Description

A sunny place so that the working day was much longer, hence the name Longanorbait (long day).

The Bed & Breakfast Folgaria Longanorbait is on the banks of the River Horse (Rossbach), where legend has it.. That there lived in a cave near a witch who frightened the children who passed. Annoyed by his behavior the children one day decided to drive it using a particular device. The witch had a lot of fear because of the miracle of sound (rattles), when he felt he could not stand it and lost all his evil powers. The kids were all assembled by the witch and began to "play" the miracle, for the whole day until they run away. Since then, they could finally play happy. Even today in memory of the legend is celebrated Folgaria, all dressed in masks in the streets of the center the good part

The great passion for horses runs in the Forrer family's DNA; the Austrian grandfather was a great connoisseur of horses, and his grandson Hermann has continued the tradition.

Hermann and Marisa started 21 years ago by building and managing the Carador farm/trattoria in Folgaria. The cuisine and the unique atmosphere of the place quickly made the restaurant famous among tourists.

Hermann, together with his friend Mario Bertoldi, also known as Mario Mato, "invented" the bek clinic. In Folgaria, they discovered that the strong odor of the "bek" (male goat) helps to solve minor respiratory problems. The bek, later named Alex, competed with the most famous spas for health and well-being for several years. TV crews and tourists flocked to capture images and videos of the famous Alex.

Hermann always comes up with new, successful and original ideas. That's why he decided to open Longanorbait, a bed and breakfast with a riding stable, ideal for spending peaceful days to "recharge the batteries".

B&B very comfortable and cozy, run by very nice people. The owner is always very available, both at the B&B and when we needed to contact him from outside. Location is also very convenient. Maybe just the breakfast could have some more salty options, like eggs.

Very friendly and welcoming, Andrea the manager is very attentive to every need. The structure is very beautiful, well-kept and clean. Tiziana the cook is also very kind, attentive and a pleasant entertainer of guests, cooking very good and genuine dishes. You feel like family, we will definitely return.

Arrivati alle 20 di sera ci siamo sentiti come a casa con la signora Marisa che ci ha accolti e aspettato per cena, molto cortese. Cenato bene e fatto due parole con il personale di gestione familiare. Camere ottime nuove con riscaldamento autonomo e a pavimento. Dormito nel silenzio totale. Colazione buona con prodotti loro e abbondante veramente. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente per tutto, positiva la valutazione. Grazie.

Buongiorno, è la prima volta che io e la mia famiglia soggiorniamo in un B&B; ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Ambiente accogliente, pulito. Ci hanno accolto come fossimo parte della loro famiglia, con un sorriso e con tante attenzioni per i miei figli. Il b&B è stupendo, ci ha fatto sognare un futuro li, nella tranquillità della montagna e con l'affetto della famiglia! È la prima volta che in vacanza ci siamo sentiti a casa! Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Che dire di questo meraviglioso posto e dei titolari Hermann e Marisa? Ovviamente senza dimenticare la simpatia di Tiziana! Semplicemente tutto perfetto: l'accoglienza, l'ospitalità, la pulizia e la ricca colazione che Marisa ci prepara tutte le mattine. La struttura è a due passi dal centro di Folgaria ed offre un panorama spettacolare. Da ritornare quanto prima! A presto. Cristina.

Struttura molto accogliente, spostata dal centro. La signora Marisa molto cortese e attenta ad ogni richiesta, ha creato un ambiente molto piacevole, familiare e curato nei minimi dettagli ed inoltre è un'ottima cuoca! Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Struttura di particolare fascino dove ci si sente subito a proprio agio, come a casa. Difficile dormire meglio, vuoi per i materassi comodissimi che per il perfetto silenzio. La signora Marisa sa creare quell'atmosfera sincera, spontanea e cordiale che aggiunge un di più al rapporto ospite-gestore. Unica "pecca": la tessera B&B (che peraltro avevo dimenticato a casa) non mi ha dato diritto ad alcun sconto.

Siamo stati inizialmente un weekend a giugno come prime ferie con il cane e siamo rimasti talmente soddisfatti da tornarci a luglio per una settimana intera! Il B&B è nuovo, accogliente e pulito. Si trova in un'ottima posizione, vicino al centro di Folgaria ma attorniato da un panorama e un maneggio che lo rendono unico. A tutto questo si aggiunge l'ottima cucina e la cordialità di Marisa. Il mattino oltre ad una gustosa e abbondante colazione c'era sempre il tempo per scambiare due chiacchiere, cosa a cui nessuno ormai pensa. Merita sicuramente.

Una bella scoperta tra le montagne trentine. Struttura curata in ogni dettaglio che si affaccia a sud sulla valle e sulle montagne circostanti con uno splendido terrazzo attrezzato che da ancora maggior spazio alle singole camere. Gestori molto accoglienti e disponibili per ogni esigenza degli ospiti. Ricca colazione. Sicuramente da consigliare.

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte con formula mezza pensione. Non si potrebbe chiedere di più: ottimi la struttura, la pulizia, la cucina, il maneggio, la cortesia e disponibilità dei proprietari e di tutto il personale, inoltre (da non sottovalutare in questo periodo) il rapporto qualità /prezzo. Posto tranquillissimo, il centro e gli impianti di risalita sono raggiungibili facilmente con la macchina. Torneremo sicuramente!

Marisa, Hermann e tutto lo staff, compreso l'ottimo maneggio capitanato dal gran maestro "Marco", sono la formula perfetta per trascorrere una vacanza indimenticabile in armonia, pace e serenità. Accoglienza familiare, cortesia ai massimi e professionalità molto appaganti, prelibatezze culinarie da non perdere. Comfort delle camere con vista "natura", rispetto per la stessa grazie anche alle energie rinnovabili utilizzate, animali, arricchiscono questa cornice davvero unica e simpatica!

Ci siamo trovati benissimo e la signora Marisa è veramente cordiale e sempre disponibile. La struttura è completamente nuova, pulita e organizzata. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Noi abbiamo optato per la soluzione di mezza pensione. Pasti abbondanti e vari. Torneremo sicuramente, provando magari anche il maneggio. Ottima posizione vicino al centro di Folgaria e vicino ai percorsi per fare delle passeggiate.

Struttura nuovissima, in posizione strategica, fuori dal traffico, sia per sciare che per escursioni a piedi e a cavallo (i gestori hanno il maneggio con scuola e tutti gli annessi e connessi), camere confortevoli, spaziosissime e termo-autonome con un gran bagno. Assolutamente da provare la cucina di Marisa che insieme al marito Herman si sono rivelate due persone deliziose e di compagnia, fonti preziose di informazioni per tutto quanto riguarda Folgaria e dintorni. Assolutamente consigliato il soggiorno al Longanorbait.
