Perfect location. Brand new bathroom and spacious room, well furnished and very clean. The lady at the reception was very kind and lovely. 2 bottles of water upon arrival. Highly recommended.

Struttura situata in posizione centrale, vicinissima al porto da dove è possibile raggiungere l'Isola del Giglio. Presenza di supermercati, ristoranti e bar vicinissimi alla struttura. Comodissima la presenza del garage auto (considerando anche la scarsa presenza di parcheggi in città). Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo.

Abbiamo soggiornato soltanto due notti ma siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti.
Maurizio, il proprietario, è super cortese e disponibile. La stanza è in una zona strategica, con accesso immediato al centro storico di Porto Santo Stefano ed un garage coperto veramente "prezioso", compreso nel prezzo.
La stanza è di dimensioni contenute ma arredata in modo moderno e con gusto e dotata di ogni servizio.
Assolutamente consigliabile!

Struttura nuovissima e ben tenuta, situata in posizione strategica per qualsiasi cosa (passeggiate a piedi in paese ed escursioni in auto alle numerose cale). Da consigliare anche per il parcheggio coperto incluso nella tariffa (non è poco, considerando la difficoltà di parcheggio nel paese).

Io e la mia fidanzata abbiamo passato 4 notti in questa struttura, ci siamo trovati benissimo. Struttura nuovissima, camere molto ben arredate ma soprattutto posizione ottimale, sia per andare in centro, sia per andare al mare a piedi, sia per spostarsi verso altre zone in auto. Tra l'altro poter lasciare l'auto in garage a Porto Santo Stefano è un lusso non da poco. I proprietari gentilissimi e cordialissimi. Il prezzo credo sia ottimo considerando la media lì in zona. Spero di poter tornare in queste zone, nel caso credo proprio che alloggerò ancora qui. Unici piccolissimi appunti, ma sono piuttosto soggettivi, avrei tanto voluto delle tapparelle o persiane per evitare l'entrata di luce al mattino. E poi va be' manca il poter fare colazione in sede (a poca distanza ci sono comunque dei bar). Ma credo che dati gli svariati vantaggi che offre la struttura, si possa tranquillamente passare sopra a queste piccole mancanze. Ripeto, lo consiglio vivamente e spero tanto di tornarci.

Posizione ottima per raggiungere spiagge, porto e centro per andare a cena o fare una passeggiata. La presenza del garage è ottima perché altrimenti i parcheggi sono a pagamento.
La struttura è nuova e munita di tutto il necessario (asciugamani, asciugacapelli, spazzolino e kit doccia).
Lo consiglio per chi si vuole godere la bellezza dell'Argentario.

Posto nuovo e quindi con camere pulite e nuove in tutto, posizione eccellente, vicino al porto e poi posto auto che a Santo Stefano è buono come il pane, aggiungerei solo le pulizie in camera giornaliere.

Posizione ottimale a un passo dal porto ma senza dover fare salite o innumerevoli scale. Buona sia per chi vuole girare che per gli stanziali. Consigliato!

La struttura è assolutamente nuova, la camera confortevole e pulita anche se un po' troppo piccola. La posizione è fantastica perché consente di spostarsi a piedi per tutto il paese, inoltre la struttura è dotata di parcheggio, enorme vantaggio e comodità visto l'afflusso di macchine che circola. Sono piccoli valori aggiunti che permettono di rendere il soggiorno più rilassante. Il gestore Maurizio è molto gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio assolutamente.
