This beautiful apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building in front of Cisanello hospital and has been completely renovated. It consists of a cozy living area with a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a comfortable double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower.
The apartment is equipped with new furniture and appliances, including a coffee machine, a microwave and a dishwasher, as well as pots, cutlery, plates and glasses.
In the surrounding area you will also find several supermarkets, such as Penny Market just 800 meters away on foot, and a coin-operated laundry just 500 meters away. In addition, just 200 meters away is the stop for the blue tram line, which will take you directly to the city center.

As you may know, the location of the apartment is ideal for those who need to go to the hospital but also for those who want to explore the center of Pisa. You can easily reach it thanks to the bus stop of the blue Lam line, which is only 100 meters away from the apartment. Mi dispiace signora della sua recensione, fin dal primo momento è stata indispettita al check in!. io le ho fatto presente che se c'era qualcosa che non le andava bene poteva tranquillamente andarsene visto che è rimasta per tutto il soggiorno non ho capito la sua recensione, d'altra parte se un appartamento è comodo perche' vicino all'ospedale ma il quartiere non la soddisfa non si può fare niente, li l"ospedale l'hanno costruito e quello è per ora il quartiere. Comunque buona vita la prossima volta le consiglio di soggiornare in centro e poi viene in ospedale con il taxi sara' tutto di suo gradimento...forse...

Chose this place because I was looking for a bed and breakfast very close to the Cisanello hospital in Pisa. It fully met my expectations in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and proximity to the hospital, which can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Nearby, there is also a pharmacy, a pizzeria, and supermarkets where you can shop. The owner is very kind and helpful. Highly recommended for both those on vacation in Pisa and for those, like me, who need a place close to the hospital.

What can I say... it's like being at home. You have everything you need: oven, very spacious refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine (capsules need to be purchased). Spacious shower, comfortable bed, new wardrobes, small TV, sofa bed, etc... I rated 10 for the location because I needed to be close to the hospital, for a vacation it's better to opt for something closer to the city center since buses, if I understood correctly, do not run after 20:30... then there are night buses.
