Parking not on site and far away. Rooms not soundproofed. Breakfast was non-existent, with only three discount items and not matching the photos. My worst B&B. Value for money does not match the services advertised. I do not recommend it.

We stayed one night to catch the ferry the next morning, as it is very close to the port of Livorno (10 min). Comfortable, very clean accommodation and there is the possibility to check in independently, so you don't have to arrive at a specific time. Mariangela is super kind and helpful.

The structure is located in a quiet residential area, with many free parking spaces nearby, very convenient for those traveling by car. Clean and welcoming rooms, upon arrival in the room, there is a bottle of water and a kettle, a nice touch. Air conditioning is available, which should not be underestimated! Mrs. Mariangela is very courteous and helpful. Everything needed for a self-service breakfast is available.

A nice clean room and the communication with Mariangela was simple and straightforward. The only thing that bothered us was that the toilet was not separate from the shower and sink. Otherwise, great location and really a nice room, the breakfast offer was also great. Thank you very much.

Thank you Mariangela, this overnight was perfect for us as we came late with the ferry. All went pretty smooth and well and you even managed to get us parked in the yard and handing over the keys personally. Very much appreciated. The room is very clean and comfortable. The bed is very comfortable. Being not on a busy street, it is very quiet. The bathroom in the room is very clean. We also appreciated the small terrace, the air conditioning, the breakfast, and that instead of plastic glasses, there were compostable ones.
