Our bed and breakfast is located in the beautiful historic center of Riva del Garda, just a stone's throw away from the lake, bars, and restaurants, as well as the main public transportation stops and cultural attractions to visit! You can forget about the parking problem because if you don't want to use paid parking, there are three spacious areas where you can leave your car for free and without time limits, just a 5-minute walk away! Inside our rooms, in addition to a modern and elegant design, you will find all the necessary comforts for your stay: wifi connection, flat-screen TV, refrigerator, kettle with tea and coffee always available, shampoo and shower gel. Furthermore, right below our establishment, you can take advantage of a partnered bicycle rental service with a special discount reserved for our guests.

Our Bed and Breakfast is located in the centre of the Old town. Nearby there are lots of shops, restaurants, banks and supermarkets. The library, museums and historical exhibitions can be easily reached by walk. In the sorrounding area, people can find exciting routes for mountain bikes and many windsurf's schools.

Ci sarebbe piaciuto capire i motivi di tanta severità, solo la posizione è sfuggita alla mannaia (siamo in centro storico, difficile fare meglio), anche perché ci sono state solo parole positive alla partenza: ma forse è proprio perché sono parole… Basta leggere la stragrande maggioranza delle altre recensioni: alcune persone guardano troppe puntate di 4 Hotel.

The strengths of this property are the location, the cleanliness, the bed that I found very comfortable, and the very advantageous price. The breakfast was good too. However, I found the bathroom uncomfortable, as it lacked a bidet, a power outlet near the sink, and a shelf to place the things that are usually needed in the bathroom.

The location is excellent. Just like the view of the rooftops of Riva del Garda. The environment is welcoming and clean. The staff is helpful and kind, ready to meet the guests' requests. Despite the lack of an elevator, the three floors are easily managed. Highly recommended.

Lovely big room with great views of the old town. Very modern and friendly. I was personally welcomed by Lycia who helped me with my luggage up 3 flights of stairs! Breakfast was included in my room and Lycia customized it to my taste each morning at the agreed time (although there was no cooked option). Overall very welcoming. I can recommend renting an E-Mountain bike from BikeGuarda - 45 euros. I had a great ride up into the hills and explored Lake Ledro and its museum. Of course, Riva is charming too. Eat at Ristorante Al Vaticano!

Small but lovely accommodation in a central location in Riva. Unfortunately, no elevator on the 3rd floor. We had the room with a view over the old town - very beautiful, especially breakfast by the open window. Stefano is a nice, attentive host. We parked in the public parking garage - less than 5 minutes away. Cost is 10€ per day. Highly recommended for a stay in Riva.

A structure in the center of Riva City View, very convenient for everything with free parking just a few steps away. The cleanliness of the rooms and the courtesy of the manager are superb! The only downside is that in our room (not in our friends' room so we were a bit unlucky) there were Venetian blinds that let in a lot of light. Keep in mind that it is on the third floor without an elevator, no problem for us but if you need to book here, keep that in mind! However, very good and abundant breakfast with a lot of choices that we were able to eat in the room with a breathtaking view. Definitely perfect for a few days in Riva!

Excellent property in the historic center, overlooking a central avenue. It is located on the third floor without an elevator but the location is excellent. It is simple but equipped with every comfort and clean, exceptional value for money. The owner is extraordinarily kind and helpful, definitely a plus! Definitely worth going back.

We stayed two nights at Riva City View with 4 adults 2 in the fire room and 2 in the wood room.\n\nWe had a good time, the rooms were comfortable, although a bit poorly soundproofed, the breakfast was very good and abundant.\n\nThe hotel is in an optimal location not far from free public parking and not far from the lake.\n\nIn the street below there are many nice shops and bars.\n\nThe manager Stefano was particularly kind and helpful, he recommended some restaurants that are definitely worth trying. In conclusion, I recommend it!
