Our bed and breakfast is located in the beautiful historic center of Riva del Garda, just a stone's throw away from the lake, bars, and restaurants, as well as the main public transportation stops and cultural attractions to visit! You can forget about the parking problem because if you don't want to use paid parking, there are three spacious areas where you can leave your car for free and without time limits, just a 5-minute walk away! Inside our rooms, in addition to a modern and elegant design, you will find all the necessary comforts for your stay: wifi connection, flat-screen TV, refrigerator, kettle with tea and coffee always available, shampoo and shower gel. Our Bed and Breakfast is located in the centre of the Old town. Nearby there are lots of shops, restaurants, banks and supermarkets. The library, museums and historical exhibitions can be easily reached by walk. In the sorrounding area, people can find exciting routes for mountain bikes and many windsurf's schools.

Kleine, aber feine Unterkunft in zentraler Lage von Riva. Leider ohne Fahrstuhl im 3. Stock. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Blick über die Altstadt - sehr schön, besonders das Frühstück am offenen Fenster. Stefano ist ein netter, aufmerksamer Gastgeber.
Geparkt haben wir im öffentlichen Parkhaus - keine 5 Minuten entfernt. Kosten 10 € pro Tag. Für einen Aufenthalt in Riva sehr zu empfehlen.

Ottimo, lo consiglio. La camera è nuova, dotata di tutti i comfort. Si affaccia su una delle vie principali ed è vicinissima al parcheggio auto. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Una struttura in centro a Riva del Garda, comodissima a tutto con parcheggi gratuiti a pochi passi. Pulizia delle camere e cortesia del gestore superlativi!
Unico neo è che nella nostra camera (in quella dei nostri amici no quindi siamo stati un po’ sfortunati) c’erano delle tapparelle alla veneziana che lasciavano entrare molta luce.
Tenete conto che è al terzo piano senza ascensore, per noi nessun problema però se dovete prenotare qui tenete conto!
Comunque colazione molto buona ed abbondante con molta scelta che abbiamo potuto mangiare in stanza con una vista mozzafiato. Sicuramente perfetto per qualche giorno a Riva!

Ottima struttura in centro storico, si affaccia su un viale del centro. È situata al terzo piano senza ascensore ma la posizione è ottima. È semplice ma dotata di ogni comfort e pulita, rapporto qualità/prezzo eccezionale... Il proprietario è straordinariamente gentile e disponibile, sicuramente un plus! Da tornarci sicuramente.

Siamo stati al B&B Riva City View per un viaggio di lavoro e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Le camere sono ampie e spaziose, silenziose, pulite e curate. Si possono scegliere diversi alimenti e bevande per la colazione e l'host Stefano è molto gentile, disponibile e professionale. La posizione è perfetta, vicino al centro congressi e con diversi ristoranti nei paraggi. Consigliato sia per viaggi di lavoro che per viaggi di piacere.

Il locale è ampio e confortevole e il proprietario disponibile e gentile. il bagno però non è in camera ma in un altra stanza e si deve attraversare un corridoio comune: un po scomodo e non riservato. La colazione personalizzata non mi è piaciuta, prevede essere sicuri prima ancora di vederla. Il proprietario però è molto disponibile e gentile.

Il bagno della camera panoramica è l’unico non interno ma certamente non è in un’altra stanza (ci mancherebbe…) e non è vero che è “non riservato”: è di fronte alla camera (1 metro!) ed è ad uso PRIVATO, ESCLUSIVO, RISERVATO alla camera e di nessun altro. Francamente non capisco il commento sulla colazione personalizzata: di cosa deve essere sicura prima di vederla? E poi in una recensione credo sia più corretto giudicare la qualità della colazione, che ritengo sia piaciuta.

Stefano è stato veramente molto gentile, le camere sono pulite e con tutto il necessario.
Quella con balcone ha però la vista diciamo su un casermone, ma nonostante questo molto silenziosa.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti al Rica City View in 4 adulti 2 nella stanza fire e 2 nella stanza wood.
Ci siamo trovati bene, le camere confortevoli, anche se poco insonorizzate, la colazione molto buona ed abbondante.
La struttura è in posizione ottimale poco distante da parcheggi pubblici gratuiti e poco distante dal lago.
Nella via sottostante ci sono molti bei negozi e locali.
Particolarmente gentile e disponibile il gestore Stefano che ci ha consigliato dei ristoranti decisamente da provare. In conclusione lo consiglio!
