Villa Campitello is a small and welcoming bed and breakfast located in a beautiful green clearing in the center of Campitello di Fassa. All of our rooms have mountain views, and you'll find a warm and relaxing atmosphere with a large tree-filled garden and comfortable deck chairs for your moments of outdoor relaxation. Villa Campitello offers an excellent selection of breakfast options, total Wi-Fi coverage, indoor parking, internet access, an elevator, and a wellness area.
In front of the B&B is the ski school's beginner area with 2 conveyor belts for beginners, children, and sleds. All services are available in the immediate vicinity: a free ski bus stop (40 meters away), ski equipment rental, ski school, Col Rodella cable car (Sellaronda) at 350 m, shops, bars, restaurants, pubs, and a sports area.

We had a great stay. The service was good and the breakfast was great. We were on the top floor where the slanted roof makes the rooms especially cozy. However, we did bump our heads on the wooden beams a few times. Nevertheless, highly recommended!

Beautiful property in a strategic location to enjoy the nearby mountain passes! The room was clean, tidy, with everything needed and a lovely little balcony with a spectacular view. Spectacular stay. The hotel was quiet apart from street noise and church bells. Clean, lovely rooms with great views. Nice sitting and grassy outdoor area. Breakfast was wonderful with its own private reserved table.

We stayed eight nights at Villa Campitello and had a great time. At first I planned to book through Booking.com, but then I realized it was cheaper to book directly on the hotel's website and that I could even have the option to cancel if needed. During the booking process, I requested a specific type of room (according to our room category) and we got it. We were two adults and a small child, and our room (201) had enough space. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I did not miss my bed at home and my daughter slept very well on the sofa bed. The room had plenty of storage space and a nice view. The location of the hotel is very good. There are restaurants nearby and the center of Campitello is only a five-minute walk. The breakfast was also very good and had a good variety. My only recommendation would be to have warm boiled eggs and for the scrambled eggs to be cooked a bit more, but maybe that's just my opinion. Definitely we would book this hotel again.

The hotel room was, all in all, completely fine. What displeased us was the plastic cup for brushing teeth, which was not replaced even once in six days. The sauna area was not really our thing. Otherwise the hotel was really great.

The property is very nice, but the shower water was lukewarm and not hot enough (even though I pointed it out to the manager immediately, nothing changed). The steam room and sauna could also have used a few more degrees to be effective. Finally, the room was sometimes a bit cold, especially in the afternoon.

The hotel is in the town center, about a 5-minute walk from the Col Rodella lift that connects to the entire Sella Ronda area (the four passes, for reference). There is a large parking lot with a barrier operated by a remote control. After check-in everything is done autonomously: the reception is not staffed at all times, but you access the property with a code and use the remote for the parking. Within a few steps there are restaurants, shops and a supermarket. An excellent option for anyone who wants to enjoy wonderful skiing in what is probably the best ski area in Italy.

Very nice hotel two minutes' walk from the center. The staff were very kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and welcoming (some things in the room could be renovated, but we chose the economy room so it's okay). We were lucky because one day we had the spa all to ourselves (it is small but very nice and functional). The breakfast is really top notch. It takes a little while to walk to the ski lifts (Col Rodella) but it is doable. Fair price. We were very satisfied with our stay. If we have the opportunity we will return.

I stayed in a room marketed as a suite, with beams sloping down from the ceiling that limited the use of the room for a person of average height. There was a similar beam above the bathtub, making it impossible to shower: there was a gap between the shower wall and the beam just big enough to fit the head but not the hands to wash my hair. I spent my time in the room with my head tilted.

Very nice bed and breakfast, close to the center but in a quiet location, with a beautiful garden and tastefully renovated. Breakfast is wonderful, as is the breakfast room, with a large window overlooking the garden. Not least, Stefanie's warm and friendly welcome. Also, within a short distance there is a bus stop that goes to Canazei or to the Val di Fiemme. I recommend this stay also for its good value for money.

Thank you for a lovely stay. Great breakfast. Jean was very helpful and the steam room and sauna were lovely. Cleaning was very good. Rooms were fantastic and there was also a heated ski boot room. It was a 15 minutes walk to the Col Rodella cable car. I would recommend leaving the skis in the rental locker at the ski lift as buses are not very frequent and were often full the week we went (New Year's). But otherwise good location in the center of the village.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at B&B Garnì Villa Campitello. Jean and Stephanie are wonderful hosts. The room I stayed in was always neat and clean, the breakfast was amazing, and the location is perfect. I hope I get the opportunity to come back someday. Thank you very much for the lovely holiday.

A unique stay! Well-kept, welcoming, very clean structure! You rest very well, in total silence. Rich and abundant breakfast. The welcome, the relationship with the owners was wonderful! Extremely helpful and kind managers, they gave us many tips on where to eat and especially on the walks to do in the surroundings and they always cared about how our excursions went! Cozy structure, nice even if small the wellness area especially after the walks.

The owners Jean and Stephany are very kind and helpful. The structure is very quiet and welcoming, located in an excellent position compared to the town center and equipped with ample free reserved parking. Definitely recommended.

Structure in the center of Campitello where you can reach restaurants and other local places on foot. Perhaps the only flaw is the somewhat lacking soundproofing. Anyway, beautiful and clean structure.

Excellent visit at B&B Garnì Villa Campitello and fantastic hosting by Jean. I highly recommend staying at the place. Provides a very family-like atmosphere, and personal assistance by the manager. Seems newly renovated and kept very clean and in very good condition. Keep in mind this is a B&B so there isn't a 24x7 helpdesk. However, the manager communicates very well and addressed all of our needs.

Excellent welcome and availability from the B&B Garnì Villa Campitello manager. Very beautiful structure, welcoming and tastefully furnished down to the smallest details. The B&B is located just a few meters from the cable car that connects Campitello di Fassa to the ski slopes of both Val di Fassa and Val Gardena. Excellent cleanliness, abundant breakfast with homemade sweets and savory options. Price is average considering the Epiphany weekend.

We had a fantastic week! Everything was really great, from the welcome, to the rooms, to the breakfast and the guys taking care of it. They always had a kind word for us, as well as recommending paths and walks to do! If we come back to Campitello, we will definitely want to stop here!

A beautiful structure, very welcoming. Clean rooms and well-maintained in the furnishings. Beautiful outdoor areas with ample space for relaxation. Excellent location, in Campitello, a stone's throw from the central square, in a set-back position from the main, busier road. Very kind staff, both the owner and the boys serving breakfast.
