with everything you need (supermarket, bank, restaurants and pizzerias, etc.). Highly recommended, we stayed with two girls who had a lot of fun feeding the cows and taking long (very long) swims in the pool.

Good location, very quiet and peaceful, discreet facility. Breakfast with very little choice and at varying times (in our case between 7:45 and 8:45), they bring you a basket with croissant, fruit juice, and milk. Upon request, they add mini pizzas or other items. The air conditioning in our room was not working well (it was not very cool and difficult to adjust). In 10 days, no room cleaning and change of bathroom linen after 7 days upon our request.

To welcome us, a pleasant and welcome gift, with the courtesy of Massimiliano. The room, clean and welcoming, overlooks the large lawn towards the pool: all around is countryside, sunflower fields, and pastures. Simply stunning... Everything kept in an impeccable way, maximum availability of Massimiliano for every need. A dive into nature, close to the sea, to beautiful villages to visit and where to eat excellently. We will definitely come back, I recommend it for a weekend or more days to relax outside the metropolitan chaos.

Ho soggiornato solo una sera è una notte ma sicuramente ci ritornerò con i miei figli.
Massimiliano è molto disponibile, la stanza pulitissima, la colazione ottima, il posto in ottima posizione per girare l’Argentario e rilassarsi.
È come essere in vacanza a casa propria.
Poi i fichi ottimi.

Ottima posizione per girare la zona. Pace e tranquillità, agriturismo immerso nel verde con possibilità di usufruire dei prodotti dell'orto e dei frutti.

Buona struttura, molto cordiale il gestore Massimiliano, inquietante il cane Drugo, ma solo per chi come me ha la fobia, in realtà è un peluche gigantesco e molto docile.

Fantastico agriturismo nella pace della Maremma ed a pochi km dal mare. Davvero un bel luogo per rilassarsi e fare gite nei luoghi circostanti. E poi una menzione speciale va a Massimiliano, gestore dell'agriturismo che è un ragazzo con tanta voglia di fare e che ti mette a tuo agio ed offre i consigli giusti per visitare la zona.

L'Agriturismo é situato in campagna. Di notte il buio era tale che vedevi le stelle! Struttura molto curata camere essenziali ma accoglienti. Disponibile la cucina in comune per prepararsi i pasti. Zona silenziosa, si dormiva benissimo! Buona la collocazione per muoversi nel territorio circostante. La stagione non ci ha permesso di goderci il giardino attrezzato e ben curato! Lo consiglio agli amanti della natura, del silenzio e della convivialità!

Posto bellissimo e giardino/parco che ti fa sentire subito a casa, si può fare la spesa e cuocere utilizzando i molti barbecue a disposizione degli ospiti.
Bellissima l'idea dell'orto in cui si possono cogliere le verdure e cucinarle al momento.

Bellissimo agriturismo situato in ambiente tranquillo a pochi minuti in macchina dal mare.
Gestore molto gentile, camera pulita e spaziosa così come il bagno.

Ottima posizione, buon punto di partenza per visitare in automobile spiagge e borghi. Struttura molto bella, camere accoglienti con travi a vista e aria condizionata. Ampio giardino ben curato dotato di molti spazi conviviali e diverse postazioni barbecue. Assolutamente consigliato.

Bellissima posizione, nella campagna maremmana, con un ampio giardino comune dove poter rilassarsi, dotato di postazioni barbecue per poter cucinare fuori, volendo anche in compagnia degli altri ospiti. Inoltre c'è un orto a disposizione, dove puoi raccogliere verdure di stagione e fragole. Il mare non è vicinissimo, bisogna prendere la macchina, ma sono a disposizione anche delle biciclette. I gestori sono molto cordiali e disponibili, la camera dove abbiamo dormito pulita e fresca.

The host - Massimiliano - was very nice and helpful. The room with the kitchen was nice and clean. The possibility to barbeque your own food was also good. Of course because of the location you need to drive when you want to go out for Dinner, shopping or swimming. For us with our kids it was perfect, they liked pick strawberrys and we were able to get fresh tomatoes etc. from the garden and liked to watch the horse in the neighborhood. If you have older children it might be a little boring for them. The only thing we were a little disappointed with was the breakfast, but I guess it is typical for the area. You have to prepare it by yourself, therefore you will find coffe, sugar, milk, jam, crackers etc in the kitchen.

Gestore, Massimiliano, gentilissimo e disponibilissimo, come il padre. Unica cosa solo sufficiente, come segnalano altri utenti, la colazione, non molto abbondante, e con prodotti tutti confezionati.
