It deserves a 10 in every respect. Mrs. Caterina knows that the lack of air conditioning in summer, with 38 degrees, is a problem for sleeping at night. Caterina is exceptional; she helped us with everything and gave many tips. We will definitely return. At another time. 🥵👋😘

Excellent hospitality despite the short stay. The owners were very kind and attentive to every request and suggestion. The room was very comfortable and meticulously cared for. A great choice due to the proximity to the port of Livorno. Highly recommended, we will return!

The structure and the availability of the lady were impeccable. The room was very nice in all its details. Proximity to the port is optimal. Good breakfast with kitchen available. The only tiny flaw, which is really negligible, is the lack of shampoo or shower gel. But really, to find something.... Rating 10.

I was unfortunately there for only two days because we were there for a theater show. We had a great time, the place was very nice and especially clean. We did not have the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Caterina, but Mr. Paolo was really very kind. The location is excellent. We will definitely return.
