Our bed and breakfast is located in the beautiful historic center of Riva del Garda, just a stone's throw away from the lake, bars, and restaurants, as well as the main public transportation stops and cultural attractions to visit! You can forget about the parking problem because if you don't want to use paid parking, there are three spacious areas where you can leave your car for free and without time limits, just a 5-minute walk away! Inside our rooms, in addition to a modern and elegant design, you will find all the necessary comforts for your stay: wifi connection, flat-screen TV, refrigerator, kettle with tea and coffee always available, shampoo and shower gel. Furthermore, right below our establishment, you can take advantage of a partnered bicycle rental service with a special discount reserved for our guests.

After traveling for several years for work and choosing the B&B option whenever possible, in order to experience the warm and informal atmosphere of a home, I have made the decision to become a host myself. Our Bed and Breakfast is located in the centre of the Old town. Nearby there are lots of shops, restaurants, banks and supermarkets. The library, museums and historical exhibitions can be easily reached by walk. In the sorrounding area, people can find exciting routes for mountain bikes and many windsurf's schools.

Lovely big room with great views of the old town. Very modern and friendly. I was personally welcomed by Lycia who helped me with my luggage up 3 flights of stairs! Breakfast was included in my room and Lycia customized it to my taste each morning at the agreed time (although there was no cooked option). Overall very welcoming. I can recommend renting an E-Mountain bike from BikeGuarda - 45 euros. I had a great ride up into the hills and explored Lake Ledro and its museum. Of course, Riva is charming too. Eat at Ristorante Al Vaticano!

Very kind staff. Structure located in the historic center of Riva del Garda: these are rooms with bathroom overlooking the central street of Riva, located on the third floor (no elevator) of a building.

Excellent, I recommend it. The room is new, equipped with all the comforts. It overlooks one of the main streets and is very close to the car park. We had a great time.

Small but lovely accommodation in a central location in Riva. Unfortunately, no elevator on the 3rd floor. We had the room with a view over the old town - very beautiful, especially breakfast by the open window. Stefano is a nice, attentive host. We parked in the public parking garage - less than 5 minutes away. Cost is 10€ per day. Highly recommended for a stay in Riva.

A structure in the center of Riva City View, very convenient for everything with free parking just a few steps away. The cleanliness of the rooms and the courtesy of the manager are superb! The only downside is that in our room (not in our friends' room so we were a bit unlucky) there were Venetian blinds that let in a lot of light. Keep in mind that it is on the third floor without an elevator, no problem for us but if you need to book here, keep that in mind! However, very good and abundant breakfast with a lot of choices that we were able to eat in the room with a breathtaking view. Definitely perfect for a few days in Riva!

Excellent property in the historic center, overlooking a central avenue. It is located on the third floor without an elevator but the location is excellent. It is simple but equipped with every comfort and clean, exceptional value for money. The owner is extraordinarily kind and helpful, definitely a plus! Definitely worth going back.

We stayed at the B&B Riva City View for a business trip and we had a great time. The rooms are spacious, quiet, clean, and well-maintained. You can choose from a variety of food and drinks for breakfast, and the host Stefano is very kind, helpful, and professional. The location is perfect, close to the congress center and with several restaurants nearby. Recommended for both business and leisure trips.

The venue is spacious and comfortable, and the owner is helpful and kind. However, the bathroom is not in the room but in another shared area, which can be a bit inconvenient and not very private. I did not like the personalized breakfast, as it requires being certain even before seeing it. However, the owner is very helpful and kind.

Nel ringraziarla per la recensione devo precisare alcune informazioni non corrette. Il bagno della camera panoramica è l’unico non interno ma certamente non è in un’altra stanza (ci mancherebbe…) e non è vero che è “non riservato”: è di fronte alla camera (1 metro!) ed è ad uso PRIVATO, ESCLUSIVO, RISERVATO alla camera e di nessun altro. Francamente non capisco il commento sulla colazione personalizzata: di cosa deve essere sicura prima di vederla? E poi in una recensione credo sia più corretto giudicare la qualità della colazione, che ritengo sia piaciuta.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti al Rica City View in 4 adulti 2 nella stanza fire e 2 nella stanza wood. Ci siamo trovati bene, le camere confortevoli, anche se poco insonorizzate, la colazione molto buona ed abbondante. La struttura è in posizione ottimale poco distante da parcheggi pubblici gratuiti e poco distante dal lago. Nella via sottostante ci sono molti bei negozi e locali. Particolarmente gentile e disponibile il gestore Stefano che ci ha consigliato dei ristoranti decisamente da provare. In conclusione lo consiglio!
