It was a wonderful stay. The accommodation located in the countryside, in the middle of nature, is cozy and the location is strategic as it is 20/25 minutes from the sea (Orbetello, Argentario, etc.). Highly recommended for relaxing and escaping the chaos of the city. Moreover, Meri and her family are extremely exquisite, kind, and helpful people. Not to mention the breakfast, which is not included but offered a couple of times, with exceptional homemade sweets from Meri. Thank you again, beautiful memories!

Everything was great, we had a wonderful time. Simple family-run structure. Rooms with all the services: air conditioning, fan, spacious bathroom. Excellent cleanliness of the rooms and the entire structure. The owner always very helpful and friendly, recommended excellent restaurants and places to visit in the surroundings. The location is ideal both for going to the sea or visiting the many beautiful places of Maremma. We will definitely return!

Excellent facility, quiet, very close to the town of Magliano. Room and bathroom very clean. Mrs. Meri was really kind and helpful in everything, besides preparing a truly delicious breakfast for us. Definitely worth going back!

Nice property, very clean and welcoming.

Hospitality is lady in this magical place! Meri and her daughter are two perfect hostesses; kind, helpful and always smiling. They gave us great advice on where to eat, the most beautiful areas to visit, and the most beautiful beaches. Not to mention the super breakfast with fresh products every morning! Highly recommended B&B for those who want to spend a stay in the tranquility of the countryside with nature but still have the possibility of being close to the most "lively" cities and the most beautiful beaches! Thanks again for everything.

Absolutely excellent value for money, in Maremma a stone's throw from Magliano in Tuscany, 20 minutes from the sea (by car), rooms cleaned daily (very rare for this category, I have tried others in the area where you can stay a week without cleaning), air conditioning, wifi, internal parking and private terrace for - I believe - each room. A common fridge with drawers divided by room and a plentiful and genuine breakfast complete everything. Competent and kind welcome and directions.

I stayed for about ten days at Affittacamere B&B Giusti. Hospitality, courtesy, and education of Meri and her family are top-notch, always available to give advice on what to visit. The breakfasts are delicious, with her sweets and excellent jams. The structure is located in a position that allows you to reach the sea in a few minutes and to visit the Maremma hinterland. We will definitely come back.

Perfect B&B for our needs, we felt at home, so much so that we were supposed to stay for only one night and in the end it became three. The location is quiet, immersed in the fantastic Maremma countryside, with a night sky full of stars and woken up only by the chirping of birds. It is close to the village of Magliano (very cute) but also quite convenient to reach the well-known tourist destinations in the area (Talamone, Argentario, Capalbio...). Meri is a delightful person, extremely helpful and well-informed about the activities in the area. She served us genuine breakfasts with jams (delicious), cakes (all homemade), fruit juices... The only downside, if it can be called so, is the impossibility of having specific products for celiacs, promptly solved with other gluten-free products. The cleanliness is impeccable and the room, furnished in a simple but tasteful way and equipped with every comfort (mosquito nets, ceiling fan, air conditioner, hairdryer...) is tidied up every morning. The parking is private and below the house. Highly recommended!

Your country house. It's nice to feel welcomed by Meri and her family in their home as if it were your own. Simplicity is the key word for this Affittacamere B&B Giusti that offers a clean, quiet environment, with parking and a delicious breakfast with homemade cakes and biscuits. Meri always available for a chat and any information you might need, she is also very attentive to all Covid19 safety regulations. Customers have a small fridge/freezer at their disposal, which is really convenient in summer. A 15/20' drive away are the pine forests and beaches of Orbetello, Feniglia, Talamone. The small village of Magliano in Tuscany is definitely worth a visit, the walk on the walls offers a splendid view. The restaurant da Giovanna just after the main street entrance is definitely worth trying for the good quality/price ratio. If you arrive by 8.00 pm, you might also find her in the small outdoor area behind the restaurant for some good menu advice.

Completely satisfied with the kindness of the owner and the service offered. The room met all our expectations.

We stayed at this Affittacamere B&B Giusti for 8 nights from August 16th to August 24th. Great location, immersed in the Maremma countryside about 15/20 km from the sea, reachable by paved country roads in about 15 minutes. Excellent hospitality from Fabio, Mary and their children. The double room is of standard size, about 16/18 sqm, the only flaw being the very soft and thin pillows in addition to the really small shower. Our room also had a small terrace where you could hang out the laundry or enjoy the Maremma panorama! It is about 2 km from the town center, Magliano in Tuscany. Breakfast with homemade pies and donuts, as well as yogurt, coffee, cappuccino, fruit juices, tea, and biscuits. I would say it's a great location if you love to stay away from the chaos of campsites, beaches, etc., and if you want to visit, as we did, different beaches and villages.

Excellent Guesthouse B&B Giusti immersed in the Maremma countryside, excellent for reaching the sea in half an hour, the Saturnia thermal baths in half an hour, and Monte Argentario.

The property is in a convenient location, at the foot of Magliano, with a beautiful view of Argentario; it is very welcoming and relaxing. The owners are very friendly and the lady offers a good breakfast with jams and sweets prepared by her.

The structure is welcoming, the managers are very kind, and the breakfasts are great! Homemade sweets and jams by Mrs. Mery. The structure is central and convenient to reach any surrounding village, both by the sea and inland. We couldn't have chosen a better structure.

We stayed for two nights. Charming terrace for breakfast. Nice, clean rooms tastefully furnished. In the countryside. Possibility to use the kitchen wires for hanging and well-kept garden. Mrs. Meri and her husband kindly provided us with all the information we needed. Delicious, genuine breakfast with all homemade products from jams to tarts and sweets. We had a great time. I recommend the place for those who love tranquility, comfort, and a family atmosphere. At the B&B Giusti guesthouse, we had a great time, the studio with kitchen and bathroom is very spacious and gives direct access to the terrace where breakfasts are served. We had the opportunity to try them and the products are all genuine, with very good homemade cakes. The service is also fantastic, there is no lack of friendliness and attention. We also felt good with the advice on places to visit. The location is excellent for visiting Maremma and at the same time the coast, Poderone is very close to Magliano, not even 5 minutes by car and Albinia can be reached in fifteen minutes. The place and the family management are really comfortable, you immediately feel welcomed with warmth and you can really relax. The location is also great for visiting the Argentario!
