Aerospace engineer, water polo player from the 90s, passionate mountaineer, rock climber and ski mountaineer. Milanese by birth, resident in Canazei for many years, the author is also a Florentine adoptive for twenty years for her current job and for the Italian Alpine Club for which she was press officer and instructor in the ski mountaineering school. Just after graduating she was hired by an Oil & Gas multinational, for a job on oil platforms, during the drilling of exploration wells, around the globe and so she defines herself, a citizen of the world.

MARMOLADA APARTMENTS, via/streda de Costa no. 135 Canazei (in the hamlet of Alba).

You can park in front of the house or in any spot marked in yellow.

Just a 3-minute walk from the Col De Rossi cable car, with direct access to the Sellaronda (the famous '4-pass tour') as well as the Ciampac ski area, which takes you skiing all the way to Pozza di Fassa.

A few minutes' drive away are the Marmolada and the Pordoi and Sella passes.

Opposite the house is the Coop supermarket in Alba, with everything you need to prepare your own gourmet dishes, or within easy walking distance are pizzerias/restaurants that also prepare gluten-free or special diet dishes and pizzas (for example Symphony, Edi, Resolè). There are also numerous bars, tea rooms and après-ski locations.

If you arrive by car, you can park where you want in the spacious external parking area. You can also stop in front of the house to manage your luggage, and your equipment can be stored in the dedicated common area on the basement level.

If you arrive by bus, the main square of Alba is just a 1-minute walk away (about 100 meters), where you will find the official stops for the most popular coaches (for example Trentino Trasporti, Autostradale) and Skybus stops in both directions.

I stayed in winter with my family for the skiing holiday. Beautiful apartment: equipped with all comforts (bed linen and towels), very clean and very convenient for the ski lifts. Very helpful host. Already booked for the next season.

Excellent, in a perfect location just a stone's throw from the cable car that takes you to Belvedere directly on the Sellaronda slopes or even to Ciampac, for us cyclists right on the downhill tracks, then behind the house starts a quiet pedestrian walk also suitable for cycling that leads up to Fedaia or down to Canazei and to Pozza. The house has everything you need, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, heating, even very fast Wi-Fi. The apartment is very comfortable, pleasant in mountain style, cozy and clean, in front there is a small supermarket and bus stops back and forth, parking space even for more than one car, we stored our bikes in the underground garage with locks, very kind host, highly recommended.

Very pleasant accommodation in the Dolomia apartment, in a cozy environment in a convenient quiet location, close to the Alba ski lifts. The house is well maintained and has the necessary amenities even for a prolonged stay. Marina was very kind and helpful and as soon as we have the opportunity we will definitely return to stay in this delightful property.

The apartment is a one-bedroom with double balcony on the raised ground floor. It is equipped with everything you need, especially a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and a large fridge. The location is very convenient for walking around, with a supermarket and a butcher with delicatessen nearby. There are also restaurants in the vicinity. \n\nIt is very close to Canazei, but it is located outside the hustle and bustle, even in August. The host is extremely kind and helpful. We will definitely return!
