Description

The Camere and Gourmet Agostini is a small hotel where he breathes a family climate; it is found in calm and sunny position, in the center of Fai della Paganella downtown (around 400 ms from the cabinovia for Brenta-Paganella ski tracks). All the rooms have shower, telephone, TV and, some, of really balcony. Agostini Restaurant Pizzeria was founded in 1979 in the center of Fai della Paganella from an idea by Giorgio Agostini. Since then, our family has been committed to offering you the flavors of Trentino with carefully prepared and genuine dishes using only quality and typical local ingredients.

POTATO CAKE
Upon reservation, we will let you taste our most typical and sought-after dish: the potato cake. Prepared in a wood-fired oven, it will be served with local cured meats and cheeses, fresh vegetables, and borlotti beans. All accompanied by our Teroldego wine.

TRADITIONAL CUISINE
Eating is an experience, and each dish on our menu is designed to make you rediscover the flavors and aromas of the past. Spices and flavors blend with the best ingredients to create the true expression of Trentino cuisine. Chef Giorgio not only offers dishes from the ancient Trentino tradition but also the most classic Italian gastronomy dishes.

PIZZAS
The classic dough for Neapolitan pizza is made with flour, water, salt, and yeast. However, it is the secrets and the hands of the pizza chef that make the pizza unique. Our pizzas are cooked in the traditional wood-fired oven and topped with fresh and quality products. On our menu, you will find over 60 different compositions. Homemade gluten-free pizzas are also available.

My name is Giorgio Agostini and for over 30 years, together with my wife, I have managed this Restaurant-Pizzeria, which we completely renovated in 2009, also offering the Bed & Breakfast service to our customers.

Fortunately, our children, Marco, Andrea, and Stefano, help us carry out this ambitious project.

I take care of the restaurant sector, my wife takes care of the rooms, and our children collaborate with us to ensure that the customer is always satisfied.

Fai Della Paganella is the ideal location for spending holidays at any age. While walking in the quietness and loneliness of the forests or across the green meadows, an excursion to the nearby Molveno Lake or to the Bear-Museum at Spormaggiore (where you can personally admire all specimen of the outdoor bear zoo). If you want to spend your winter vacation in the sign of skiing, you are at the right spot. Here you’ll find the ski-area "Skipass Paganella",50 km with snow guaranteed ski runs. From the motorway exit San Michele all'Adige from the A22 Motorway you continue 15 km in the direction of Val di Non and follow the sign-posts to Fai della Paganella.

We stayed in August 2022, the B&B Casa Agostini is practically new and very well renovated, spacious and comfortable room. Great location for any walk or more complex trekking. The B&B has an agreement with a 10% discount at the pizzeria restaurant below, managed by the same owner Stefano, very kind and helpful. Excellent cuisine at fair prices. And even on breakfast I would say nothing to say, all very good. Congratulations, keep it up. Goodbye until next time.

Very nice venue, spacious and bright room with double bed, sofa, desk, minibar, wardrobe, safe, and en-suite bathroom. Remarkable cleanliness of all areas, not only the room but also the corridors, stairs, and elevator are perfectly clean. Friendly and helpful staff. We took advantage of the restaurant for dinner at a fair price and excellent dishes. The only note to report, not negative, but useful to know: it is located on the square in front of the Church, so on Sunday morning the bells ring relatively early.

The B&B seems freshly renovated, the room very spacious (attic) and characterized by typical mountain-style furniture. All the staff were very kind and helpful. Had dinner at the restaurant: superb dishes and the pizza is really good. Rich breakfast. The only downside, for me who loves silence, is that the B&B is located facing the main road; however, the location is convenient and strategic. I highly recommend it.

Small and extremely well-kept structure, in the center of the village very convenient with public transport. Our room was spacious and very well equipped with a small fridge, comfortable bed, and spacious bathroom. Excellent cleanliness. The restaurant is a plus because the dishes are abundant and very tasty, exquisite pizza and being guests the owner always gives a 10% discount. Breakfast is simple but good and complete with sweet, savory, yogurt, and juices. Stefano the owner is a welcoming, kind, and always available person. Structure suitable for families with young children. Absolutely recommended we can't wait to come back!

Clean environment, where kindness and courtesy reign. Very convenient the possibility of having lunch/dinner in the adjacent ground floor area. Highly recommended for those who bring their 4-legged friend along. No problem even for the breakfast room. And that's not common! We will definitely come back.

Central location, great for skiing and trails. Very courteous and helpful welcome. Despite the lack of parking, they kept our bicycles in a closed warehouse. Having an internal pizzeria and restaurant relieved us of the burden of driving around to find where to dine and have lunch. Unfortunately, the air conditioner was off and at night, despite being in the mountains, it was very hot.

We did not find the warmth and hospitality that we have always found in Trentino. Much more dedicated to the restaurant customers than to those of the B&B. They passed off a double room as a quadruple one (we were four). Moreover, we chose it mainly because they boast a certification from the Italian Coeliac Association (my son is coeliac), so I expected something more than two packaged plumcakes for breakfast and a frozen schar pizza (cooked in the same oven as the other pizzas with a sheet of parchment paper underneath, absurd). There is no gluten-free menu, only naturally gluten-free dishes, all cooked in the same place, therefore subject to contamination. The rooms are clean, it is in the town center and well served.

Convenient restaurant located on the ground floor of the building (accessible by elevator) and managed by the same ownership. It is possible to reach the slopes of Fai and Andalo in a few minutes. Possibility of parking in the immediate vicinity. Overall more than good.

Great stay even though it was only for a few days, the room is really spacious and very pleasant. It's all made of light wood and truly replicates a mountain chalet. The modernity is appreciated with the access card and secondary entrance when the restaurant is closed. Truly a pleasant environment. Highly recommended.

Very convenient located in the center, a stone's throw from bars, shops, and supermarkets. At 200 meters an equipped park with sleds and inflatable boats for both adults and children and about 1.5 kilometers away the chairlift for skiers. The rooms are beautiful and functional, spacious and clean. The restaurant is excellent and so is the service. The owners are nice people, friendly, and know how to do their job well. Definitely worth going back both in winter and in summer.
