Perfect location. Brand new bathroom and spacious room, well furnished and very clean. The lady at the reception was very kind and lovely. 2 bottles of water upon arrival. Highly recommended.

Structure located in a central position, very close to the port from where it is possible to reach Giglio Island. Presence of supermarkets, restaurants, and bars very close to the structure. The presence of the car garage is very convenient (considering also the scarce presence of parking spaces in the city). Excellent value for money.

We stayed only two nights but we were extremely satisfied. Maurizio, the owner, is super courteous and helpful. The room is in a strategic area, with immediate access to the historic center of Porto Santo Stefano and a truly 'precious' covered garage, included in the price. The room is compact but furnished in a modern and tasteful way and equipped with every service. Absolutely recommendable!

Brand new and well-maintained structure, strategically located for any activity (walks in the village and car excursions to the numerous coves). Also recommended for the covered parking included in the rate (which is not a small thing, considering the parking difficulties in the village).

My girlfriend and I spent 4 nights at the Affittacamere Ne Parliamo Stasera 2.0 and we had a great time. The structure is brand new, the rooms are very well furnished, and the location is optimal, both for reaching the city center and for walking to the sea, as well as for moving to other areas by car. Moreover, being able to leave the car in the garage in Porto Santo Stefano is a luxury not to be underestimated. The owners are very kind and friendly. The price seems excellent considering the local average. I hope to be able to come back to these areas and in that case, I think I will stay here again. The only small note, quite subjective, is that I would have liked some shutters or blinds to avoid the morning light. And I would have liked to have breakfast on-site (although there are bars nearby). However, given the various advantages offered by the structure, I believe one can easily overlook these minor shortcomings. I highly recommend it and truly hope to return.

Excellent location to reach beaches, harbor, and town center for dinner or a stroll. The presence of the garage is excellent because otherwise parking is paid. The structure is new and equipped with everything necessary (towels, hairdryer, toothbrush, and shower kit). I recommend it for those who want to enjoy the beauty of Argentario.

The structure is absolutely new, the room comfortable and clean although a bit too small. The location is fantastic as it allows you to move around the whole town on foot, plus the structure has a parking lot, a huge advantage and convenience given the flow of cars circulating. These are small added values that make the stay more relaxing. The manager Maurizio is very kind and helpful. I absolutely recommend it.
