Choose our cozy apartments located in a quiet side street of the historic center, equipped with a breathtaking panoramic view and all services within reach.
We have three three-room apartments and two two-room apartments, located in the heart of the village just a few steps from the main street, shops, and entertainment venues.
All apartments have a large balcony and a parking space, despite being in the old nucleus of Molveno with its characteristic alleyways, gates, renovated old stables, exposed stone walls, small gardens, and remnants of a now disappeared peasant society, today dedicated to hospitality and tourism.
The ground floor apartment has a small garden with a wooden gazebo equipped with a table and benches.
We have chosen to give our apartments the names of protected flowers in the Adamello Brenta Natural Park, such as Arnica, Genzianella, Negritella, and Stella Alpina, simple and beautiful flowers that you can discover during your excursions in the Dolomites of Brenta.
Here, the mountain and the lake are the pulsating heart of every activity: after a pleasant hike, you can regenerate yourself with a refreshing swim in the pool or relax on the soft grass of the Molveno beach.
At dawn, Lake Molveno becomes magical for fishermen and those who love to meditate: its calm and smooth surface, like oil, is gently plied by the keel of your electric boat.

We stayed for about a week in six, all of us being around twenty years old. The structure was optimal even for a group like ours. The location is near the Conad and the walkway by the lake. Excellent management, the owner is always available. I recommend the stay.

I stayed with my family (3 people) in the Negritella apartment on the second floor. The apartment is small but has everything needed, chairs on the balcony, and also a drying rack. The laundry room is very convenient with free use of the washing machine. The location is perfect, in the town center. The only thing missing is the communal bins to empty the bags for recycling. Highly recommended.

Residenza Arnica in Molveno is right in the middle of town, with awesome views of the lake. It comes with its own parking spot, and there's a place to charge your electric car in a public parking lot just a 2-minute walk away. It's a good deal compared to the hotels around here. You check in at Hotel Garni Arnica, but don't worry, they'll take you right to your place from there.

I can't say enough about how nice the family that runs this apartment is. They are friendly and helpful, trying to anticipate our needs and give us anything we needed. It was super convenient to be near the shops and to have the use of a washing machine. We loved this little apartment and would definitely return!
