The attic is absolutely in a tactical position for those who want to ski or leave directly at altitude for walks, located 300 meters from the departure of the ALBA-CIAMPAC cable car (SELLA RONDA and GRANDE GUERRA circuit) and the COL DE ROSSI gondola; in the center of the village of Alba with all services 10 meters away: supermarket, restaurants/pizzerias, private parking (outside), ski bus stop under the house, children's playground, ATM.
The MANSARDA MARMOLADA has:
- 2 bedrooms and bed linen and towels are provided
- equipped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer, hobs, oven, kettle)
- bathroom (shower, bidet, washing machine, hairdryer)
- living area with double sofa bed, smart TV and dining area
- WIFI
- ski and boot storage
- parking reserved for the condominium
- GUEST CARD
- baby bed on request
Our structure is the ideal location for families and groups of friends who love the mountains and want to feel at home, for a romantic getaway to meet again and rediscover each other, for lovers of the silence of nature and tranquility away from the city.
We can accommodate up to 6 guests.

Bella e spaziosa mansarda, dotata di tutti i confort, situata in posizione strategica per gli impianti di risalita "Ciampac e Col dei Rossi - sella Ronda - (auto dimenticata per tutto il soggiorno nel parcheggio del condominio), bella passeggiata lungo il fiume e parco giochi a 20 metri. Sotto casa piccolo supermercato fornitissimo e ristoranti/pizzerie.
