The attic is absolutely in a tactical position for those who want to ski or leave directly at altitude for walks, located 300 meters from the departure of the ALBA-CIAMPAC cable car (SELLA RONDA and GRANDE GUERRA circuit) and the COL DE ROSSI gondola; in the center of the village of Alba with all services 10 meters away: supermarket, restaurants/pizzerias, private parking (outside), ski bus stop under the house, children's playground, ATM.

The MANSARDA MARMOLADA has:

Kind staff, always available, the rooms are tastefully and elegantly furnished, the cleanliness is impeccable, the breakfast is very abundant and varied. I highly recommend.

Support and explanations from the landlady, who could not be present in person, were prompt, very good, and very helpful. The location of the apartment as a starting point for hikes was very good. The apartment was very quiet.

Excellent location very close to the ski lifts on foot. The owner, Mrs. Liliana, very helpful and very kind, provided us with a lot of tourist information as well. Shame about the 54 steps to reach the Mansarda Marmolada, but very feasible.

Beautiful and spacious attic, equipped with all comforts, strategically located for the 'Ciampac and Col dei Rossi - Sella Ronda - ski lifts (car forgotten for the entire stay in the condominium parking lot), beautiful walk along the river and playground 20 meters away. Below the house, a well-stocked small supermarket and restaurants/pizzerias. Host available, absolutely recommended.
